$40M pal. No way that is bad news for a penny stock.
You've done well, sounds like an 80% gain. That would take 50 years if you had your money in a savings account.
Sterling is a bit eccentric. After watching all the news videos on their website, I changed my mind. I think he's brilliant. Rob balance him out well. it's a great team that's in place, they need to execute.
in my mind, this company is a safe bet. only news will be positive for the next few months. I'm probably going to decrease my participation and just stay long. I have 1M shares for the long term.
I guess it depends when people got in. The price has substantially appreciated. The underlying thesis remains. For Longs (like more than a year) things are great. For trading, I have no idea.
Great point!
GrowLife actually monitors this board. The quality of posts has really gone down since financials.
He's a shareholder. It's not a joint venture.
Yes
I'm feeling your sentiment. The inky thing unreal was the candor of this broadcast tonight. They went a long way into building trust with experienced investors.
Sterling said 1-2 weeks.
They will be lower. I bet its timed with some good news.
Do you know who Alan is?
Yep. Intellectual property- may be leveraged under the GrowLife banner someday. May even be fully acquired. It's a play for PHOT, that us all.
I share your sentiments. Mergers take about two years to really produce synergisms. I think Rob admitted he was a bit optimistic. It's only been 6 months. Glad they are regrouping, pivoting, and moving forward with new ideas while being transparent. This was a good day for GrowLife, you could see the excitement during the broadcast.
Might have just been IP they wanted.
GrowLife is an investor as well. I do not see it as a distraction. It's foresight.
Did you see the broadcast?
Thank you for the explanation!
Cost is what Kurt said. They need more college kids on their staff. Sterling and Rob are older like me.
I sold all my shares myself on Friday. Came back in with the message of transparency this morning. Why did I sell? I was confused on why they didnt hit earnings. And since they did not address it Friday, I lost confidence.
I have renewed confidence and more than I had on Friday. Each of us had choice to invest in what we value, that's the beauty of life. This board has helped us all to be better investors and traders.
Great!
Sure I can pass or if OfficerK wishes to he might have more clout.
College students have some of the highest rates of starting companies. Keep the ideas coming.
Sure thing.
It's amazing to think we actually have an impact on this company. That's really nice if you think about that.
You should mention this to Kurt. That costs money to Google but I agree it would be efficient. And give them some business analytics.
I've asked Kurt before, and he thought the company's strategy was to grow organically so they would slowly get on top if google search. I think your idea of investing is better. Buy the search words and make sure customers see your brand at the top.
Nice insight!
Much less capital intensive than building out a bunch of stores. It's a great pivot and shows management's agility and adeptness at listening to what their customers need.
Agreed.
GrowLife is #2 on the active board list. I've never seen it that high
They clearly are listening to us. We're part of their resources.
I'm hearing tonight a probable major pivot into the financial arena (GIFT, kiosk) and away from necessarily building out a bunch of brick and mortars.
Preliminary sales.
There's going to be a regulatory process, in other words that may take some time. It will help to have government connections, and will increase the brand value and intangibles.
Cool. Thank you for sharing.
That's right.
It's going to be a long process. They are listening to us. In fact Rob just said thank you to You.
Is there a Vape website?
Yes that is true. Enron was an outlier. Clues this might be different are the unusual detail and openness.
OfficerK- thank you for helping arrange this. Your participation and efforts are helping GrowLife and the entire industry.
True. But this builds trust. Trust is important for the value of the stock which opens doors for future capitalization of opportunities. It's all tied together, you learn that in top MBA programs.
Amazing. This stock will rise sooner rather than later.
Wants to keep full options open for any opportunity.
Some of these questions are hard. They are offering answers more detailed and honest than the hundreds of conferences I've listened to.
Sorry to hear that. Everyone's vote should count equally on this board. Accredited investors and not.
Look it up its official on the SEC filing.
Let's try to have more intelligent questions. Doing your DD will help with the quality of this fine board.
It's 650M. You should know that.
Call it what you may, that is why this is a free country :)
Concur
I listen to investors and CEO's at a too business school all the time. They are speaking the language of success.
