On ihub..you can find a tab that indicates 'trades'...buys/sells pop up with a 15-min delay. There is an option to get real time buys/sells also
I'm not agreeing to the sky's the limit r/s. Give me an exact line item or choice. i.e....A) 1-5 r/s, B) 1-10 r/s, C) 1-50...etc. A blind 'do what you want after I vote yes to a r/s...sorry, no way!
Get the price up (Jay), find buyers.
I see 1-buy of 25,000 and over 400,000 sells. Not going to cut it for me.
I'll buy more at .025 and lower. I have patience and I WILL wait!
Very funny...I like your sense of humor
If that's the case, I can wait. Then afterwards, maybe, just maybe, talk about a r/s. Until then, they can keep on selling prescriptions and maybe have another profitable quarter. NO r/s for me...not right now.
When I see the board of directors and executive management issuing form 4's and buying some common shares (spending their own money), I'll reconsider.
A great idea for Jay...he could lead by example! lol..lol..lol
All excellent points that you made which are very encouraging and shows rxmd is headed in the right direction, until Jay blurts out this r/s bs.
No, Jay, what we need is for you all to market the company and buy some common shares like the rest of us. I wonder what his tune would be if owned 9,000,000 shares which be bought on the open market. I'll bet that he would be singing a different tune!
Insiders, management, and others need to step up, show some real leadership and buy their own stock.
Unless I see some serious buying and stock price appreciation in the next few weeks, like both of you, I'll vote my 7-figure holding..NO R/S
Keep producing and maybe the price moves up. I can sit here on break even and wait. At .025, I'll buy more and wait.
Armen should vote no also, unless the R/S doesn't affect his shares...lol
Sorry, but you cannot guarantee that. If that were the case, I'd sell my house, cars, and wife and go all in.
If I read your post correctly, I don't see the R/S info.
I guess in a few weeks, we'll know how he's going to play his hand.
Sorry everyone..I meant to type reverse stock split. These guys are just pissing me off today! Plus the many questions that went unanswered.
They can start by buying 100,000 shares at a time for a while. And when others see it, new buyers will buy, maybe even old buyers.
It seems like they want the easy way out. Not happening on my account! RXMD better show me some interest in the next couple of weeks!
Or I'll just sit here on break even until they come up with a buying/marketing plan! And they better get going NOW!
They don't, collectively speaking, own enough shares to stop a no vote, that is if they own any. I've been on other sites and it shows...no insider buying.
When these people have 10-20 million shares or so under in their possession, (and you know they can afford it); then talk to me about a reverse merger. Let's see how you vote with some skin in the game. Let's see how you react, if I said 'rxmd management, board of directors, and others in the company- I need a reverse merger'...what's your response to that Jay?
So, we have a few million no's already. Sure hope someone at rxmd monitors or read some of these posts...especially after today!!! sorry, but 'what a joke'...no meat on the bone, not even fat...just bone!
You're profitable but are not buying your own stock! Give me a break!!!
START BUYING, rxmd management, board of directors. Start buying tomorrow. It's not even 4-cents a share...not $40.
Since they have no skin in the game, we can easily nix this reverse split proposal until they find additional buyers. So, they better start knocking on some doors and do some cold-calling.
Your post is ON THE MONEY! You are so dead right! No buying = no price appreciation!!
So, who's buying at these bargain-basement prices? Answer: no-one
Well said...and we've been financing them! Time for them to start buying! I highly think that they are making 7-dollars an hour for managing RXMD
Strongly agree! Just look at the price of shmp...approximately same structure no revenue, no profits, and a stock price that was recently over $.50...currently .41...market cap of $262,854,610. Rxmd market cap is $18,204,630. What a joke! this stock should be north of $.55 but it is not. Not even 4-cents!!!
Maybe send a text to Warren Buffet..see if he has some spare change to invest. Have they asked anyone? Or are they keeping this stock a secret?
