Mystery Millions, RRDA, Dilution ... Failure
Yet we are scoffed at for being realistic.
I like to look at both sides. Oftentimes, insecure investors take offense to realism. Unfortunately, realism is a necessity to be successful.
I am also left wondering where the Wall Street Top Gun is... especially after his posts saying wait
until March. I still do not believe he knows how the dilution process works with this company. Perhaps he has been dumping alongside BKRT and other MMs.
ALLM's Annual Shareholder Dilution Report
http://www.conferencecalltranscripts.org/no/summary/?id=2631539
As I have noted, there used to be about 36 million shares and now there are over 50 million - due to "dilution deals" (which have yet to produce any revenue). These shares seem to basically go straight to market and are sold as fast as possible via BKRT and other diluters who are known for shedding large piles of stock. Thus, the stock price is pinned at these low levels - and it even hit 6 cents today. Ouch.
Yet, those here who have been pointing out realistic worries and faults have been ridiculed.
A simple observation.
Good find.
IF That Happened, I Could Maybe See 100
Talking a 1000x increase is silly, given the history of VELA. We do not know where things stand with Ironridge and when will we? No one knows?
How long will this go on? No one knows.
What we do know is the poor track record of VelaTel management and that Ironridge will use every legal maneuver at their disposal.
I do find it encouraging that the developments that Colin Tay is putting out seems good, but whether or not shareholders can actually benefit from it remains to be seen.
VelaTel management has historically looked out for themselves, never shareholders.
Again. Case In Point.
Your Point Is Valid
However, it will mean zilch to investors of VELA so long as George Alvarez keeps any official progress secret by not filing. He can keep doing this for months and months, perhaps years. And by then, who knows where the company will be.
A Smart Company Would Do This
Again, it would be a no-brainer if what you say is correct. Until proven otherwise, not much is expected of VelaTel's management due to past errors.
Would Guess 7-8 Billion If I Had To
Guessing is a fool's game though, as George Alvarez will not file anything.
Case In Point
Ignoring my reasonable questions and talking to me about nonsense instead.
There Are Plenty If You Read Through
No One Knows.
This is why shareholders are being held hostage by George Alvarez and his choice to not make filings.
Everyone Here is Ignoring The Dilution
Who is selling relentlessly via BKRT?
Why aren't they holding shares if revenue is right around the corner?
Are longs concerned about the company's 40% dilution from the last filing?
By asking these important questions, instead of getting answers, I get attacked by whiners who think I am not being a good little cheerleader.
If any knowledgeable longs would like to opine on the questions above and matters related to them, I would be very happy to read their thoughts.
I Don't Follow It As Close As I Used To
I used to have a PACER account but stopped using it a while ago.
Your point on being able to follow CMM is the key now, I believe. Unfortunately, George Alvarez holds the keys. Historically, when shareholder matters have been left in his hands, he has failed miserably. Until something big changes, I expect more of the same. While the stock is "out of the gutter", it may be "stuck in the mud" for a long time at current levels unless George discloses positive financial information.
If the published subscriber numbers are remotely accurate, CMM has to be doing fairly well, at minimum. If that is the case, and the Ironridge matter ever gets settled, the company could increase its value dramatically by buying back shares at current levels. When talking VelaTel, this makes too much sense, which is why I can not ever see it happening.
Unfortunately, given VELA's history, no one will believe anything unless official filings are made.
I Will Guess 5 To 10 Billion
As for a buyback, that is almost laughable with the history of this company. They have done nothing to increase the stock's value or help shareholders, so why would they start now? A buyback would suggest that they also have money to do so. There is no evidence of that, either.
I Do Not Want You To Go Away
However, if every other post is "I think a pump is coming", it gets a bit tiresome. That is all.
We certainly look forward to any valuable contributions. Your intel on the VelaTel office and George has been appreciated.
If You Own 75M, Please Act Like It
Not this hope & pump spam. If there was more substance to your posts, viewers of this board would be far less annoyed.
You are welcome.
Yes. Please Cash Out.
The "commentary" is mind-numbing.
This will not move until there is some sort of meaningful, positive news or George Alvarez comes out of his bunker and files financial information.
If it is up to George Alvarez, maybe we will hear something in 2017.
In the meantime, I will buy your 500k shares to make it stop. Thank you.
I'm Merely Providing Commentary On What I See
It is much more valuable than making posts similar to "Sell your shares! or "You're a short!" that provide zero value.
If you have any meaningful analysis of filings or commentary from management, we would love to hear it. There is enough cheerleading on this website as it is.
Could Not Have Said It Better
But I do suppose that when your trading "logic" is based on hope and pumps, it is par for the course.
ALLM's Big March - Was That It?
March ends Thursday, and the main news this month has been one founded on tremendous dilution to shareholders, possibly increasing the company's float to over 50 million shares. Many were expecting promising news this month, however instead, ALLM's shareholders saw their stake potentially diluted by 40-50%, all the while BKRT continues to dump shares. With the latest dilution, this stock will go nowhere unless real revenue producing agreements are announced in the near future. Let's see if the company's management does indeed have more news in the pipeline as they claim...
Without News/Filings, This Will Fade
Buying interest has waned and this is one the way back to .0002 unless there is something newsworthy and tangible in the near future.
Good Thing PeterThomas Didn't Listen To This
Optimistic. The Stock Won't Jump Over A Tweet.
While they are seemingly moving in the right direction, let us not forget all of the failed promises from this company's history. Suggesting the stock will jump on an update-tweet from a man that few know is silly.
