So explain it to me please...
I have high standards and I expect the same of others, especially when I'm investing my hard earned cash BUT I recognise a group of people doing their best to turn a company that's making serious losses, into a company that's making serious profit.
Today I recognise that the filings are late not because of incompetence or a lack of hard work and commitment, but because someone is having a pretty rough time of it.
I interpreted your post that you don't give a sh*t about anyone else and IMHO opinion, you seem quick to challenge and berate guys who are doing their best; they're not perfect, nor am I, nor are any of us...
Please let me know if I'm missing something; have a great weekend and hopefully we'll see some action next week that we'll both be happy about...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
OK, so I’ve just had a conversation with someone linked to IFCR – I’m not going to name them as it’s not appropriate to do so…
I asked about filings and had a good conversation with the person with the following points:
Fusilier’s PR on June 9th talks about filing it’s outstanding 10Qs, no mention of the 10K because as of today, it’s not outstanding; the intention is to file the 10K on time – by the end of the month.
The 10Qs may not be filed today as there has been a trying personal situation for a member of the ‘extended’ team – again, I’ve been asked not to repeat what I know but let me just say that there are more important things in life than work or our investments, no matter what you might think…
The intention is to file the outstanding 10Qs as soon as they possibly can!
I expressed my support for the whole team and stressed that there are a lot of other investors out there who are rooting for IFCR and are looking forward to bright things in the future.
Looks like an earlier post about the reports not being filed is correct BUT the reason was not highlighted, instead another slur was thrown at the CEO. Let me reiterate that the reports will not be filed because of a GENUINE reason, not an excuse…
I’m not going to expand any further but if anyone from IFCR does happen to read this post, keep doing what you’re doing – we’re right behind you, all of the way…
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Interesting that when the company is poised to move up we see a whole load of parasites come out of the woodwork to bash IFCR, personally abuse Fusilier (which shouldn't be tolerated on this board) and generally harass investors.
Could it be that they're worried that their little money making attempts are going to stop - perhaps they should grow up and act like true investors rather than deliberately manipulating share prices to their own ends.
Scum.....
What's your problem, did you hit on him and he turned you down or something???
Pretty much everything he said he would do recently, he's done - OK there were a couple of delays but so what, he's turning the company around and is making profit...
Why bother posting crap if all you're gonna do is bitch about the company and Fusilier.
Go take a chill pill after you've taken your head out from up your ass...
Come on Fusilier, stay true to your word and get the remaining 2 x 10Qs and 10K out to knock BKRT and NITE right out of the park...
Bid of 1.9M versus Ask of 310k - those MMs are desperate to get their hands on as many shares as they can - peeps would be dumb if they sold now...
Well said Trebeg...
IMHO, the longer this situation goes on without hearing from YA Global, the more it makes me think that things are still happening with Intellicell.
YA wouldn't necessarily issue PRs telling us what they were doing but they would initiate legal proceedings and somebody would find the court documents and then post an update.
I still don't agree with the lack of communication from the company, quite frankly it's a poor show and the BOD must share some of the blame with Dr Victor - he is not an experienced business manager but they are and for that, their behaviour is inexcusable.
I do wonder why they haven't bothered to file a late annual return but as a pink, they don't have to BUT it would give shareholders and potential investors some faith in the leadership; that said, they can late file whenever they deem it is appropriate to do so.
Still think things are bubbling away in the background.
However, I could also be completely wrong - does anyone have a valid or logical argument to challenge why YA Global hasn't taken any action - interested to hear any other points of view...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Try a few Habanero chills, that'll put a fire in your hole...
Can't see a 10Q coming out today, we've been unable to hold onto the momentum of the PR earlier this week so I can't see them wasting a 10K just before the weekend, especially if the 10Q is going to be late.
The only difference is the sooner the 10Qs are out, the sooner the STOP sign can be removed...
Morning all...
Is this REAL dumping though - I personally think the MMs are doing this to make it look like dumping to trick any weak retail shareholders to sell OR to get any vendors that have been paid in shares to sell because they think the price is dropping quickly.