I would ask Jay, Birute, Cecile, Armen, and other management personnel start putting some skin in the game and buy millions of shares as we all have done. Or, as I like to say lead by example! Buy your RXMD stock NOW!!!
I did not invest here to break even. Having said that, I will probably be voting NO on a reverse split.
Management needs to show me some buying interest by buying. They have had enough time to spend some of their money.
Or they can pay me a special dividend per share...or double my shares prior to voting for a reverse split
I like that kind of thinking.
Well said...and pretty clever play on words.
But I'm pretty sure something (good) is going on behind the curtain.
Well said!
Good point! Soooooooooooo very true.
I'd love to see this stock trade down into trips...that would allow me to pick up another 10,000,000-30,000,000 shares!
know what you own...see the past and look into the future. Then compare. Slow and steady...maybe too slow for some. Lol...lol...lol
Capitulation would be a good thing. Shake out the weak and impatient!
RXMD held .05 for about 60 days, then broke down. As much as I'd like to be wrong, I believe it will break below .03 heading for the low .02's per the chart.
.036 is just a tease.
I'm with you, 20k at .02...beer money! I hope they call my bluff cause I know they are watching this board
Lol..lol..lol...that is REALLY GOOD!
That's an excellent buy also. Understand though, we all have different points based on what we see, hear, and read. FYI-I lean more toward technical analysis than fundamentals. I'm seeing .023-.025...re-evaluate from there. I don't try to call bottoms...has never worked for me.
I'll add about 1,000,000 shares. I'm hoping they call my bluff.
Just look at amzn, x, unrv, and you'll see insider activity along with what others think about the company. I don't care if it's 1%, it beats a zero!
That's for sure. I always look at 'the pie chart' when I research a stock to see what the insiders are doing. It shows me at least 2 things...confidence in their company and they have some skin in the game!
And not this 'I get a stock bonus' every quarter or every year.
John, I hope this helps. what impresses me most about the last 3 months is the update, transparency and progress being made relative to the S-1. It's a 'slow and painful' process when dealing with the SEC.
All of the other metrics point in a positive direction...ie and most notably ebitda, revenue, cash on hand etc.
Their marketing of rxmd is extremely weak to non-existent. If very few people know about rxmd, who's going to buy the stock. Word of mouth from existing stockholders? Good luck with that.
Armen, Cecile, Birute, jay, Oleg, and Jervis, (key executives) need to start spending their own money and filing Form 4's (insider buying). I've suggested this many times to Mars...without any feedback. They need to show the outsiders, general public, high-risk hedge fund managers that they think positively about the company that employs them. It's called LEAD BY EXAMPLE...BUY YOUR COMMON SHARES AT 4 CENTS IF YOU THINK IT WILL GO TO 75 CENTS. They should be buying millions of shares. Others would DEFINITELY follow.
No marketing=no buyers=no demand=no upward price movement. Sellers and manipulators then dominate. My thoughts, for what it is worth.
Remember, we're only one issue away from what the SEC is asking for. 2 down and 1 to go. The S-1 is now on the front burner, soon to become a reality.
Yuuup! It's called 'psychological pressure' to get you to sell your shares. I know that you're probably doing this, but, a wise man once told me, never play with money you may need sooner as opposed to later. Patience, really is a virtue!
A close friend told me about rxmd in 2016. I liked what I saw, and bought a bunch. I missed selling when it ran to 5-cents, so I just started accumulating. I did not miss the run to 27-cents...sold completely out in the high teens. Got back in and started accumulating again in late 2018.
Now that it's a much better company than it was in 2016, I have decided to wait patiently for a significantly higher price...> $.25. Maybe sell 500,000 around .19 for some beer money..lol. Hold the rest for the big pay off
I'm with you on that. .025 and I'll start accumulating another million shares or I'll wait and watch. I hope they call my bluff. I'm not buying in the threes.
Unfortunately, it looks like 3-cents next week or soon. I'll add more at that time. No buying interest...however, lots of selling!
Well said. So very true!
