I hope you guys bought that dip or reloaded there. We should end the day at -7 or 8 %. The tree was shook and support found at 1.98 which is equivalent to ASX's next support of 2.09. 800k buy volume and 300k sell volume. Most of the sell volume is what caused the dip but enough bulls came out to push it back up to ASX price once converted to USD.
There was an unknown transaction of 250k volume at 11:04 am. Ask/bid was 2.08/2.10 and that was bought/sold at 2.09. There were some strong buys early on too of 50k and 100k volume.
If the ASX looks at the support found here then maybe their stock won't need a shake down either so we might see green tomorrow. I'm not sure how much of an effect our stock has on theirs but 800k buy volume in 2 hours is good news.
Looks like another 7% downer for us tomorrow looking at what ASX is doing tonight. Last time we had 2 reds in a row we went flying the next day 25-30 %..not saying it will repeat, but we'll see how ASX closes today.
I was expecting the stock to fall to 2.17 and it went exactly that low today and bounced off it. It will probably close around here 2.23-2.25. Almost 2 mill volume today. Half buys half sells. Might have to suffer through a 2nd pull back before we see green again. I hate being an 'investor' ...this long term crap is hard when I watch SP daily lol
LMAO ROFL OMG LOLZZZZ1111!!!!! hey that stock that already has a license to sell and distribute...how's it doing today?
This stock got ahead of itself yesterday which means MMs locked in a lot of profits. What you see now is MMs allowing regular people like you and me trade with no support hence the fall in price to get it back to where we should be which is 2.20s.
Never seen it before. Seems neat. ASX stock seems to be shaking some trees. We might see -10% for our stock. I need a reloading point.
Looks like a small red day today. Our stock was already ahead of the ASX so there might be a correction to bring it back down. Possible 6-7% fall from the looks of it right now. It's so hard not to continue to look at daily SP even though I'm in long term. And yes 2018 is a long way away, but 2015 is more important.
Eh. It's hovering at 0% right now. I don't expect much movement on a friday.
Again with the 3 month old news....what's wrong with you?
Not really. Was just one market order that pushed it to 20%.
This is like 3 month old news lol. I'm surprised the SP hasn't gone up much higher with todays type of news. Shows interest has faded and real sales will only move this properly to where it should be.
Nice job. I was actually on there the other day and it wasn't working. Nice that its there now. Wish they do ASX stocks though so we could do some TA
The best thing about this stock is how little people know about it. And I don't mean that a lot of people don't know about LNG or it doesn't have a lot of attention, I mean how little info they know about the stock itself. You have people thinking it's a stair stepping stock and they think it will fall back to $1 without doing any DD whatsoever. This stock is shorted every day. I think today was 50%. Was 80% the other day...they have no idea what they're getting into. I'm sure a lot of shorts got burned last week or 2. I knew a guy shorting back when it was at $1.20. It's laughable.
btw, asx is up 10% so expect a good ride tomorrow.
Yes 3 big hedge funds are buying a ton of stock from the US so there is a lot of interest and people are scooping up the stock regardless of price so that's good for us.
I figured the SP would go up 5% today to match what the US price is once conversion takes place. We've had almost 5 consecutive green days so I expect a pull back soon, but if you're thinking long term I wouldn't even be bothered by it. Like some people say, just buy the stock and don't look back until 2015.
yes....i didn't say placement will be good or bad, it can go either way.
I mean ya it will keep going up off of speculation, but tomorrow there is a placement happening (well I guess today in 3 more hours when ASX opens) so we'll see what that does to the stock. Also I'm not 100% sure, but I doubt there will be much news. They are just waiting mid 2015 to get financing or something along those lines and all paper work done, and then construction will begin once approved.