Can't believe that any sane, rational, experienced investor would consider selling now in the lead up to 3 x 10Qs and a 10K, with news of an acquisition coming on line by 1st July.
Agree 100% with you Trebeg, like you, my opinion is that things are progressing in the background and that YA Global have a good reason for staying involved with Intellicell...
Fair comment - standing in the corner giving myself a darn good talking too...
Morning all and greetings from the European branch of the Steven Victor Fan Club...
OK so over the weekend I decided to listen to the podcast for Geraldo Rivera’s show last Friday with special guest Star, our very own Dr Steven Victor, to see what all the who-ha was about; I expected to hear lots of talk about Regen Medical etc etc but was surprised…
The focus of his interview was regarding the treatment of autism using stem cells; Dr Victor confirmed that he was ‘peripherally’ involved with a study in Greece where 210 autistic children were treated with stem cells and which led to some pretty impressive results; he also mentioned that several children with autism had been treated with stem cells
He was asked how the stem cells were prepared and he talked about the process and mentioned Intellicell Biosciences (at time 39.14) and then mentioned Regen Medical (at time 41.45). As a closing request, he was asked to give the web address of Regen Medical (at time 42.15).
He wasn’t speaking solely about Regen during this interview, just responding to the questions that he was asked and he certainly didn’t give them excessive coverage…
We don't know what's happening and it would be good to understand why there was no PR about it but honestly, it was less than 5 minutes long - if they're too busy to get filings out they're hardly going to waste time and effort telling us about a short Q&A session on the radio.
I'm not happy that there's nothing coming out of the company but I do still believe that things are progressing (MY OPINION FOLKS)and we'll hear from them in due course when the time is right...
Agree with everything you've said Trebeg, these guys are ruthless and wouldn't hesitate to initiate legal action to seize Intellicell's assets, paper clips, plants and all...
Only from you my friend....
With a sustained PR campaign telling the world about European patents, FDA approval, IND success, new funding, new management etc, this could be STELLAR!!!
WE JUST NEED THE NEWS...
Fellow posters, I hope you all manage to put aside any animosity towards each other and Intellicell, and focus on what is a special weekend as you honour the sacrifices that veterans, past and present, have made to keep you all safe and give you the freedom of speech that you exercise on a daily basis.
As a veteran of 22 years service in the British military, I salute the US military veterans and hope you all have a great Memorial weekend with your families and friends....
I look forward to some more 'friendly' banter next week when we're a few days closer to lift off...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Thanks for the reply MB25, I have a couple of observations:
You are absolutely right in that toxic financers stack the odds in their favour, but they don't invest in no-hopers, and yes, they must have thought that the risk was worth it when they first invested. I agree wholeheartedly you BUT, we're in a different situation now...
The YA Global agreement expiry date has come and gone and they could have started legal action to seize patents, plants, paperclips and anything else as they have first pick, but we haven't seen anything from them, not a peep and there are enough people surfing the NYC court documents that would shout it out if they found something.
So I ask myself why hasn't a ruthless investment company done anything about it, when they could have initiated legal action to recoup some of their investment (Ironridge tried it and failed).
The other way to frame my question is what is happening now that would keep YA Global involved with Intellicell?
Your point about "not losing as many times as regular investors" is flawed because their business strategy is to not lose at all; you're right, they don't give a sh*t about other investors and don't care whether hey get burned, all they want to do is to make money.
As we know, any investment is about managing risk as my original post stated and it seems that YA Global are STILL prepared to remain involved with Intellicell and my question is WHY are they still interested? No news does NOT mean bad news, just no news. There may be positive developments, there may be teething troubles, it may have fallen apart altogether, we don't know but I suspect YA Global does know as they will be demanding updates and threatening Intellicell with legal action so my guess is that things are developing....
Was having a look through some of the PRs earlier and I would suggest (opinion only folks) as others have, that the pre-IND is in progress, possibly with amendments to the process involving the new ultrasound flask with ongoing work on the patent if required so we're still in the game...
If you or anyone else can offer another realistic idea on WHY YA Global has not initiated legal proceedings against Intellicell I'd love to hear your thoughts...
