A US senator pledges support for Nanoviricides and the SP nudges up $0.16??? No wonder Diwan issues the fluff PRs. It’s the only way to move NNVC significantly.
And yet..
Truth be told, I had a lot of lemons on hand and made some homemade limoncello. The sampling got a little out of control last night.
So if we all have good attitudes about NNVC and send Diwan happy thoughts, he will finally get a 'cide through tox and into testing?
Does investor sentiment really mean anything as to whether or not NNVC can pull it off, other than keeping the share price inflated above its true value?
Thank you. I'm in a fog this morning. I thought it may have had something to do with the effectiveness of one of NNVC's drugs, but that would have been with the FDA not the SEC, I suppose.
What are the ramifications of a Notice of Effectiveness?
You've been cautioned about the perils of NNVC. Let's have this conversation in 8 to 12 months from now. I won't spare any feelings.
The apathy may be the same but the underlying fundamentals are not. On a soccer team, you can get new coaches, new players, develop new skills, etc.
With NNVC, the fundamentals remain the same: Diwan is still just looking to pad his own war chest with total disregard for the shareholders.
If true, somebody must know something.
As representative of the Short Cabal, I must strenuously object to recent cowardly characterizations of our organization.
Let's keep this conversation civil.
An open letter to Diwan and Vyas as if they give a flying rat's ass about shareholders...
I find the remarks interesting. I remember at a shareholder meeting a few years back, an investor named Dave, accused NNVC of mismanagement and fraud. That there is still so much support for this company boggles the mind.
Totally missed it. Thanks for re-posting.

Also kinda, sorta off topic: I saw a Covid-19 test being administered on the news this morning. They ram-rod a swab down both sides of your throat and deep up both nostrils.
I think I'll just stay home and ride it out.
Analysis of NNVC's recent price increase:
1. Coronavirus is identified in China and news of it becomes widespread.
2. Investors Google the phrase, "a global leader in the development of nanomedicine drugs against viruses."
3. 'Nuff said.
Notice that with every statement in the PR that says they are working on a cure or what have you, there's a disclaimer saying it's probably not going to work.
Looks like those who panic-purchased are now solemnly-selling.
That's not really fair. What's obvious to one person may be completely opaque to another.
I, for instance, initially thought you were talking about the conflict of interest between NNVC Diwan and Theracour Diwan. Negotiating those contracts for each company must be very ethically burdensome on the bloke.
If there is real science here, I don't think NNVC/Theracour is/are the ones to bring it through testing and produce and market a usable end product. Diwan has proven, over the last 15 years, that his primary focus is to take as much money from NNVC as possible. Product development is a secondary concern.
I hear the film adaptation of this presentation took top honors at Cannes in the Science Fiction category.
I'm borrowing these points from another board, but I think they are very valid points, which certainly highlight problems with the "two week and done" Diwan claims which he is using to pump up NNVC during the most recent scare.
There's always a condition on NNVC's success. It always depends on somebody else.
It's funny how the fair-weather fans come out of the woodwork when the stock is doing well but were completely absent during the last 2 or 3 years when it sank down to less than a dime pre-pre-split. Even now at $12, it's worth less than a quarter if you happened to be an early investor and bought in before the reverse splits.
Yep, I could speak about this scam of a company for a long, long time.
The independent labs could have been sent mineral water for all anybody knows. Why hasn't NNVC been able to advance past IND? There's always some lame excuse. But meanwhile, back on the ranch, Diwan continues to take his salaries and bonuses for accomplishing absolutely nothing.
If you're implying that I am paid by somebody to expose the truth of the scam that is NNVC, you are mistaken. I reveal the facts and the truth of my own volition. There's no conspiracy, unless it's to bear witness to the fraud perpetrated by NNVC over the last 15 years.
Who's target?
Ah! So we agree the company is run by a con man interested only in his own profit?
I could say the same applies to me except for the con man part: I'm not trying to steal anybody else's money, just making my own whenever possible.
After hours through da roof.
