Isn't that something - apparently there is enough demand to handle whatever is left of those notes. I will be so glad when we get current and move on to truly focus on the great things going on with REDG! How big is having POWfolio ready before Comic-con!? Absolutely huge in my opinion. And we'll be able to see milestone download ranges to put to rest those debates as well. And how bout Markiplier posting on his Facebook - point blank! But of course the negative counter - "who cares, doesn't mean their gonna buy it" well, we'll just have to see.
Gonna be huge a huge month ahead for REDG - so glad I'm in here. Docg
That will definitely help make it easier for everyone. Thanks coop.
REDG releases POWfolio app on Android beta today. Already in iOS and #1 comic reader app for weeks, it is releasing today for Android devices to beta test. This could set up a full release in time for the largest comic convention of the year in San Diego - comic con.
Share structure is not good at 6.8 billion outstanding, but trading at 0001 x .0002 - could definitely see some moves. Had a quick run to .0008 recently.
Just sharing for those wanting to keep watch.
Well, I nearly had the info page updated when the browser clicked out and it didn't save my work. I am going to do a quick edit just to adjust our graphics and get the new Android news in there as well.
Speaking of Android - iOS took one month from launch to release. If Android follows a similar path it will be released before Comic-Con, but am definitely not saying it IS going to be released - that is for the Glowdot guys and Red Giant to do. The good news is the big debate of when it will be out in Beta is now over! It is official - it is 12:08 eastern time which means TODAY we will be able to access POWfolio on Android.
I think it is safe to say, REDG is delivering in a big way and the days of believe it when I see it should start to erode with each successful product coming to life. We have a long ways to go (especially getting those filings current) but it is incredible to have the products we have going into the biggest convention of the year in terms of exposure.
My info page update will also include supporting links throughout to document my sources (mostly edgar filings) so people won't have to hunt for things or question the sources. And also people will be able to just look up in the info for facts from edgar instead of "look in the filings". People will see the nuts and bolts of things and have the corresponding edgar filing to support the statements if they want to read further.
In the mean time, I need to get at adjusting our page a little to support the current good news.

Great summary once again AJ. The more we get rid of the better here to clean the house so to speak. Filings getting current will be huge as well - going to be ugly at first in my opinion due to the misses a up to now but with the revenue streams all in play it won't take long to get things in order. It's the wait that drives many crazy in the process.
We have great news as of yesterday - POWfolio will be out in Android before Comic-con! Not confirmed for if it will be beta or full release but just to be out in time is huge - on top of what already have!!
Then the monthly subscriptions for POWfolio can get implemented as well!
Just too many great things to all in play to keep REDG down this time in my opinion. Docg
Would be nice to have something more official mugglesman but it is good to know at least that much from glowdot. Some serious downloads are on the way to add to the iOS success already. Docg
POWfolio Android confirmed by Glowdot rep to be ready for Comic-con!
It is not confirmed if it will be full release or beta - but the answer to a question in facebook regarding if Android would be ready by comic-con. the single word answer provided by Glowdot's Michael Eng - "Yes".
Now that is some news!!!!!
So, another milestone of accomplishments are on the way for REDG and Glowdot team.
Of course we have a long way to go still - get filings current!!! But what a great feeling to really have the products to market and build the on-going revenue streams. All ahead of Comic-con week!
I guess I can thank the Detroit Tigers for blowing the lead in the 9th and trying to stay up and watch because I would have never seen the statement!
good evening everyone - Go REDG! thedocg
My best guess/opinion there is nothing new diluting. These are whatever hoppel, typenex (combo), and oceana have left which as best can be seen were already accounted for in the O/S.
Just a guess. Without the filings we just don't know 100 percent.
Others here may have a better way to analyze it. It will be very nice to get the filings current and quick guessing.
By the way, I've been working on a timeline of events for redg to put in the info page, from its inception to present to help make it more clear the path. But also to show REDG is here and moving forward. They made mistakes no question, but instead of jumping ship, they adjusted their focus to go in the direction we have right now (POWfolio, Zwagbox, and Markiplier). And actually, POWfolio is really an expansion of what they were at the beginning with online content.
Not much longer till ComicCon and things will really get interesting. Hope that helps. Thedocg
Just called TA - shares have no change in O/S or restricted.
Take a peak at REDG. .0001 x .0002 - approaching 100 million on volume today.
