I got an email reply from Mr Ovadia saying the merger is still moving forward and they hope to finish in the near future.

If that happens I'm on my way to Canada to get arrested.

You are right, no dumping of shares by management, no dilution of shares, and no scam being run here. Penny players panic at first sign of drop. Still holding my shares

Im not digging it up dude, it was mentioned in that article that was slamming SDE and the supposed response from the CEO. I asked about it got and got no response. I obviously wasn't deterred by it, Im still here. Until we get the PR Im done on here though, there's nothing left to discuss without the news. Hopefully not much longer, have a good night.

BBRD owes us some sort of an update this week. If the merger is not complete they need to share with us the OWNERS of the company what is holding it up. I sent an email to John Pedder on July 16th that was not returned in which I questioned him about SDE backing out of a merger in 2006 at the last minute. Not saying they're doing it again but I am growing increasingly more skeptical as the days pass with nothing from the company. I've been trading stocks for only 5 months now but have seen this happen many times where the company goes mute and the pps crumbles. The signs that it's legit are strong; no fluff PRs, no dilution, the stock symbol went current, and no share dumping by management. But enough of the speculation its time for the company to make a statement!

BBRD has never stated that the conflict has held up the merger. Below is the link to the July 23rd Supplemental Information statement they released. Business is still being conducted in Israel this skirmish has no bearing on the merger. The merger between companies from Canada and Israel trading on the US Stock Market is the holdup. Starting to grow a bit impatient here, one of my favorite lines from Full Metal Jacket is appropriate I believe to BBRD "Any fuc*ing time, sweetheart"

The mms aren't keeping this low the lack of volume is. We will see a surge in volume 1-2 days before the PR is released, the market has a sixth sense for news. The float is locked up if we get 15-20m in volume this easily runs past .02 and explodes on news. Followed by a series of PRs announcing deals in the works and financials will create a revaluation of the pps which could be very beneficial to us the shareholders. This is of course IMO