Good weekend to y'all when it arrives...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
You're right Roxyboro but you forget one pretty important point:
Any kind of financing, toxic or otherwise, is about risk management and these toxic financiers would not invest capital in a company that has nothing to offer in return.
At some level, these financiers MUST think that Intellicell has something to offer and that there is a realistic chance of getting a favourable return.
They don't invest in lame ducks...
Thanks Resx18, if you look at post #2462, it talks about how DF said (on a conference call) that up to 300 million of the shares are locked up - if this is still the case, the float is only about 130 million shares which makes things MUCH more interesting...
There are 400 million shares of stock outstanding.300 million shares are locked up by large investors and others.
Thanks Alstocks but let's remember that a sizeable portion of the float is locked up so the number of shares in circulation is considerably less than published...
I haven’t posted for a while so I thought I’d send some comments from the European branch of the Steven Victor Fan Club…
It’s been so quiet lately that I wonder what is actually happening – no news, no updates, no late filings, nothing, nada, zilch.
The company is failing people say, absolutely, so where are the PRs to confirm this, a lot of people are are owed a lot of money but nothing, no legal actions other than the one that was refiled recently.
Where’s YA Global, we’ve not heard a peep out of them and they are owed a lot of dollars. Surely if the company was going down the drain they would be asking for paper clips, office plants and everything else they could get their hands on but there’s nothing happening, so is the company failing…
It’s quiet because a decision has been made to not communicate any updates at this time – I’m not condoning it, far from it but there are things happening that they don’t want to release at the moment…
Yes I am optimistic, yes I am long SVFC and yes, perhaps I do look for the positive viewpoint where this company is concerned. I have an opinion, no better or worse than other opinions but I have one and I will exercise it under what you guys across the pond quote as your “First Amendment” rights or something like that…
Stevie “The Doc” Victor is preoccupied with his own Regen business (or whatever it’s called today) so there’s clearly a problem as he doesn’t seem to give a sh*t, hmmm – I wonder why that might be…
Stevie is still the CEO on paper, he won’t step down because he’s arrogant and probably narcissistic and wants to play the ‘CEO’ card at this social gatherings and parties but I really don’t think he’s running the show at 460 Park Avenue. I personally think that someone like Ray Hill is calling the shots at the moment because the company is heavily involved in pre-IND / other research activities with Dr James Andrews and his colleagues down in Park Breeze and may be the FDA as well, who knows…
YA Global are silent because they know what’s happening and have been offered a bigger slice of the pie if they leave the paperclips, plants etc alone and take no legal action against Intellicell to recover what they have invested.
What about the new flasks, sorry the “Closed Processing System for Cell Therapy Manufacturing” well they’re in the thick of it as they say and are probably being included in some rework of the patents and that’s why there’s a delay on that front as well but it will happen eventually…
Remember that this is a stinky pinky and so they don’t actually need to file anything; they’re not breaking any laws but they are currently non-compliant in the eyes of the SEC but whoop-de-do, that’s no big deal and could be resolved relatively easy.
I still believe that funding is waiting in the wings and when the time is right, Stevie “The Doc” Victor will put on his biggest smile and tell y’ all that HIS company has solved all of the world’s problems, oops, possibly just that they have perfected, trialed and patented a revolutionary, FDA approved way of generating adipose stem cells, quicker, faster and in greater numbers than anyone on the planet and that we should all invest in his lil’ ole company…
I still think the future is bright and that there are a few bucks to be made here – only yesterday a company went up 17,000% so why can’t happen with Intellicell when the news eventually breaks…
Sorry if this is a bit long and perhaps a little sarcastic, that’s us Brits…
Thoughts???
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Not really stellar news though is it, we've known that it was their intention to be current, with the STOP sign removed by the end of June.
What it has done is reassured investors that they're still on track and intending to file on time but they still haven't confirmed when the quarterlies will be filed, just that everything will be done by 30th June.
There’s also been no mention of any acquisitions which should be in the pipeline.
Because of the release today, what we have seen is the SP fly up to a more 'reasonable' level and away from the trips which is a big improvement IMO...
