Hotstocked.com is a Bulgarian run company known for being 'paid'
Sounds like an argument taking place. More like something that would be on IHub than a company Fb page. That's probably why it was removed. However, with that in mind, both posts should have been removed.
Because Bill speaks in hyperbole. I don't have a reference in regards to the Fb post about Motive, so I won't speculate to why it was removed. Do you have a copy of the post? I would like to know about these plans and molds though. If true, they would be a great asset.
Bill didn't say they owned the car itself, just molds and plans in conjunction with some composites institute. We know that Motives is out of business, but it was a consortium of Canadian companies involved all owning different parts of the car. Track down who owns the rights to the molds and plans of the hemp composite and you'll find your answer.
It appears that Nathan Armstrong, founder of Motive, now works for PwC Canada as well as being a Board member and representative for various Alberta scientific and technology councils.

I'm going to run out of posts due to my free account. Just fyi.
I'm trying to find out about the Kestrel. I'll post something when I do, or if I don't. What I did find out is that it is big consortium of Canadian companies involved in the design of the Kestrel called Project Eve.
But part of the MSA. A typical metropolitan area is centered on a single large city that wields substantial influence over the region - in this case that would be Windsor. Yes, Lakeshore is it's own city with it's own government, but it falls under the regional Windsor economy when looking at it in terms of geography and economics. It is a bedroom community.
Not that I'm aware. Like I said, who would want to be publicly connected to a Schedule 1 drug? It could be anyone.
I should also say rendering services as well concerning a Schedule 1 drug.
I understand and no doubt it is a concern. However, it does not bother me. Any MJ company will be dealing with some sort of shady financing. It is not in most people's interests to be financing a Schedule 1 drug.
Having been around the MJ industry my whole life, you are going to be dealing with shady people, con artists, thieves, etc until MJ is removed as a Schedule 1 drug. That is the nature of the illicit drug trade. Until it is legal, it is not. Banks do not want to touch MJ. Bill was lucky to get the $20 million which shows his resourcefulness.
I have my concerns about CEN, but I also feel that they can move past most of their issues and be a legitimate company. They are spec and any one investing in them should know that they are a spec company with a few bruises. They have made some wise moves in regards to their Board. And they have buildings and have filed the necessary paperwork. If they get a license, I think they have a chance. I am under no illusion that they will be the World's Largest, that is all talk. They do have a shot at an untapped market where there is a lot of money to be made.
I would like them to retire some shares, otherwise this stock will have a hard time rising above a dollar.
I understand that they received services from Capital Shield and paid with stock. We still don't know who is behind Capital Shield correct? Isn't that where it gets foggy?
As far as shares needing to be retired, I agree with you on that one.
A recall is a recall and it happens all the time to all sorts of companies. What does that have to do with his license? He still has one.
The Capital Shield thing is pure conspiracy. You have made a speculative connection to a Panama nominee account. You have made some leaps of faith based on your research and then you present it as fact. That is why I call it conspiracy. You need evidence and fact to back up your argument.
Maybe you would be happier with this source since it is not a promoter --

Dr. Walieh has a license. Tainted? Again with the conspiracy and Capital Shield. Proof please.
Michigan is very important to CEN. They are seeking a license in Michigan to operate a pharmacy to sell MMJ.

It is part of the Windsor census metropolitan area. The economy of Lakeshore remains closely tied to that of Windsor: over 50% of the town’s total workforce is employed in Windsor (Page 12 below) and 27% are employed in Manufacturing.

Wow! Glad I checked before I did go to bed!
Here is a report on Windsor's budget.
Austerity mixed with some infrastructure projects, but, "Windsor, of course, is no boomtown. As recently as last spring, the city had Canada’s highest unemployment rate, at 10.1%. A November Statistics Canada report also named Windsor one of Canada’s poorest cities, with 40% of its resident living in low-income neighbourhoods."

