Management of this company are the biggest stockholders so nose diving PPS is not ideal for them... Short term, this not a good investment but long term investors will do just fine.

Someone is putting up walls to keep the PPS deflated...

This company might have one or two skeletons in their closet but it's definitely baked into this price by now... The fins, even if they are bad, will only boost the price from here, this is bottom of the barrel type prices!

The way this thing is looking, it's either this company is way undervalued or it's absolute crap. Half what it was two weeks ago and one tenth of what it was three month ago... Not a good trend! I'm heavily invested in APTG and down big, so I hope it's just the markets ignorance not mine, lol.