There are a lot of people out there who want us to believe that they have insider information about progress, patents, litigation etc when in fact the only people that really know what’s happening are the people that actually work at Intellicell.
The rest of us, including myself, can simply speculate and offer opinions with logical arguments and assumptions thrown in for good measure.
Still believe this baby is going to fly at some point, why else would people STILL be trying to sue the company if it was going down the pan, are they that desperate for paper clips and plants???
Looks like the MMS are playing games this morning...
They obviously want to hold it down for some reason, perhaps to squeeeeze a bit more out of people before it does start to move...
In an earlier post they said that an acquisition before the end of the last FY was delayed due to bad weather and would be completed in Q1 of this FY.
The release on 1 April mentions this PLUS another 2 acquisitions that would be made in Q2 of 2015 which also equates to the same period - the first quarter of this financial year...
So we may well have 3 acquisitions plus 3 quarterly reports before the 10K at the end of June.
If this is the case, there's going to be a lot of news coming in the next 8 weeks...
Thoughts???
All considered, a cosmic day I think…
10K is out, a little later than forecasted but if something’s worth anything, it’s worth doing it right and proper…
He promised us revenues in excess of $20M and he’s delivered, especially as he’s done so after selling off some businesses which was reported in the last 10K…
He promised us reduced debt and he’s delivered on that as well...
OK so some of the debt has been converted into shares and we have an additional 9% of dilution on the previous numbers (an extra 37 million to bring the number up to 434 million from 397 million) BUT over 60% of the previous number was locked so there’s probably not that much of an increase in the float so the amount of actual dilution is minimal.
What else is there to look forward to: the 10Qs and a 10K for the financial year just ended, news of 3 possible acquisitions which will boost the revenue going forward, and the lifting of the stop sign.
The future’s bright, the future’s IFCR and I’m a long…
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Just been thinking through your comments Shiv and have the following comment:
If there were no changes in the BOD details as listed on any of the previously filed reports or on the Intellicell website, it would be a simple matter to just say that.
Which makes me wonder if there are some changes, perhaps involving senior people in the organisation and they don’t want to release that information until it is right to do so.
This isn’t absolving them of their responsibility to release timely and accurate information but it may be the reason for the silence, from someone who is usually pretty good at getting back to people (I think).
Of course, he may be very busy dealing with irate investors or possibly not employed by Intellicell anymore…
Thoughts anyone???
Of course there will be news today, whether any of it will be in relation to Intellicell is doubtful IMO...
News will come when it's ready to come and not before.
My own personal opinionis that news will come when work with Andrews/FDA is completed and published, and that funding streams are already in place, just waiting for some kind of announcement to be made.
I think the late 10K will give us a lot of information and that it will be filed soon, probably before 1st June would be my guess...
Thoughts anyone???
He's still CEO, he's just not making the decisions...
Maybe he could be persuaded to stand down in exchange for a few shares..
This is the world of penny stocks, haven't seen much common sense in play...
The annual report COULD change everything (only an opinion).
This ain't over until the fat lady sings and she hasn't even started doing her warm up exercises yet.
If you're any kind of investor, you should know that things in Penny Stock Land can change in a moment - there's no offence intended, but I don't know you or your experience in investing in penny stocks - if I've offended you I apologise...
In the absence of any communication from the company, none of us know exactly what's happening and common sense doesn't tell us anything.
Yes, I can be guilty of being overly optimistic but it beats pessimism any day; there's nothing I can do so I might as well focus on the positive until I hear otherwise.
However, I also recognise that people are entitled to their opinion, so good luck to you whatever your position is...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Greetings from across the pond colonials, my weekend is here, yee hah...
In my head this just lends weight to the argument that Dr Victor is not in charge at Intellicell any more; it doesn't mean he's not a member of the BOD but he may be CEO in name only - the day to day running of the company is being done by someone else (Ray Hill perhaps??).
It's been a while now since the maturity of the YA Global agreement and we've heard nothing from anyone - could be be an indication that things are still progressing because if it wasn't, YA Global would almost certainly taken action by now. Every day we don't hear anything from YA Global is good IMO, means they're still involved and see the opportunities that this situation presents.