610 million bid x 7 million ask
A/S 12 billion
O/S still 6.8 billion
Restricted 507 million
Just sharing for anyone interested and keeping watch. Thedocg
REDG 621.7 million bid .0001 x 7 million ask .0002 (with VFIN sitting with 2 million) as of 11:35 eastern.
Would love to see the convertible debt sells run out before comic con, but we will never know with 100% certainty until the filings are current.
What makes this trip and time so much different and better than ever before is the products in hand!
POWfolio #16 in app store (#2 comic app today have after all most a 3 week straight run at #1 for comic apps. Manga Storm is #1 comic app at the moment for today with Marvel at #19). World Ranking continues to be consistent, which gives POWfolio a strong global presence in place for when Android does get released.
all in my opinion except for the facts regarding rankings and trading statistics. I am sure AJ will be updating those with much more detail at some point.
good day, thedocg
Hey, mugglesman, the last official statement from them (powfolio) on facebook regarding android was "really really close, just a couple last minute details." And that was may 24th.
It already runs on android but running and ready for beta are not the same thing.
Following Rick Strom from Glowdot, they've never given a firm date. Our guesses were just based on how they released it on iOS. I was hoping and thinking it would release on beta this month, but just don't know.
David Campiti posted in POWfolio chat asking if "we" are happy with android progress. So, not sure what that really means. Could be the insiders are using it on android and we aren't, but just don't know. Haven't seen any responses or updates from glowdot about the progress since the 24th.
Would love to get an update on that. Especially before ComicCon.
I'll definitely share ASAP if/when I see something. Docg
Roadtoad, did you email zwagbox about it? Bummer that happened - I used a Mastercard and took less than 5 minutes.
The platform is cratejoy, but do agree, not sure why they don't use PayPal as an option.
I emailed them to ask about the promo code when I did it because I forgot to enter it and got a response pretty quick.
REDG attending the E3 conference as well as meetings regarding licensing opportunities.
"Exciting times at Red Giant. Some of our staff flies out this weekend for a week of important meetings in LA regarding Powfolio, Zwag Box and licensing opportunities! The centerpiece of the week will be E3, where this year our mission has drastically changed as we launched our 3 platforms to great success. We will do our best to give everyone pics from the show floor and announcements as we can. Onward and upward!"
What makes this different than the past - which anyone here long enough will attest - been here done that when it comes to announcements, hype, excitement, "great stuff coming" comments.
The major major difference is actually two things - Glowdot Productions as partners for POWfolio and just the fact REDG has real products in hand and not just a FCBD promo, or short run idea still hanging on to GSL.
REDG did not have actual products in the field. Albeit, these are very young in their consumer life, but non-the-less they are real products in the marketplace (POWfolio, Zwagbox, and Markiplier). So, when they actually talk to others in these meetings - they have REAL products to show for it.
So, I'm looking forward to seeing updates and we can then debate whether they mean anything or just more pie in the sky from Benny and company.
We absolutely have a long ways to go in terms of company housekeeping (filings especially), but in my opinion REDG has never been in a better position to finally capitalize on the ideas they've brought to market. I'm looking forward to the next few months without any doubts in my opinion. Not saying there won't be more friday's coming. There are no guarantees without some filings, and even then there is no guarantees. But I really like having 3 solid products to get REDG through to the other side. all in my opinion of course. docg
POWfolio - #13 ranked app in the app store as of right now (6/11/16 at a 11PM) and STILL the #1 comic app (both in the free books category) for 18 straight days.
World rankings continue to be consistent - ranking in the top 1000 in roughly 20 countries on a daily basis since May 25th.
Some here do not feel POWfolio will have any impact in terms of revenue. Well, in my opinion it is about what Glowdot have shared - longevity app, a spotify for comics. The problem maybe some have is the wait. All trading is a personal decision and for some this may not be for them. In my opinion, POWfolio is only going to get bigger and better. They are continuing to add new content everyone single day. And adding publishers to appeal to a wide audience. People have to keep it in perspective - the app is designed to offer FREE content. I'd love for them to land a few other of the top 20 publishers as much as anyone, but again it's a wait. In the mean time, they have 43 publishers and started with 18 I believe, if I remember correctly. That shows progress and not standing still.
POWfolio WILL be out in Android beta at any time from now till comic con in my opinion, based on what Glowdot has shared about it's status. I'd love sooner, but it what it is - and POWfolio in my opinion is an incredible app that will only increase its revenues over time in my opinion.
