I don't mean to correct you : TC is the one that needs to pay and remove the AOT . If the unit did not work I would think they would @ the lest disconnect it and have it delivered back to STWA .... They wouldn't want it hanging around .....

Can you explain why the AOT is still on TC 's land if the lease were terminated and that one of the provisions state that Trans Canada must return the AOT once it has expired ?? It expired 7 days ago .

It had to be returned by Oct 15th

Some one said they had to keep it to the end of the lease for STWA benefit since Trans Canada figured right away it did not work and terminated the lease .... Soooooo wouldn't you think if Trans Canada didn't want it there it would be removed once the lease ended Oct 15th ... Go figure !!

I am not very bright ; but if I have given notice 60 days and this great white pipe did not work on my working pipeline , I would terminate the lease and pay my 2 months and return the unit back to STWA . Why would I want to run a non working unit on my working pipeline ...
