Wow what a lucky guy. Congrats on all the good fortune my friend!
That's why I don't post on this board much lombardi. The investment we've both made will only grow substantially throughout the years. I try not to get my head wrapped on all the guys trying to discredit our investment. You and I both know some of the plays are not transparent yet ;) Phot isn't one of them.
They say they're flippers, but I think they're longs at heart lol.
Hey I am not a flipper. Long and strong in PHOT and FITX.
Growlife will only strengthen is the months and years pass by. We're in the most golden stock here in OTC. Hold strong and long my friend!
I wonder if all the extreme hype will faze today.
Even IF I did I wouldn't say ;)
I'm not disagreeing with you in regards to legalization of mj sector. I am pro more than you think and wish the best for this ned dot-com bubble to explode! This has all of the signs like the dot-com bubble, which will only make our economy prosper. Though we may not agree on everything, this is one thing I'm 100% for.
I do disagree with you in regards to a lot of them being speculation plays. I've been following the ones that have traded below $1, which now are trading way above that. The real movers are the ones with a great business plan and making it happen. Though it maybe too late to get into some of those moving up, still a few where the risk vs reward leans more towards reward. So I would say my thoughts and validity are pretty fair, but I leave that up to your judgement. I do enjoy our conversation and I hope to keep this going. Though I may seem bashing right now, I hope to change my view once management updates us more.
Name of the game is to buy low and sell high right? If not now, at least 6 months from now....
I'm not saying it's a good investment, just not much credibility yet from what I can see. Not once did you mention they need to register with Cali. first before growing hemp. I would hate for them go grow illegally.
Nope, we've been in the dark since the closed the land. Still waiting to know when they plan to register with Cali. to grow hemp.
Now that you pointed it out. I can't seem to find anything either.......Seems weird right that others say it exists?
One person like myself cannot create such a drop. I'm just calling, but I could be wrong. We'll just wait and see. Be a great buying opportunity for you if it does.
Not true. The credible companies will flourish, while the P&Ds will only last for so long. Lets see if management will release anything to keep the leg going on this one. I see red at noon though.
I hope they plan to register with the CA FOOD & AG before growing hemp. No indications from management yet regarding this issue.....Seems we're all in slow limbo state. Will only cause more investors to grow weary of this as the pps slowly drops....
I haven't yet. Still deciding if it's credible. I agree the RSI is great, just still doing more DD.
Going to be a great week for PHOT considering the finalization Friday!
Going to be another red day :(
If you're up for taking many risks and losing, by all means go for it. Not me, I am careful with my investments.
How do you know it's so phenomenal?
I believe she thought the concept they have is a great idea. I myself believe it as well, but managements silence is what's scaring people mike. That's just my opinion though.
You saying you're trying to help me find out what's so good about this company, when you don't seem 100% convinced yourself lol.
Just going off by what you said. Key word "seems" to be credible ;)

Yes I agree with you. Last year I got burned, so that's why I'm a little cautious these time around. So far it's paying off. I appreciate the positive conversation mike. I do hope this board attracts more attention and would be investors. Anyways I am off for now. We'll continue this another time.
Well said. This is one of the few you need to buy and hold. There will be ups and downs, but in a few years we'll all be smiling. Maybe a Bora Bora vacation paid by Growlife :)
Well see golden days in the future my friend. Will only keep going up, doubters will be left behind.
Long PHOT
Shorts never win in the long run. I don't team up on the losing side. I only post on 4 message boards, with this being the 4th one. Like I said this one has potential, but I did see some red flags. Hopefully those red flags will be over looked as I look into XTRM a bit further. Anyways enjoy your Sunday.
Anyone know if they're registered in California to grow HEMP? Not bashing just asking questions to promote more conversations here.
California
CA FOOD & AG §81000-81010
*Requires industrial hemp growers to be registered with the state.
*Prohibits the possession of resin, flowering tops or leaves removed from the hemp plant.
*Establishes registration and renewal fees for commercial growers of industrial hemp.
*Organizes a five year review of industrial hemp's economic impact.
*While legislation adding this section was enacted in 2013, the law specifies that its provisions do not become operative unless authorized by federal law.
Hey Mike thanks for post. I will read more on the PRs and let you know what I think. However, you're wrong about me being a shorty.
Why because I am bringing up actual conversation regarding some red flags I've seen? Sorry I'm trying to make other investors aware of what's going on. Moderators have no ruling to ban me as all my conversations have been about xtrm.
And they don't have two websites to confuse investors like XTRM. Shouldn't they combine this into one website to not confuse investors? What's the point in doing this? No one here seems to know lol

I just find it funny you invest in a company that has no clear indication on what their business plan is. You can't even tell me so yourself. Who's in a pos stock now?
Tell me more about the positives of the company. No one seems to know their business plan or how they plan to achieve it. All the other real companies out there are making the moves. Management needs to get off their butt and be proactive. If not this stock will only tank.