Speaking of, those ads for me pop very nicely, and some big video ones. I think accu weather is really hitting hard lately and that's a big full page video add (big bucks).
Absolutely geeked to get POWfolio out in betta - that is going to be nice! Plus people will actually see googlplay estimates. docg
Interesting friday it seems. I went out of town and only checked volume at the end of the day and saw the transfer of shares.
I tried to keep up with reading a some posts, but really didn't have time. Thanks AJ for breaking it down.
Honestly, I don't think anyone should have been surprised by this. With a 400 million share settlement going through, and verified when I called the TA and they stated the share price was exactly 400 million more than it had been since the end of April - we knew there would be selling happening.
This reminds me of a few trading days in Jan and Feb that had huge volume days, that came out of no where. They came and went with almost no notice simply because REDG had no products in play (POWfolio was not out yet, Markiplier was not announced yet, and Zwagbox was not in the discussion). So, not many were really paying attention in my opinion. AJ went back through those points of convertible debt selling including those days - and I still believe those numbers are accurate in my opinion with regard to debt sells. Which is why most if not all convertible debt prior to hoppel was pretty well in play as best can be ascertained without a filing of course.
The hoppel note added 400 million once the settlement was released. If he did indeed sell all in one shot and went below his .0003 REDG has up to 3 days to respond to an issuance of more shares to cover the claim. BUT they also have the right to have hoppel verify the number of shares he sold and at what price before issuing him new shares. Will he get more? Maybe/Maybe not - we just don't know for certain until we get a filing that clears it up.
I may be in the minority here, but I know a few others agreed that knowing stuff like this was coming was better to get it done and out of the way sooner than later. I would love a cleaner house come comic-con, but we just won't know until filings come.
That being said, 3 revenue streams - products in hand going into the biggest event of the year - I like that position. Could it have been better - of course, but we can't change the past, only make better decisions in the future. We'll see where things go. In my opinion, I am still feeling good where REDG is going with these products.
I have a couple more posts, but wanted to get this out since I missed all the action. good evening to everyone, thedocg
POWfolio continues the same consistent ranking it has had since May 25th. The world ranking is the same consistent ranking as well. As of June 9th it was listed in the top 1000 in 20 countries.
It is interesting watching because one country will be on the list one day and off the next, only to come back on again later. And you have some, for example Sweden, that has been on before, then off, and then is listed new with a ranking of #63 for their countries app store, free/books category.
As I've stated before, it simply shows POWfolio continues with a consistent presence globally and as things progress, more content, more publishers, then on Android, the revenue projections based on those downloads will really start to take shape.
On another note - Zwagbox is a prepaid subscription, all those boxes are paid in advance revenues unless it was just one month, then I think according to an old facebook response, they would be billed on July 15th which is the standard cut-off date that was established previously.
All of this is through cratejoy's templates and platform if anyone cares to check it out.
Each day is a day closer to all the products being in consumer's hands, getting filings current, and really seeing a move for REDG - all in my opinion of course. have a good weekend everyone, thedocg
SooS, it goes back to my point of what Glowdot said, they have a plan and they are executing it. I can guarantee they are not thinking about the OTC, which makes our wait more frustrating for some because it is the OTC and this is where we are at. All of what you said probably would work to move the pps a tick or two, maybe more, but they simply are not focused on that right now. They are focused on the products and building them, and in this case it is POWfolio. Remember the PR that said this is just the beginning of their partnership between Glowdot and Red Giant? We just have to wait to see what else is to come. POWfolio is an incredible start to it in my opinion. docg
Good point coop - Just called TA 400 million added as expected after the hoppel settlement:
O/S 6,457,000,695 (6/2/16)
O/S 6,857,000,695(6/9/16)
Not necessarily SooS in regards to the PR. I know a lot of people want a PR to help the current pps - no questioning that aspect. But I'll go back to what Strom shared from Glowdot - POWfolio is a longevity app and it will continue to build and grow over time. They don't need massive PR's touting it's ranking and downloads to date. It is growing through their marketing of the app within the app store and other social media platforms as can be attested from the review from comicplug - he found it because it popped while in another app and he'd get free coins for that game if he went to POWfolio.
Glowdot are the ones handling that aspect from what they've shared and Red Giant is handling the uploads/content. They've shard they aren't going to do PR's for the sake of PR's - as much as we want them.
