Exactly, instead of relying on a message board I went to the transfer agent and he said he talks to management quite frequently and there is no plan for R/S.
Awaken...if you have any questions about the stock split just call the TA, I just got off the phone with him. No plans for a split that was old management things are fine here. Any one with doubts just call him and find out, number is on IHUB.
So will they sink this farther down? Is it dilution?
DAD2, so what do these guys do exactly? How long do they typically stay?
Well Shuler, I bought in today in the 7's, whether that is a good entry or not we shall see, hopefully with news a double from here is possible
My theory isn't correct? BMAK pulled back and the price went up. I was just trying to give you a hint if you want to flip this look to buy as long as BMAK is pushing it down and then get ready to flip it when BMAK pulls back. I won't bother you any more I was just trying to give you a hint at what to watch for with that MM. Any way as I said good luck, I will watch this and may try to flip we will see.
Yes, let's see how long BMAK is here. It would be great for them to dilute in a block and then get out of here before good news comes. We have seen this game before, like you said question is how many shares are they going to dump this time?
Fit for life, when I said good luck here I meant it so here is a little thing to watch for. If you have level 2 watch BMAK on the ask side, they are used to dilute through quite often. If they stay within the top 1 or 2 MM's and the price drops or if the price can't seem to go past them you can know dilution is presently taking place but when they are done the price may head back up. When they move off the ask see what the price does. This is only my opinion but I have seen them play that game quite often
Hey Shuler, I have crossed you on several other boards and look to you as a straight shooter. Thinking of getting in here, what's your thoughts on this play?
tommie...I don't think we will get any real momentum until we see audited fins. Right now we just don't have strong bid support because people are too afraid to jump in yet. If the audited fins get published and they are good we will see confidence in wntr move back up and the pps will rise with it as long as its not heavily diluted into. For now everybody is on the sidelines waiting to see what happens
We have incurred an accumulated deficit for the period from inception on September 5, 1997 to June 30, 2014 of $21,110,501 and have no source of revenue. The continuity of our future operations is dependent on our ability to obtain financing and upon future acquisition, exploration and development of profitable operations from our mineral properties. These conditions raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
If the Company is unable to raise additional capital in the immediate future, the Company will need to curtail operations, liquidate assets, seek additional capital on less favorable terms and/or pursue other remedial measures or cease operations. This material uncertainty may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. These condensed consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern including adjustments related to employee severance pay and other costs related to ceasing operations
We have not generated any revenues from our operations since our inception and we do not expect to generate revenues in the near future, due to the exploratory nature of operations at this time.
Fit, I wish you all the best here and maybe the company will turn a corner but everything they want to do requires money and they have none and the only way to get it is through toxic financing, they said it themselves and I'm not willing to take that ride with them
g dog...if there is a silver lining to this dark cloud I think it is that WNTR is on pace to double their revenue from last year according to the latest Q2, I really think if the share dumping would end we still have a chance here.
g dog...I think the audited fins have a chance of happening and maybe we could move back up on them but if they are delayed again or come out a lot less than what is hoped for we are absolutely done here.
Well User Alias you were right.....after reading the 10Q this thing is a mess. I guess when you have less than $500 cash, no money to continue or sustain operations and you see Asher all over the 10Q it tells us why they raised the authorized shares such an extreme amount. Time to move on, I wouldn't even want to try to flip this any more as they might run it up a bit and then hammer it with the dilution.
I hold 1/2 mil and yes I also believed in this at one time but if I just step back and look at the charts on this we have been getting lower highs and lower lows since around May and interestingly on May 21st the PR came out about the green fund dividends. I spent quite a bit of time going through past PR's this weekend and the one that really got me was the oil and gas with 100 mil potential revenue last September, I mean come on 100 mil potential and we here nothing about it. I do not try to bash stocks I own but sometimes you have to call them the way you see them and right now I'm still waiting for a fellow long to tell me I am completely off base.
that's what I am afraid of....maybe it starts at a $1 but by the time we are allowed to trade who knows where the value might be at. After all the DD that Hippo did when he exited I should have seen that as the first red flag to get out and stay out
a question for fellow longs....I hope I am wrong so please pick apart this thread. No one can argue there are millions of shares that are being dumped into the market which is the main reason we are at these levels.I don't have time to look for it but I think I remember reading we won't be able to trade our green fund shares for 120 days and lots of people are buying and holding here based on the upcoming promised divies and yet by the time we get them we won't even know what the green fund will be trading at yet and if it will even be worth anything because we wont be able to trade it until almost the first of the year. It just seems like a perfect set up to dump shares, promise divies so people stay interested and buy and hold because of their "potential" and then dump shares all day long because the average investor isn't selling which leaves an even bigger market to dump into.