So you have nothing better to reply to than to say negative things? Come on tell me more about the positives of this company. Not unless you don't have anything positive to say at all....
I have no doubt that the BIODIESEL industry is one you shouldn't invest it. Hopefully management will give us more updates on how they will achieve this, until then you know I will voice my concerns. Anyways enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone.
11 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD INVEST IN THE BIODIESEL INDUSTRY
1. Jump in on a growing market: The U.S. biodiesel industry is poised for its most profitable, successful year yet in 2013 with expected record-breaking production volumes thanks in part to the increased federal biomass-based diesel requirement of 1.28 billion gallons (28 percent higher than 2012), the $1 per gallon tax credit and rebounding D4 RIN prices. In addition, favorable blend economics indicate that obligated parties under the renewable fuel standard (RFS2) will find it economically advantageous* to blend U.S. biodiesel over Brazilian sugarcane ethanol to meet their advanced biofuel obligations (2.75 billion ethanol-equivalent gallons), over and above the biomass-based diesel volume requirements, suggesting the possibility of domestic biodiesel production significantly exceeding 1.28 billion gallons. *farmdoc daily
2. Sustainable 10-year growth plan: IHS Global Insight conducted a modeling report for the National Biodiesel Board to help guide EPA with its yearly biodiesel RVO under RFS2 and, in the modeling report, the group determined that there will be enough feedstock available to reach 3.3 billion gallons of U.S. biodiesel production by 2022. 3. The National Biodiesel Board unveiled a new industry target in February 2013, named 10×22, an aggressive but achievable goal that calls for biodiesel to make up 10 percent of the U.S. diesel fuel supply by 2022. Read article
4. Engine makers support biodiesel, why not you? All major OEMs producing diesel vehicles for the U.S. market support at least B5 and lower blends and 79 percent of U.S. manufacturers now support B20 or higher biodiesel blends in at least some of their equipment. Source: NBB OEM support document, Sept. 2012
5. No blend wall here: While the ethanol industry struggles with hitting its blend wall, biodiesel penetration in the 2012 U.S. diesel fuel supply was only 1.9 percent. Given that all major OEMs support B5, achieving a 5 percent biodiesel penetration rate would mean nearly 3 billion gallons of biodiesel production (almost three times greater than 2012 production volumes). Moreover, nearly all the biodiesel used in the U.S. today is consumed by heavy-duty applications, a growing number of which support B20. To reach 20 percent penetration, the U.S. would need to produce 11.5 billion gallons of biodiesel, 10 times more than produced last year. Read article
6. Global ethanol and biodiesel consumption combined will reach 135 billion gallons by 2018. Source: Global Industry Analysts Inc.
7. Biodiesel quality continues to improve: The latest NREL quality survey results announced February 2013 at the National Biodiesel Conference show a record 97 percent of the biodiesel on the market today is within ASTM D6751 specifications. Read article
8. 68 percent of U.S. and Canadian biodiesel productive capacity is BQ-9000-certified, meaning strict quality controls are in place-of the approximately 3 billion gallons of productive capacity in the U.S. and Canada, 1.84 billion gallons is BQ-9000-certified versus 1.24 billion gallons that is not. Source: 2013 Biodiesel Plant Map and the BQ-9000 site of certified producers
9. Greenhouse gas emissions will continue to tighten globally, and EPA has determined that biodiesel from waste achieves more than 80 percent GHG reduction compared to the fossil diesel baseline, while biodiesel made from soybean oil achieves greater than 50 percent GHG reductions. Source: EPA
10. Assurance in the market: Obligated parties, third-party quality assurance plan (QAP) providers, the biodiesel industry and government have worked together to restructure the RIN program to provide more security against potential fraud. A proposed QAP rule was issued in January and a final rule is expected midyear. The proposal offers obligated parties an affirmative defense against civil liabilities from buying, trading or retiring bad RINs, and includes one option that also relieves obligated parties from paying for the replacement of any invalid RINs. 11. Supporting biodiesel supports economic growth: The biodiesel industry spent an estimated $4.3 billion to produce 1 billion gallons of biodiesel in 2012, without the $1 per gallon federal tax credit in place all year. The biodiesel industry supported approximately 64,000 jobs in 2012, once again without the $1 per gallon tax credit. With the credit, it would have supported another 19,200, totaling more than 83,000 jobs. Source: NBB Fueling Action
FORM IBOX
Actually when I called I received extension numbers to all 4 members of their management team. I didn't need to dig into it any further. I wish XTRM was this transparent, but unfortunately their not.....Until management gives more clear direction of what's going on, my doubts will be here. Maybe then we'll be good friends, but right now we're still a little combative.
False number on the 8k........
Less fluff and more indications on what management plans to do......
Never said I was invested in them. I said they're making the right moves. At least they didn't go out of business and falsified an 8k.....
The true leaders are out there making moves. This unfortunately is not one of them, or even a real company from what I can see.
