The SEC form D filed was for 4 million dollars and they gave them 10% of the company and they took it. That is big.
The nice part is the majority of flexpower investors are independently wealthy and not looking small returns. The float is tiny and flexpower won't dilute as a scam on these investors. It is going for the big boards and trying to get there Asap.
No FS. We get 2.4% of OS
Too much impatience and misunderstanding here though. Many stuck in stinky pinky mentality. Have a stack and will be adding on the shakedown before PR. This will be a nice long term play. Will add from other quick profits on short term plays. Always nice to have a couple banks to deposit in here in the OTC for yr+ holds.
Starting with a small OS is the easiest way to track all shares. Buy them up and then FS once they are in the hands of who you want them in.
Thanks for that update.. Lol
Email and business description changed on OTC..company speaks soon enough
Sam Grinfeld was also removed
$5 on bid
Good news is we own the float for now. Gives the company time to PR.
Looking further into these. Anyone feel like a DD hunt?

4 on BB. Bid coming back on Monday? Got some good DD guys here. What spiked it?
It will open at $6
You can continue to think the AS was split 30:1 and that will correlate to the OS, but you will be wrong.
The AS was restructured to 200M and the OS was split 10k to 1. It is what it is, now we will soon figure out why and hopefully it will be a profitable answer.
Again AS restructure has nothing to with OS split. Lets move on.
More than 20 athletes, including Jason Kidd, Hakeem Olajuwon, and Manu Ginobili, have become investors in the company. What percent- age they make up was not disclosed, but their enthusiasm for Flex-Power is clear.
"This product is something I use, and so do other professional athletes and teams," says New Jersey Nets superstar Kidd, an investor who will be featured in future marketing campaigns. "So I understand the business opportunity. I owned PowerBar stock, and I was part of the success of their growth and their sale to Nestle, including doing marketing with them. I see a lot of parallels with this opportunity with Flex-Power."
There was another article detailing the 25k minimum that matches the form D. They're already in. But how will this effect SS?
Will this effect SS?
Form D that flexpower filed with SEC
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/vprr/07/9999999997-07-033277
Most recently, Flex-Power struck a deal with Korean conglomerate LG, which will sell the product in sporting goods and fitness center chains in its home country.
“Hopefully, we can evolve like PowerBar,” said Esmaili of the company founded by his mentor and sold to Nestlé SA in 2000 for a reported $375 million. “First there was no food in sporting goods stores and gyms and now everyone has it.”
For their Korea presence which the website is very nice and the in store displays look good as well they teamed with LG( yes they sell more than TVs) Will they be in OS or AS?
It's an old filing with the SEC but it would still affect the SS right? Or at least give us insight into who is holding that note?
I've seen at least four people still tweeting about Mona's chart and a bottom bounce...lmao. #clueless
A form D was filed for 4M, would that be part of the new SS and if so would they be holders of OS or AS?
Also look at the timeline of the form D and this meeting:

Definitely investing and passing along to who is the son of one of the richest men in the world then look at my previous DD and the timeline of the article and the Form D filed.
Posted that a month ago along with this

Let the company speak first. After we here from the company and it looks this bleak to you still, than by all means voice your opinion.
FLXP
Why do you think they held it up in front of the brewer group symposium as well. I am assuming they already have a good idea of what the revs are
10..lol
With an OS of 477K? With what shares will they short?
The higher the PPS, the fewer amount of shares they need to let go of in order to raise the same amount of $. We know they have big name firepower for PRs and revs IMO will look very good with national and international sales and will be opening up for big name chain product placement and more global distribution.
Individually of course not but I guarantee one thing, They do care about their PPS
The big missing part is we haven't heard from the company and then assumptions and conspiracies keep flowing. Everyone keeps blaming flexpower, we all saw that these message boards have more of an effect on PPS than I think many expected. Flexpower has done nothing wrong, IMO they have done everything the appropriate way a big business should. They owe nothing to us, they just took over this shell. We are the ones who are eating each other alive and placing the blame on a company that just merged into a shell, empty PRs and pumping would mean a lot less than the silence. PR will come soon enough. Then make your decisions.
If you couldn't sell shares price could not drop
Ask yourself if a company that is suspended can operate business, actively sell on Amazon, vitamin shoppe, sports authority, internationally, and have the backing of the NBA player association and the Brewer Group... Ummm
Read description below about suspension in Cali, does that really look like they are suspended since I can go buy a bottle of flexpower right now.
In California, both the Secretary of State’s office and the Franchise Tax Board have the authority to suspend a California corporation. The Secretary of State’s office can suspend a corporation based upon the failure to file and pay the annual Statement of Information. This statement contains the identity of the officers and directors of the corporation, as well as its agent for service of process. The failure to file a Statement of Information on time may result in a $250.00 late fee.
The Franchise Tax Board has the authority to suspend a corporation based upon the failure to pay the minimum tax of $800.00 a year or the failure to pay any taxes that are owed. In addition, a corporation may be suspended for the failure to file tax returns. Tax returns are required on an annual basis even if the corporation is not doing business.
The impact of a corporation being placed in suspended status is substantial. When a corporation is suspended, it has lost all rights and privileges as a corporation and cannot legally operate. In that regard, technically a suspended corporation is required to close its business and stop all business related activity. Moreover, a suspended corporation cannot sue or defend any action in court. Furthermore, a suspended corporation that provides a service, or goods, to third parties while suspended may not be able to collect payment for such services or goods since the suspended corporation technically was not permitted to engage in any business transactions.
You haven't lost anything until you sell. Wait for the company to speak, until then its all speculation, and we've seen where that can take it.
Yes I am sure you can operate on this scope: vitamin shoppe, Amazon, sports authority, REI, Longs Drugs, internationally and have the backing of the brewer group and be suspended
With that same reasoning in mind wouldn't they drop some HUGE PRs to spike the PPS so when they do let go of some of their company they've spent 15yrs building it'll benefit them more. They've been justifiably greedy about it this far why not moving forward.
It's the RS.
