I honestly don't understand it. I've been in this one then I got out, I was down early on and currently I'm in profit. I just rejoined a few days ago with a small holding for now and think it will go back up shortly.
However, buying and buying and buying is just not a strategy that works for anyone. Clearly it hasn't here just like it wouldn't on most OTC stocks. Personally, I see the current levels as a strong buy because I've seen it before with ECIG.
Why would anyone hold that long and lose so much and keep buying?
Sorry, I went a bit strong there :)
Very true but filing regulations and mechanisms are different state to state so it is an unusual and not a positive choice to choose an out of state CPA unless there is a very good reason.
My point was that it is not a positive situation unless they provide more detail on their choice.
Hilarious. I love way that news is spun into good news on here. Dror has exhausted the CPA community of Florida ( who understand Florida State filing and laws ) and it is good news that he has done us a favor and picked someone in CA. God bless. Have you considered politics?
This is all about upside or lack of it. The major upside here is if they have substantially increased revenues / profits and as importantly, their debt substantially decreased. If that is achieved without increasing the OS by multi-billions of stock, that provides us with a substantial upside.
I'm not here to help companies grow, I'm here to make money. The risk is outweighing the potential right now.
It's not the auditor that requires an AS increase, it is the CD that demand it. No way is this going to change that situation, no one is a miracle worker. The increase was made to allow for larger conversions as mandated by the debt companies.
Considering they have overpromised and underdelivered so far, what do you think?
Whats the point in holding at this point? Even after waiting for another month, we now know that the revenue is not going to be a big increase. The only hope now is a better debt position.
This one is dead........
Today is not going to be pretty
Is everyone trying to get this on the breakout board with duplicate posts? ;)
Glad to rejoin the party at these levels. Looks like I came back just in time for the fun!
In this particular case, it is just me buying back in. Maybe that is a good sign though because last time I bought in, I made 100% in about a week! :)
Not sure what you are trying to imply but that bid is me. :)
You're talking at crossed purposes and are both right.
OS calculates market cap and no one can argue with that.
However, in the OTC you have to assume dilution can and will happen so a major increase in AS invariably means huge dilution.
If you want to then work out the effect, that's always the gamble. You watch, see when a stock appears to have bottomed and then if the proper value even by using the AS is much higher, you go for it.
What you really mean to say is that AS is more important because during dilution, it's the only fixed number ( for now ). Its also the likely end goal
Yup, the last one was a car crash and StockTips didn't follow up on their emails leaving it to crash and burn. I don't trust this promoter at all. Let's see if this one is any better.
Is that the earliest possible or just what they said?
No doubt that the new CPA looks more legitimate and there seems to be an attempt being made here to rectify and stabilize. The problem is how much damage has been done and will be done while we now wait for the filings.
It's simple arithmetic to work out how many shares you need for conversions so I'm not going to sit here blaming the old CPA and claim that the new one is fixing that problem though. The debt converters will have clauses around requirements for AS availability and defaults if they are breached and that is why the AS was increased. They could care less if they sell 1m at 0.001 or 5K at 0.0002 and therein lies the problem.
If you research further, I think you'll find he was booted by other companies for making mistakes. Then all of his clients were moved when he resigned preemptively. Not sure how to factor that into this and whether to just blame him or VPOR but it needs to play out and be fixed in these new filings and then we can relax.
I think you'll find you are off by a decimal point, its $102K. Problem is that there is $48K on the ask at .001 too.
Also, what is real? The ask might be fake and could be much higher or lower and same goes for the bid. Most likely scenario is that the ask is bigger than shown and the bid is smaller.
We'll see soon because either the bid starts to hit .0009s or the ask starts to hit .0008s and then we find out. Or we just carry on like this for a while with no movement at all.
It's not looking great today....
If you think you can get .0008s, why would you buy .001s? The ask is stacking up heavily at .001s, this is going nowhere for now. No one wants to throw money away hitting an endless ask. Let them sell some of those at 8s and then this will start moving.
Somebody bought 500,000, that's a start....
We could always buy 20m each and kickstart this one. There is at least 3 of us still here. :)
Thats our hope!
When you're subjected to heavy dilution like this, market cap is not a strong factor. By the time they have diluted another billion or two, it will get suppressed down and stay there.
This week is key to which way this goes
True. If we had solid proof that the filing was imminent, I'd hold but I'm not losing 75% as this plummets because his story starts to unravel. Seen it too many times.
How can someone get away with saying that a filing would be submitted by the 20th at the latest when it is clear that was impossible? The stupid thing is that the price would have probably held better with some honesty instead of the way it was played. Many left because that 8b increase was filed without even telling anyone. Shady at best right now, seems like the only interests he had at that point was to help the conversions continue.
Doesn't mean I won't play it again but I need my confidence in them to be restored and recent actions could make this crash down hard.
The misleading communication is a danger here. His PR when submitting that there would be a late filing was very clear that it would be available by the 20th at the very latest and there is clearly no way that could have happened now we know the full facts.
Communicating regularly but leaving out important facts is a dangerous game. He has deliberately mislead the shareholders knowing that the filing for the 8b increase was just about to be filed and that the CPA leaving was going to cause a major delay.
I was investing here predominantly because it was refreshing to see so much communication from a CEO but when you see that it was lies, you start to lose interest and move on.
6x the shares needed is a bit of an issue in itself. That logic would say that they are concerned this could go down to 0.0001. Why would anyone require 6x the number of shares to be available?
I really hope no one is long 2016 / 2017 here. Sub pennies are for 1 month plays max
Wishful thinking! One day it will happen. Could be Tuesday though
Someone walked this up to 0.01 and then back down again.
Tuesday is going to be awesome - if someone buys 80m of 1s!
You mean on the ask? Nothing to stop them from dumping on the bid though, correct?
How can you state that definitively?
Very true but unknown timing. Best play right now was if they held back on dumping to then sell into the fins when they come. If they dump more in the meantime though, could slip lower so no point holding at these levels.
All in my opinion though, hope it works for everyone regardless of their strategy.
I am out, too many 8s being sold and even though the 9s were being hit, heavy wall on the ask. It wasn't as bad as some predicted but this is going nowhere right now and will probably get knocked down on Tuesday.
The conversions will start using these new lows and this will get pushed down imo.
What's the betting that this one will be a mess after the last one? No one will be jumping in on the first day this time
Do you mean your posts from a few days when you were claiming high valuations or your posts from today bashing? I'm confused?
You realize you have your decimal point in the wrong place? And your logic? What is the difference between buying 100 shares at $100 each and 10,000,000 at 0.001 each? The commission is the same either way and the upside potential is huge in the latter if you choose correctly. Do you really think that people buy $10 of shares??
You've stumbled into the wrong domain here, best go back to the NASDAQ and do some reading before heading back here.
And you are here why in that case?