Believe me, I'd love PR's to move this, but it's not their game plan at this point. Some feel they may wait until Android is released or closer to comic con.
I would love to see the pps move a tick here and there each day or week, but I am comfortable with the wait so long as the products continue to build.
There is no denying POWfolio's ranking both U.S. and globally and once they do decide to do the PR's the product lines will be well established for future investors to feel more comfortable with in my opinion.
Hope that helps answer Soos, thanks for the question. Ya, wish we'd see the uptick each day, but we're only a little over a month away from comic con and all the revenue streams hitting consumer hands. good day, thedocg
REDG's co-owned POWfolio continues it's run as the #1 comic app in the app store free/books category.
For over two straight weeks it has lead all comic apps in that category, which is quite a feat considering it is still building it's base and content for a global audience.
The fact it is being ranked (today #17) and in the top #25 since May 25th means it is garnering an estimated daily download total of 1,230 in the United States alone.
POWfolio also continues to be ranked globally in the top 1000 in at least 15 - 20 countries daily since May 25th (as of June 8th it was listed in top 1000 in 23 countries).
This means POWfolio has a global presence in many countries throughout the world and each download means revenues. See revenue projections in the Intro and in our stickies.
Most recently POWfolio landed Graphic India as a publisher which allows for a significant boost in content targeting the consumers of that country as well as globally wherever they live.
POWfolio will be released in Android beta (hopefully before comic con) which will then exponentially increase our download totals.
Considering the app is global it is not out of line to consider it could in my opinion top 1 million downloads world wide within 6 months when Android arrives.
Of course this is all estimating using research based statistics from the experts - and we will not know exactly how many downloads until REDG and GLOWdot release them, or someone pays big money to access them from app analytic sites.
In the mean time, these numbers are very strong estimates, not something pulled out of thin air.
Consider that in just over a month the largest Comic convention in the World will be taking place and Red Giant Entertainment will be there with Markiplier as a panel discussion and all of the products currently out (Markiplier, Zwagbox, and POWfolio) will be on display and showcased.
All of these aspects lead to increased revenues in my opinion and taking AJ points of convertible debt sells, that next month is going to be very interesting in deed!
good day to all! thedocg
Thanks Heroguy - that's all I was looking for to make sure you get the ideas to them.
We all know content will need to be maintained and updated regularly to make POWfolio sustainable. After just a month in, I really like the progress to build that foundation. As Glowdot ceo shared, they do have a plan in place as they move forward, but at times it can be frustrating waiting.
I am very happy with seeing POWfolio maintain the #1 comic app in the app store and stay within the top #25 threshold and garnering the estimated 1,230 downloads per day in the U.S. based on previous research I shared earlier.
Once Android Beta hits we will more than likely, in my opinion, see additional publishers added and more content that reaches an even broader audience world wide. 21 modern publishers and 23 golden age publishers is a good start considering everything is FREE! docg
Thanks mymonies. Things are building nicely. docg
Lol, I wish Dmac! Ya it popped after I went to bed. They are getting "many new titles from them coming" as they stated in POWfolio chat.
And Deepak Chopra (yes, now that is some name recognition - not just in India!) He's the brother of one of the founders of the company as well.
That is a major land to get. More to come Dmac "stay tuned" is actually meaning something and I hope others are starting to see it. Good day, docg.
POWfolio's addition of Graphic India to me is really the beginning of hitting the "Asian Market" as Glowdot shared.
After spending a bit of time reading through the formation of Graphic India via Liquid Comics and Virgin Comics back in 2006, what I see today is a very strong company in the Indian market.
Here are some links to do some DD on this connection:
Graphic India website
Graphic India press releases
Graphic India News
I realize, POWfolio only has one title and issue, but it is the right title in my opinion to really grab some attention in India. Chakra is a major part of the company and already has been made into animated cartoons in India and as of last March a full-feature Bollywood movie is being produced. Chakra movie from the hollywood reporter
The big point here is that the character is identifiable with the target audience - especially when Android launches, POWfolio will have a very recognizable character for that market. Hopefully POWfolio will be able to get more issues of that character and more titles from them, especially 18 Days by Grant Morrison (a writer for Batman). This is very similar to what was suggested about comics from other countries in their languages. This just happens to be comics from India, but in English.