It is all up to HC now. We just have to wait and see...
I sold at a loss, looks like I should have held a little longer
I agree on both
Local news on Zoning
Public Consultation On Marijuana Facility
Ashton Patis on May 29, 2014
http://blackburnnews.com/chatham/chatham-news/2014/05/29/public-consultation-on-marijuana-facility/
The town of Lakeshore is moving ahead with plans to host a medical marijuana facility.
CEN Biotech has applied for a zoning change so the company can expand its facility, which is currently under construction just off Manning Rd. in Lakeshore. However, since the town has never dealt with a facility that produces marijuana or hemp, changes must be made to the official plan.
“Administration will be dealing with their requests. That’s for the original piece of property, to build on the entire piece, which is over 10 acres. It will also involve a public meeting where the public will be able to have input,” says Lakeshore Mayor Tom Bain. “What they’re allowed now is simply under the agricultural policy, it’s 60,000 sq. ft. indoors. This proposal will allow them to use the entire 10 acres.”
CEN Biotech has been buying up other parcels of land in the area, but Bain tells BlackburnNews.com the company will have to go through the same process for each build.
A public meeting will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
I wasn't concerned either and I know why it took a hit. Glad to see it going back in the right direction though.
It goes from one extreme to the other! All speculation until proven true.
Thank you!
Things most certainly not all the seem in Pennyland! I was just asking a legitimate question? I really was looking for for un-slanted answer. So do we know for a fact that they do, do not, or will not own the molds and plans or are we just suspicious that they do and will never? I remember that CNN article from 2/12/14 that said that the patents were pending, not that they have received them. As far as I know, you don't release information pertaining to a patent for the very reason that you are protecting the idea from others who could steal it. I understand why it was limited information that was released about the patents. I also understand why you are suspicious. There is a lot of hype coming from Bill and Co and his company is in Pinkyland where nefarious characters lurk.
So does CEN own the molds and plans to this very car?
Do they not own the molds and plans for a Hemp composite to build a body for a car?
Part of the process is debunking misinformation coming from both sides which seems to be all this board is about
I read on another board that it was a fake. Photoshopped. Most likely it will be a PR before the website is updated. And websites usually take a day or two to update after news.
I think so too!
You forgot some periods and commas, does that make your point incoherent? No, it does not.
Exactly my point, you forget to put an N on the end of a word and therefore, it nullifies my entire argument, right?
Tell that to Donald Sterling and Mark Cuban
No, it is not incoherent. Incoherent as defined by Webster's Dictionary: lacking coherence: as a : lacking cohesion : loose b : lacking orderly continuity, arrangement, or relevance : inconsistent <an incoherent essay> c : lacking normal clarity or intelligibility in speech or thought <incoherent with grief>
Under this definition the email is coherent.
As far as picking a fight with the SEC, where do you get that? It is a statement of disagreement. There was no threat. And no where in the email does it suggest that other companies in the MMJ industry are fraudulent. Rather, it is protecting those entities as legitimate businesses.
As far as the "Bashers," the point is valid in the Pinky world where scam artists are everywhere as you well know. Do you think Bill is a scam artist? If so, then prove it!
And many of your posts have sounded like those of a conspiracy theorist. Are you?
So your point is, what? You're suspicious of the letter because of the style of writing and that it doesn't sound professional? Not all people, even people in positions at that level, have the ability to craft an appropriate letter. I've know many high level professionals who can't even spell.
Did the posting of the email on Fb lack tact? Of course it did! However, having seen all the innuendos, accusations, and conspiracies it is understandable that someone with a fledgling company, especially a novice CEO, might be concerned that investors will believe false rumors. And you do have to question the intent of those spreading those rumors because obviously they have an agenda. It is hard to tell if they are truly concerned citizens or if they are out to line their own pockets through manipulation.
Bill wanted to send a message to let all naysayers know that Creative Edge feels like they are being unfairly targeted and he and JH believe that one of the reasons is a result of the SEC's blanket warning of all MMJ companies. He might have chosen a different outlet, a more appropriate outlet, but that's Bill.
That email was not incoherent. It was rather straight forward. Seems to me that Chaaban, Germinario, and the other Board Members have less legal issues and trouble surrounding them than the ones pointing the fingers at them. Chabaan is a lawyer with 16 years in good standing. No issues in his background profile. Germinario's resume speaks for itself. Makes you wonder what exactly IS going on???
Welcome aboard Dr. O'Banion. We're ready for lift off (no pun intended). Have a great weekend everyone!

I think people are starting to figure out the bigger players in the sector. If one of those got suspended then, yeah, the sector will drop. I don't see any adverse reaction from FRTD.
I see Shorts covering before a run.
FRTD? Not on my radar. Never heard of that ticker.