Technically they already issue shares on US under LNGLY. It just mimmicks everything else % wise but is multiplied by 40 due to the ADR
Volume and query alert on LNG by ASX today. They want to know why the price and volume is going up so high and if they have done anything differently. Here is their response:

18.5 mill shares sold today only 2.5 mill bought ...what a disaster. How many bag holders still left? I unloaded half back at 0.024 and the other half at 0.019
Yes I own LNGLF but technically the company said these aren't shares sold by them directly. It would be as if I bought them directly from a Australian stock exchange and then sold to you.
You must've missed June 10th. It gaps up because as I mentioned many times this stock follows LNG on ASX. These are shares bought and sold by MMs from the ASX and sold on OTC for Americans to be able to purchase the Australian stock. Its simple dd guys...you should not be putting your money into something that it took me 5 minutes to figure out. If the price goes higher than what ASX closed its cuz MMs are selling higher to profit obviously but eventually will close near the ASX.
I guess you still don't understand how this works lol. It doesn't matter how high or how low the ASX hits. All that matters is what it closes at. LNGLF is controlled by MM's. They will not allow the stock to budge too much away from the closing price of LNG:ASX. We will open around 1.95 and stay there throughout the day.
You can't really short sale LNGLF unless you plan on holding over night.
Ton of profit taking though. I was afraid of that which is why I didn't increase my size earlier this morning. Might wait to see what happens day after tomorrow.
Technical analysis on LNGLF is a joke yes, but not on ASX:LNG which is what this stock is priced after depending on what that market closes on. It doesn't matter what LNG on ASX does throughout the day, whatever it closes at is what we open at the next day (also have to convert AUD to USD). That's why it only gaps up or down and maintains that price usually throughout the day.
This stock will end up at $5-10 by mid 2015. I want to swing trade this stock in the mean time while maintaining a long term position but its so hard to figure it out.
Should have another +15-20% day today.
Well we recovered from that 2 day 25% fall and are a bit higher now. Wonder if we'll get another pull back tomorrow or soar higher. Its funny cuz we'll know what the open will be due to LNGs close but too bad we can't sell in premarket in the morning because price moves immediately
Wait...what Bill says isn't the truth, but what you say is? Interesting...

Nice read about LNG/LNGLF
Click on data tools then trades then type lnglf and search. It is 15 min delayed.
So I did some DD. The main Australian LNG stock fell 25% in 2 days and now so has LNGLF and LNGLY. So we pretty much follow LNG. Since they are on ASX you can pretty much predict what the stock will open tomorrow depending on what LNG on ASX closes at. That's why the stock doesn't move much once it opens. The MMs open the asking price on what the ASX one closed at in their time zone.
Good news is it hit bottom intraday and started a reversal so LNG may go up tomorrow (their stock exchange opens at 8pm est) so most likely LNGLF will follow by gapping up.
1.3 mill volume . 1 mill sells 300k buys. This is opposite of what usually happens. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Just profit taking? This is the crappy thing about this stock....MMs have full control of the stock. Bulls and bears don't matter. Stock won't budge unless MMs want it to. Whatever the price opens at is what the stock will be for the day.
Edit:wow this stock is being heavily shorted right now. Seems the inital jump last week may have been a short squeeze. Well they'll have to cover soon enough. http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=lnglf&action=view#.U5ciccvD8m8
Ouch this is not good. Another -12% :/
Twice the amount of buys as sells but price not budging. MMs keeping price at 1.30 for today. Volume about half what it usually is. Tomorrow should be greener.
Can you copy / paste it here? Don't feel like making an account just to read it.... :D
Don't exactly understand that news that came out today. Does it mean they are putting more shares into the ASX market? Means their float increased? Also I noticed that L2 has shares being pretty hidden on lnglf. Usually its 80% buy orders yet the price doesn't budge
This is what I was afraid of albeit also what I was waiting for. Loaded up some more shares.
The only thing I don't like is that premarket determines price of stock. A few orders or a starting price on ask of higher or lower and that's where the stock opens. Can be good or on days like this can be bad.
Or up 4.9% from today's low...gotta love pessimists