Company President Clarence Parks stated, "As previously announced, there are over 200M dollars of proven oil reserves on these properties, with less than 1/3 of the properties being fully evaluated. FCGD is committed to bringing these leases into full production. We feel we will have the capabilities of reporting results of this drilling program at the end of our third quarter.....The above quote was from the ten hole drilling program PR and now they release a PR stating they are going to be putting up a facility to make their own drill pipe to serve their needs and to sell on the market. Looks like its full steam ahead, the third quarter could prove to be very interesting IMO
Found it...sounds like they keep on continuing to execute their business plan, things keep getting better here
Nice strong close today, with good news we should be on our way.
gdog...I hear you I'm frustrated at this point also. The bottom line to me is as long as these free, converted, diluted, or call them what you want shares keep getting dumped on the bid we are going no where. You don't even need level 2 to see that the bid is constantly getting the shares and then it is just walked down as the bid keeps getting filled. More than audited fins or the divies what we really need here is for the shares to stop flooding the market so we can get some shareholder value back.
Bring on the news, you have been right every other time, let's see .50
Maybe you should ask Frank yourself, the answers you seek won't come from a message board.
JMD...I think lots of people bought in here over the last 6 weeks in the .0038-.0042 price range expecting a nice jump when the audited fins came out and when that didn't happen they bailed. As far as the numbers go they were actually pretty decent, I for one am not going anywhere, if the audited fins get published and the green fund divy starts to trade people will have an entirely different outlook on wntr.
Rookie, that was me. I know we didn't get the audited fins we were hoping for but with assets and revenues both on the increase and the green fund going forward I see know reason to panic sell but since some did I thought it was worth the risk to buy some of them. Is .0029 a good price, time will tell but I think it will be
When this thing goes above .50 people are going to kick themselves for not buying in at these prices
good day to buy, we knew a pullback had to happen sooner or later no surprise there but we won't be staying here for too long imo
I can understand that, I too thought there would be a 20-25% pullback but it just keeps getting stronger bid support. If it does have a sell off I think it will be short lived but I plan on taking advantage of it. When these guys PR more about their progress I think we will take off again imo
Actually if you want to follow your own line of thinking why would they start diluting at .37? As strong as this is running and with the Pr's they are releasing that shows they are making great strides in the field it would make them a lot more money to let it run towards a dollar wouldn't it? People have been crying dilution since .01 but it sure hasn't stopped us from making money here.
Fit I agree I think we can go up quite a bit yet. The way I look at it as our PPS keeps climbing there are going to be investors who normally wouldn't touch penny stocks that are going to be watching for some hard numbers on revenue and production. When these things happen and FCGD shows it is a legitimate player in the energy division it is going to bring in a new class of investors who may be on the sidelines now but will jump in. Think about it, they still have a lot of acres they haven't even tapped into yet, lots of potential that we can't even put a value on yet. I'm not saying we won't have any red days but long term I think we definitely have room to move up considerably.
letj21 I agree with you, there will be a correction just don't know how much. I keep thinking it can't go higher and yet it does. Like I said when the PR's go from telling us what they potentially have to actually showing a revenue stream from it we will only get stronger here
Yes a huge difference between an awareness campaign and a pump and dump scheme. If I was part of the new management one of the first things I would want to do is conduct a huge awareness campaign to let potential investors know of all the changes that are taking place within the company. I think once FCGD starts putting out PR's that they are pulling oil from the ground and show some revenues that will take care of all the bashers and doubters.
That's the best part of this PR, the acknowledgement that they are only scratching the surface of what is down there right now. If they come through with good results by the third quarter who knows where the PPS might end up. Lots of traders/investors are looking to put money into energy stocks but most penny stocks don't deliver, if this one continues to progress the way it has we are going to have a lot of new faces on here.
Even though some may try to say this is a sub penny dilution machine look how strong a base this thing has formed after the last run. Many people including myself were watching for a big pullback that is typical with your ordinary pink stocks but it didn't happen. A few got lucky and got in on a slight pullback but not very many. We have a winner here and its getting to run again.
I know I have some dividends coming but honestly I don't think they are even worth the $100 it is going to cost me to get them
Yup I agree. I just checked back on level 2 and now VFIN did the same thing. They were up at .008 on the ask side ( I said buy earlier with NITE but meant ask )and now that NITE moved to .0063 they have jumped in at .006. Definitely passing on this
Its so tempting to jump in and try to catch a bounce but I just watched nite go from .008 roughly right back down to .006 with 200K shares. I wanted to see if somebody took out that .0055 on the bid if it would stay up at the next bid which was around .0065 but nope Nite jumped right back down with 200k more shares to fill that gap. That did it for me...
Fitforlife...I'm not going to debate this any more. I say we just forget them and make some money here!!
useralias you actually summed things up pretty good. People are investing here because of the potential of the company with new management and you are also correct the past "history" of this company is exactly that....in the past, means nothing at this point. You can't use the past failings of FCGD with old management against the new people that are now in place and determined to make this company a success
As you sit by the sidelines bashing this stock as it continues to get stronger bid support wouldnt it be more fun to actually just jump in and make some money. If Sharkness' predictions of .10 or so come to pass someone can still jump in here and almost double their money
