This last bit of dilution has been pretty brutal but I believe we will see this take off toward the end of the year as Yellow is released and the Studioplex is built.
I just hopes Manu lays off the dilution a bit and lets this recover. My average cost is a little above a cent. So as long as we raise equity around a cent I am ok with that. If he continues to hammer the share price and we go sub-penny that is an issue. I still think that by 2015 we will be well above .03 if they execute.
The book value was .05 as of the 10K and that did not include some of the assets acquired and cash raised. So I am assuming that the actual book value is.06 or more. If we can get this off the ground, the potential will be huge.
If you have been on this board long enough, you will realize that only about 15 are consistently positive on the stock. The rest are traders who pump or bash depending on if they have a position or not. So if you believe in the stock long term, stay with it. Try to block out the noise. It is 100% clear that Manu is trying to build a real company and is not living off of shareholder money. Manu does not receive a salary and many of the people on his staff could receive much higher salaries elsewhere. They are trying to build something big and I agree they have made a ton of progress.
There have been construction loans talked about in several news articles. So I do not believe that Manu's plan is to blow up the O/S to 5 billion to pay for the Studioplex construction. I think they have cash flow needs until Yellow is released.
An Atlas payment would have came due on 3/31/14. So they likely had to pay about 1M in cash.
Yeah but those films had a lot more promotion dollars behind them. Also, all of those movies were showing at major theatres chains. I am not sure Yellow will make it into all theatres. I am thinking it will be showing in more artsy independent theatres. Not sure how it will be received worldwide. It seems like something the Japanese would really get into. Lol. That is a pretty big profit margin if we make it to 50M. Not many movies are that profitable.
What do you think it is going to make? Were you ever able to find that 32M guidance you stated for Yellow?
I am just thinking it is on the books for 18 million or so. That is 18 million in cash even if we just break even.
Im keeping my expectations reasonable at 15M-20M. I will be happy if we exceed those expectations.
A lot of people are in on this big. A ton of people own several million shares.
A lot of us will be millionaires if we gross that much. I would be extremely happy if we get 30M or more.
If you read the language in the 10k and Manu's shareholder letter it would seem they have big expectations for Yellow.
Thanks for the link.
Very interesting. I would be interested in reading the whole thing. Is that all of it?
Is that a news article? What newspaper is that from?
It is nice to see another nice review for the movie Yellow. I think the reviewer made a good point when he said it is a love or hate type of movie. If you at IMBD it has a bunch of 10s and quite a few 7-9s. It also has a substantial number of 1s. Its not everyone's cup of tea.
Overall, if a generic horror film like Storage 24 can make 5.3M+. I think a unique film with the production value of Yellow should yield at least 15M with the potential for much more. Plus it has a big name director in Cassevetes and a number of stars. I am sure Cassevetes alone has a pretty big following of people who see all of his movies.
How many shares do you think were diluted today out of the 71M or so traded? Thanks.
I'm pretty sure Cassevetes was the shady one if you go back and research it. See the article below. I think Medient bought the film if I understand it right. All that really matters is that lawsuits are cleared and it will bring in some much needed revenue for medient.

LOL that's a good way of putting it.
I'm pretty sure that was against Nick Cassavetes and not Medient . This is real old news.
The company has done everything in that article or will do it over the next several months. Look at the activity guidance. I agree that some of it has been delayed but they have followed through on everything so far.
This is all old information that you are posting. Much of it from a year ago or more. I think it is clear that the construction is going to start next month.
I called them and they said I needed to contact the company for that information.
Who did you talk to? I just tried and they would not provide me with that information.
Look at most major corporations. They start out with one store or one product and grow. That is why this is so cheap at the moment. They have plenty of people on staff with years of movie making experience. They know how to produce movies.
Manu's dilution reply
@JRtweeted all I can say is that is that I am in this with you.. And the team is playing out of our skins.. Results will show soon
For all the people that hate on Manu. Several of his execs and him are not receiving pay. If he really wanted to scam people wouldn't he be paying himself 150-300k? He is trying to make this the studioplex a reality.
News out. Updated price target by seethru equity .10. Way undervalued still!!

This is frustrating. It is hard to believe they can not find a better way to finance.
Smart move by Management choosing a movie that relates so well to current events. This should make it easier to promote the film and should generate more interest from consumers.
I believe the technology partnerships will be the bigger news this month that could drive the stock price.
Yeah 28 employees in countries all over the world. Over 5 million in revenue over the last two years. Government support. TOTAL SCAM! LOL
Manu said there will be a live video feed of construction once it starts. That will be cool to track the progress.
What is with all the negativity tonight? Nothing has changed, we have known about the 5B A/S for months. At this point you either trust management or you do not.
I have been happy with the transparency from management over the last several months and believe 2014 will be a good year.
I do think Manu has a plan. This article talks about hybrid financing.
Kumaran said Medient has a hybrid structure in place for financing, including short-term loans, “structuring” with Shore and bank financing.

Where are you getting 30M from?
I think Yellow revenues would be able to cover part of the construction but certainly not all of it unless it is bigger than we think.
They took on 5.1M of debt due in payments over I think over 2 years and 5 million common shares.
Great, Thank You
Are you still feeling good about next week?
I thought he said that on the conference call. That he was going to meet with Atlas to finalize the film slate they are announcing at Cannes.
Manu is doing some pumping at twitter that would make Gibbon proud lol. Manu may be right though. This could be worth a couple billion if everything goes well.
Manu Kumaran ?@manukumaran · 3h
@Jay1Up no plans to sell.. $5 is just a benchmark for what we should be worth in a couple of years
Are there any large bids on level 2 or should the gap be easy to fill?
Wow! Huge Bid.
I think many traders who sold must have failed to read the 10k. This is the most pertinent section in my opinion. It suggests that the company has raised enough capital to cover its expenses until the release of Yellow. They expect yellow will provide enough revenue to fund their operations thereafter. They should have a pretty good idea at this point how much yellow is worth. I believe they may issue a few shares for services but I think the worst dilution is over for now.
LIQUIDITY
"In 2012 and 2013 We generated revenues from the release of Storage 24, and the sale of prequel and sequel rights on the film. It is anticipated that accounts receivable therefrom will be paid to the Company in the third quarter of 2014. We will be releasing the film Yellow both domestically and internationally either late in the second quarter or beginning of the third quarter of 2014. In addition to the revenues generated by Storage 24, the Company has raised sufficient investor capital to cover the Company’s overhead requirements pending the release of Yellow. Upon the film’s release, the net proceeds of the film are expected by the Company’s management to not only fund the Company’s operations, but also provide capital for additional new film productions. The Company has completed or has financing agreements in place for the Property, and $40 Million in special effects, production and post production equipment and services. The Company is currently working to complete additional project financing for the construction of the Studioplex.