Pumps are also meaningless. The real move will come with realization of revenue and confirmation that Ironridge is gone. If/when that happens, if you are not already in, you will miss a gigantic move, IMO.
Follow The Money.
I do not believe VelaTel is out of business. Far from it, actually. As PennyMonster stated, their core business is in Asia, so there is no need for a huge presence here. As Stan stated, they are also hiring. This would suggest the business is actually growing. The recent money coming in to the stock was no accident, in my opinion. The timing around the court case is also more than coincidental.
The unfortunate part is that no one knows how well the business is doing, because George Alvarez is holed up in a bunker somewhere. If, one day, filings are made and it is confirmed that Ironridge is finally out of the picture, VELA could trade many, many multiples higher (real pennies). As with all investments it is risk vs. reward. This one just happens to have a much larger reward than others if George ever emerges from his bunker and files the paperwork showing the subs are real and they are rid of the cancerous Ironridge.
Buyback? Come On. This Is VelaTel.
If VELA actually did a real buyback, the share price would go to pennies.
I do not think anyone who is familiar with VelaTel could ever imagine a buyback happening. That would make too much sense with the price where it is right now (that is, if fundamentals are in place...which no one has a clue if they even are).
ALLM Hit My .40 Target - Back To Dilution
Back to the .20s until more substantial news surfaces, as BKRT & VFIN continue to dump into any attempted rally.
Correct. Lack Of Buying & VFIN On Ask.
Realism. Not hating.
There Is Hating And There Is Realism
It is far more wiser to invest and trade what is in front of you than dreaming of a pump.
I go by facts and what we know, not hope.
Also, the stock is down today and VFIN is back on the ask. That is not me hating. That is reality.
I Doubt ATDF Is Buying In Front Of You
If your friend is right, the stock should be a legitimate penny stock. However, there are no filings and no one knows where Ironridge stands with shares. Another mystery is VFIN, who just appeared on the ask. Who are they selling for? If you want 75 million shares, they might dump them to you in time as they have millions and millions of shares.
If your friend thinks VELA is valued at 4 million and if VELA's share is worth 150 million, the stock should be worth 35x more, not just 20x. But again, there are no filings. There is a court case that has a pending decision. No one knows what Ironridge's role is anymore. Once those questions are cleared up, this could potentially explode. Until then, there is no basis for price movement.
Also, China Mobile is totally separate from China Motion Mobile. China Mobile is state-owned.
No Size
A Lot Of It Depends on BKRT
How many shares are they hiding behind their fake ask of 2500 shares?
Will they back off a bit or dump into a rally?
L2 Thin, Yes, But BKRT Still Present
If they back away, this could take off with a break of .42.
I Go By Filings, Not Management BS
Any "management team" will tell you stories of rainbows and unicorns. I have continually offered my commentary as events have unfolded and as I go over what is officially filed. News appears to be picking up with this company which can be extremely positive for the share price provided dilution is held in check.
I have repeatedly said that if the dumping market makers slow or come to a halt, this stock can move. I have also repeatedly said that I am long.
Just because someone is long does not mean they must be a clueless Pollyanna, refusing to see both sides of the story. Investing in a company while relying solely on hope is a fool's game.
Key Line in PR (Reason To Rally?)
Reading over the material again, I do find this to be the most interesting line from the PR:
"In the coming weeks, the Company will look to share additional details and information as it relates to the process of commercializing the CTS technology."
This could mean more meaningful announcements in the near term. How much will it cost in dilution is the next natural question to ask.
.42 is the level I am watching for a breakout.
Likely Why BKRT Has Reappeared (Sell The News)
More stock/warrants out the door.
With this transaction, existing shareholders have been diluted by 3.7 million shares, with another 4.5 million in warrants that can be exercised within 5 years.
Another 10 million shares go to AMG folks.
My prediction is that these shares will be sold via dumping market makers such as BKRT, VFIN and others over the years to come while the company attempts to grow. This is precisely how existing shareholder value is destroyed. The company must announce more significant revenue-producing agreements in the near future or its share price could very well be stuck here in the mud for a long time.

Almost On Cue, BKRT Reappears at .35 & Dumps
It looks like that will be it for the recent rally, as the stock can not get out of its own way.
I Believe ALLM Stock Wants .40 Again
The recent range is ~.20 to ~.40.
Dumping market makers appear ~.40 and send the stock back to the .20s and when they are done, the buyers take it back up. This has been the recent cycle.
The real question is, will there be any developments that allow ALLM to break out above .42 this time? That is the first major resistance point. If so, this could see the .50s and perhaps .60s in relatively short order.
On the other side, if there is no news flow and insiders want to continue to cash out, this will make its way right back to the .20s. We may have our answer before April.
What Theory Did I Say That Was Apocalyptic?
Dilution is a real concern and the company needs revenue in short order so it does not get out of hand. I give them major credit for paying off the notes, but at some point they will need real money. The South African deal was bogus IMO and I believe it was extended to this month. I do not think it will happen now either. So, other agreements must now come through with real money, which I hope is the case.
I Agree - If ALLM Can Slow Its Ongoing Dilution
It will just take some news of real revenue and this would move fast. The problem is, we have had nothing but promises with no reality... yet.
So You're Saying It Will Go Up Or Down
Good to know.
My observation is that whoever is behind NITE is accumulating slowly, and as long as VFIN or VNDM do not dump again, this can keep moving higher.
