definitely. a lot of good stuff coming out in the AIG trial now, we also still haven't heard from Judge Sweeny on whether or not Howard can partake in the plaintiff discovery process, this should be a catalyst either way and I'm extremely surprised it's taken this long for us to hear her ruling on it. should be any day now.
perfect. might be seeing some fireworks in about a month then. another positive earnings release and around the same time AIG lawsuit outcome
do we have a date on the AIG trial verdict? this goes in greenberg's favor and i think we could jump to new 52 week highs
Unfortunately, unless they hold 5 percent of the shares or more like Ackman does, they are not required to follow the SEC reporting rules with OTC securities so we may never truly find out who is on involved in this thing until we change exchanges

InfoSonics' SL5000 'Quantum' performs like the big boys

Nobody is going to mistake InfoSonics for Apple or HTC, but what if I told you they have a product that might remind you of something put out by the big smartphone manufacturers?
I'm talking about InfoSonics' verykool® SL5000 smartphone, the first smartphone in the verykool line that offers access to LTE 4G networks.
Powered by a more than adequate Snapdragon 400, a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, the SL5000 also sports a big 5" screen, so it looks and feels like an iPhone 6 or HTC One M8.
It also performs.
My tests in and around the Metro Atlanta area, (where I conduct most of my tests) showed just a slight difference in boot times, email loading and posting on Facebook among the three smartphones. In addition, battery life was also very similar, with the HTC One M8 getting a little more life.
The SL5000 also offers the option of external storage with a microSD up to 64 GB. Your iPhone 6 won't give you that.
I also found excellent connectivity to Wi-Fi, perfect USB tethering and well performing Bluetooth to speakers and fitness devices.
There's a reason. InfoSonices puts a premium on R&D and making sure they offer a great product that is a true value for customers.
Joseph Ram, InfoSonics president and chief executive officer offers:
“The SL5000 is a testament to our commitment to producing the most efficient products that deliver performance, design, features, speed and exceptional value that customers have come to expect from verykool. The SL5000 packs an impressive amount of features into its slim and attractive design, with multi-band 4G LTE U.S. nationwide support. We are thrilled to add this device to our existing successful lineup.”
It's my job to tell the good and bad of gadgets and devices, and there is a lot of good to say about the SL5000.
The slim frame feels good in my hand even while walking. The display is bright and clean. This is a phone that is available for you to use, and it doesn't matter who your wireless provider is.
Don't forget about the 8-megapixel autofocus camera with HD 720p recording and flash that gets the job done. The 2-megapixel front-facing camera may seem basic, but it is good enough for that outdoor "selfie" you can post on Facebook or Instagram.
The verykool® SL5000 is available right now as a single SIM in the retail market. It has a retail price of $230 in the U.S. Visit the verykool® website at http://www.verykool.net/Products/SL5000 for all the specs.

definitely, i think we should hear this week, i cant believe it has taken this long already
FNMA still absurdly low in price, investors will win the company back. Good time to get in and hold on tight for the long haul
we should be hearing very soon from Judge Sweeny about whether or not Howard will be able to side with the plaintiffs in the discovery process. It's been almost two weeks since the Gov objected
like i said, this is not hte first time this has ever happened, its a cycle. france and great britian are still around and their debt was twice what ours is now at one point
106 percent of GDP, who cares. Japan opperates at almost 200. Great Britain and France operated at almost 200 throughout in the 19th century. its just a political tool to get people riled up when they see the 'T'rillion
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_public_debt
Should hear from Sweeney any day now on whether or not Howard is cleared to participate in the lawsuits
Completely agree with, I got the same vibe. I saw a few ppl post about similar thoughts but they too were lost in all the ppl losing their minds on here. This thing is gold right now, hope u have some extra Keesh to scoop up the cheapies!
20 cent jump in minutes
BUUUUUUYYYYYY!!!!!
discount city! BUY em up!!!!
BUY an hold. This is part of the roller coaster. DON'T SELL A SHARE, LONGS.
Reiterating: 10 percent has been paid back as of yesterday, anything can happen at any time
i'll wait three years if i have to to get my return on this investment. FnF going no where. the lower the price goes down the more i'm able to buy
already have funds scheduled to transfer tomorrow am so i can steal those shares. Can't wait to scoop them up
thanks, i appreciate it
why not until then if you don't mind me asking, I thought these payments were reported the day of
any word on today's scheduled payment to the treasury for 2nd quarter earnings (the three billion plus in profit for Fannie)? haven't seen anything which is odd. usually there are headlines
NO after hour trading on OTC.
"OTC stocks, bonds, funds, options and other securities may be traded only during regular market hours."

billions upon billions upon billions in net profit while circulating trillions. a cornerstone of our economy. BUY all you can while you can!
what happens now is you buy as much as you can while everyone panics. FnF going nowhere. other lawsuits still in progress, FnF still making billions. BUUUUUYYYYYY an hold!!!!
shares on sale tomorrow, freeing up money to buy more
just pointing out the obvious before you start scaring the children around here
somebody is on the buy side of every trade, wonder who's buying all the shares as well
manipulaiton at its finest
this is some big specualtion. can please elaborate with some sources
this AIG trial is big in dictating how much longer we all have to sit diddling ourselves. AIG trial goes in greenberg's favor i think there's a strong chance we see a deal cut in the FnF suits, if not then we're sitting for at least another year until the FnF trials get underway, possibly longer
do you have a source on the merrill position? if that's the case that explains a lot and is GREAT NEWS
happens all the time. we've conspiracized on this board about "the one share trade signal" dozens of times in the last couple of years
if this is accurate, which it seems to be... we are in for a LAUNCH. this is insane! almost half the float!!!
November 9th is the latest reporting date for FNMA. 40 days after the end of the quarter they must report.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/form10q.htm
If it were to gap up to 20 dollars tomorrow and never fall below 20 dollars ever again it would have "popped and locked"
AND owned by taxpayers
five years from now you'll be happy you held through these swings, no matter how hard it is. 12th most profitable comapny in the world. Going nowhere
no. but i thought it was funny... anyone with an ability to look at the big picture knows these companies can't and won't go away, the repercussions are far too harsh
then i'd liquidate a kidney to buy more at such an absurdly low price