Let the good doctor treat his celebrity clients, just keep him away from the Intellicell offices and let competent executives make the decisions from now on...
Still waiting for the 'perfect storm' to happen...
Thoughts???
Per Ardua Ad Astra...
Good weekend all...
Guys, we’re getting a little bit confused with our filings…
PR said that the 10K for year ending March 31st 2014 would be filed this week…
If we look to the future, the 10K for year ending March 31st 2015 is due by the end of June.
Let’s assume that they intend to file on time because if that is the case, there are still the 3 outstanding quarterly reports/10Qs for 2014/2015 to be filed before the 10K for year ending March 31st 2015 (which we’ve already said is due June 2015).
So between now and the end of June (approximately 9 weeks) we should be seeing these 3 quarterly reports coming out plus possible news of the acquisition that was delayed because of bad weather (which was initially due before 31st March this year).
This leaves us with the actual 10K, followed by the first quarterly report/10Q for 2015 which may also hold some news about the additional 2 acquisitions.
If you’re getting confused, write it down on a piece of paper, remembering the end of the financial year is 31st March.
Sure is, just waiting for the announcement that it is filed and then the fun begins....
I think it's gonna get nasty later when people are trying to sell, all at the same time...
Just watch, they'll wait until the last minute to file or file just as the market is closing...
The Bid/Ask spread is 27/28 - they're expecting a lot of movement today...
We've seen over the last few days how the share price is being controlled by the MMs. This is nothing more than them trying to scare people into selling which they then snap up and hold until the SP flies, probably later this week, making a big pot full of dollars for them into the bargain.
There's nowhere near the amount of shares available to buy as there has been - the biggest block on L2 at the moment is 200k shares and that's at half a cent.
This isn't being done to get us to buy more, this is all about getting us to sell. Stay true and hold onto them, you'll regret it later this week if you sell them now, probably for less than you bought them...
Per Ardua Ad Astra
Wonder if there will be any news about the acquisition which was due to have been announced before the end of March (but wasn't because of bad weather)...
Any takers on whether the 10K will be out today or Monday???
Added a cheeky little 400k yesterday and sure glad I did as we're heading up, up and away...
There is nothing to stop the company from giving shareholders an update on what is happening but the reality is they've never been particularly good at this stuff for as long as I've been a shareholder.
The big thing of course is the late annual report, when or if they eventually get round to filing which MIGHT give us some of the information that we're after, then again it might not...
I still stick by my original idea that if things do go to plan, they will release multiple PRs to get the share price moving upwards.
The reality is that telling us what's happening will only have limited effect in pacifying some of the more vocal shareholders that are openly criticising the company; if I was involved with this company I would only say something when I have something that will impact the financials.
We're at the stage where they're damned if they do and damned if they don't so I personally would prefer it if they focused their energy on rebuilding the company's profile and reputation and of course delivering a globally patented, FDA approved, minimally manipulated stem cell extraction process.
I don't want much do I...
Thoughts???
Gonia, just because there’s nothing coming out of the company doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s nothing going on behind closed doors, there may not be but your comment is an assumption based on the lack of communication and without any substantiation.
The only way that you could categorically, without question, know that there is nothing going on at Intellicell is if you were an employee and everyday when you turned up for work, the doors were locked with a sign saying don’t bother coming in to work today.
I don’t think that’s the case is it???
The simple thing is that we don’t know what is happening at Intellicell, I have my own thoughts and opinions and they happen to be that people other than Dr Victor are managing the affairs of the company on a day to day basis. That’s also an assumption, unsubstantiated, just as your comment was but I am entitled to my personal opinions just as you’re entitled to yours.
Perhaps the only time that we’ll agree that Intellicell is dead is when the paper clips have been sold, the plants have died because they’ve not been watered (because utilities have been cut off) and the sign on the door states ‘CLOSED FOR GOOD’.
Until then, I prefer to remain positive that something can and will happen; these are strange times we are living and investing in and it wouldn’t be the first time that a company with lousy management has been turned around, quite how far it will run is anyone’s guess…