This will be an interesting piece to follow as Android get's released and how much content POWfolio ends up including from Graphic India.
good evening to all, thedocg
PS - as of June 6th POWfolio was ranked #716 in the app store free books category for India.
Heroguy, I'm glad you checked it out at least and feel the functionality is good. Please share what are some "tweaks" you can think of - Glowdot definitely wants to hear from users to improve on what some see as needing improving.
Content will come in my opinion as they have showed they are continuing to add daily to the issues in Golden and Modern. It's definitely not at the level I'm sure they want either, but to get those bigger ones it will take some time in my opinion. I would love to see another top #20 publisher added at least on a monthly basis. The review from comic plug made a great point of getting the smaller ones as well because many of those can have the hidden talent out there and we don't even know it.
It's a start as you say - only a month old and for me it is pretty incredible. Hopefully get that Android out in the next couple weeks and you can get into the beta stage.
take care, thedocg.
POWfolio gets a stronger presence in India market with Graphics India - which leads to expanded Asian presence and this is before Android!
Stan Lee's "Chakra" is the first of hopefully many titles we will see for that market.
Just getting a publisher targeting that massive market is a great show of progress to expanding POWfolio and inevitably increasing downloads and revenues.
Thanks to those who were able to get the news out right away. Good day to all, thedocg.
Ps, to mymonies, sorry no more pm so wasn't able to respond, thanks for message.
Thanks for the summary AJ and thanks for the reply earlier. I am very confident in how things are progressing and it truly is only a matter of time. POWfolio in Android Beta has to be coming in the next couple weeks in my opinion, based on their last responses about where things were at. In my opinion, that being released in beta is going to give this a little boost once we get the official word. good evening to you, docg
REDG's co-owned POWfolio currently contains 42 publishers (23 Golden Age and 19 Modern). A new publisher to Golden was just added today, Fox Feature Syndicate, and continues to show the progression of POWfolio. Red Giant still adds hundreds of issues on a daily basis.
I know this type of news is not intriguing or important for some as it tends to not do much for our pps at the present moment. But what it does show is the continued progress of POWfolio as a revenue generating product. As I stated in an earlier post - it is just now a month old and it has sustained a #1 comic app rating in the free books category in the app store for two weeks straight. They continue to add to the product line on a regular basis and as their last tweet stated "stay tuned" because they are truly building an incredible platform for comic readers. That platform, as we progress is only going to grow and get bigger in my opinion. With growth comes larger sustained revenues. REDG has never had this much product at these levels all out at once. Now it is only a matter of time to truly see the impact these products have on the balance sheet.
Looking forward to those events next month! thedocg.
REDG has been collecting revenues on all three major products for over a month now:
Markiplier Series, Zwagbox, and now POWfolio.
REDG - risk/reward factor getting better based on what has been happening the last couple months and how close the products are to reaching consumers.
We are just over a month from comic-con and the first release of Markiplier issue #1.
Just two months from Zwagbox shipping and receiving box #1 featuring Markiplier exclusive comic series with variant covers.
And by that time POWfolio will have been taking in 3 months of ad supported/generated revenues.
It has been a long wait with many many struggles and disappointments to be sure for REDG.
Since the first showing of Markiplier in Previews World, to POWfolio in Beta, and ZWAGBOX popping and collecting revenues in April - In my opinion REDG has never been in a stronger position to accomplish the goals they've put forward.
I realize much of these positives are not truly realized for some until the filings come to legally show this growth. From this point here until that time (possibly 4 months from now) the risk portion of the risk/reward factor should in my opinionsignificantly be reduced as each product hits the hands of the consumers.
POWfolio was consider "not real" by some, to me due to the timing of the news - right at the time of the failed GSL launch. Had GSL launched on Nov 4th even at a reduced level - the POWfolio news would have been staggering and supported wildly. GSL didn't launch and instead POWfolio was "not real".
REDG and Glowdot have delivered POWfolio and based on app store rankings and supporting evidence regarding downloads and those rankings, the app is in thousands of consumers hands in at least 2 dozen countries World Wide.
In just 2 months comic con will be over and two other significant REDG products are scheduled to be, and in my opinion, will be in consumer hands. I am looking forward to to those events. the best to everyone here, thedocg
REDG's co-owned POWfolio app still #1 comic app in the app store this morning at #18. Marvel is the next closest at #21 followed by Manga Rock #25 and DC #31 and Marvel Unlimited #33.
The appannie world rankings for June 5th (abridged due to time):
top 100 = 2
top 500 = 13 (Greece, Lebanon, and United Kingdom all listed as new for that day, but remember 'new' just means it was not in the rankings the day before and if it does jump into a ranking list then it is identified as 'new')
top 1000 = 19 (India is back up as 'new' in the top 1000)
In less than 1 month POWfolio is showing it is an app that rivals the monster companies (Marvel, DC, Comixology). Released on May 5th, this makes POWfolio just a month old. Each day hundreds of new issues are added and the developers continue to work toward an Android Beta release. Hopefully hear that news very very soon. good day, thedocg
Thanks for that post and information greenaccountingbeen. We appreciate these good links to the industry and how they may relate and connect to REDG's overall model. GLTY, thedocg
POWfolio #1 comic app ranking in the app store going on two full weeks if it makes it to Tuesday. #15 today, Sunday June 5th - four spots ahead of the next closest comic app Marvel.
appannie.com world rankings as of June 4
top 100: 2 (United States-13 and Slovakia-69)
top 500: 12 (Columbia-112, Italy-155, Canaday-160, Philippines-175, Qatar-223, Russia-244, Pakistan-249. Belize-289, Slovenia-330, Turkey-484)
top 1000: 19 (Saudia Arabia-504, Mexico-537, Yemen-773, Lithuania-808, Germany-852, Finland-871, Nepal-892)
Much debate goes on in this board about numbers (downloads, subscriptions, etc...). These numbers are fact with no debate.
POWfolio has been the #1 comic app in the app store since May 25th! And continued to stay within the top 25 Free Book apps overall for the same period - with most of that time ranking between 12 and 15.
Android will hopefully get here within the next two weeks and we'll have a shot at getting it live for Comic-con. But we know Glowdot won't jump the gun if it's not ready - they know what the their doing and we just wait till it happens. BUT when it does consider the impact we will have globally as time progresses - and comics from other countries added as an idea. Garnering the 1 million download mark is certainly doable in my opinion once we have both platforms in play.
good evening, thedocg
Thank you rickn for getting this on. Much easier for everyone! Docg
POWfolio tweeted - review for POWfolio by comicplug.com.
Sorry I'm on phone and couldn't get it to copy paste.
Thedocg.
MC, my S/H was just under 7 bucks for where I live in Michigan.
And a quick tidbit on POWfolio, they definitely are planning on hosting comics from other countries around the world, "it is in the works" according to glowdot, but something far down the road, not immediate future. This relates to what they've been saying from the beginning about POWfolio - it is a longevity product. The problem for us is this is OTC penny market and makes the wait excruciating for some. Personally I am OK with it, but others won't handle it or bother to get in.
Just over a month to go and Comic-con. Android announcement is a guess, very soon, but either way it's definitely coming because glowdot said so and they've delivered.
Take care, docg
MC, if you go to the website it will break it down for whichever subscription you want. Year subscription is best deal per month, which is what I got. I was charged about 270 for the year and it was already charged, not pending, which means REDG has been generating revenues since the day they released zwagbox in april. I bought mine the day it was released.
At this point they will have a very good idea what to order for. The problem some have is past "he said" issues and rightfully so, I've been here long enough to have been through it.
Big difference is Markiplier's name behind the product, and the fact it's a pre-order. I do believe they are ordering for what they say - 10 thousand. Once the first box is delivered I think some fence sitters and doubters will change, but some just won't until filings are current and clearly show the revenue from these products.
MC, I suggest you go through zwagbox ordering for yourself so you know exactly how it works and what it charges. You can go through the whole process and see the totals and then just cancel if you don't actually want to order, but you'd see for yourself the amount.
Hope that helps again. Thedocg
Zwagbox is all pre-paid orders. My one year subscription was charged immediately to my credit card. This is not a system that you submit a big order without already having the orders submitted. Docg
Thanks for questions MC. The answers can be found mostly in the info on here. They are projections. We will not know what REDG actually makes until they release a filing showing the exact amount. The mobile downloads is what an app can make based on 100,000 downloads and expecting only 10% actually keep the app and use it.
REDG will get a minimum of 25% of the ad revenue generated from POWfolio. 50% goes to the publisher of the comic that is being read while the ads are popping. 50% goes to the REDG and GLOWdot (which is a 25% split of that 50%). If REDG has a comic being read then they will get 75% of the revenue (25% as developer and 50% as publisher).
