I'm sending every one of DRIO's 24 employees a thank you card at Christmas, it just keeps on giving.
Out again for now.

Good start to a Monday! DRIO
Confirmation that U.S and EU sanctions are hurting Russian exports and the sanctions "noose" gets tighter tomorrow morning.
RUSS should get a healthy bounce tomorrow or Tuesday IMO.

Agreed, the key to any consideration of a long term hold should be audited financials reporting substantial revenue.
FDA approval is still an IF not a WHEN, if you dig deep enough you'll understand why.
Enough of the "investing" crap though, let's trade this thing and have some fun!
DRIO
All good points Btown.
DRIO will make BIG moves up and down over the next 10 trading sessions IMO, hope you come out on top!
Sumo
Agreed, even if an additional 50 million shares were required to fund DRIO in October/November the company would still be fairly valued IMO.
I said before and still believe that DRIO could run like PLU*/*LUG in 2015 which for the record was almost a 100 bagger from bottom to 52 week high!
I think we have a 2 month wait until the next 10Q but I have no doubt that DRIO has transitioned from pre-revenue to a company with multiple revenue streams and unlimited growth potential if management continues to execute on the business plan.
Good luck to all
A recent 8K says management expects to be able to continue operations until October 2014 with the recent dilutive financing.
With 75 million O/S and only 80 million A/S the company will need to generate huge profits immediately or raise the A/S and dilute further. Let's not forget about management voting on and approving a R/S (reverse split of 1 for 2 or 1 for 5) on June 30th 2014.
DRIO is a rock solid company with HUGE potential IMO but short term risk is huge as well. I hope I'm wrong and this runs up to $1.00 like some are calling for.
Good luck to all
Best of luck to you my friend, you should hold for $1.00 IMO.
DRIO
It means ONE of the diluters is gone. Correct?
I know that prior to the issuance of the 49 million new shares (most of which were dumped on the market causing the huge PPS drop) that company insiders and 4 individual (5% +) shareholders held 60% of the outstanding shares.
60% of the the 24 million+- shares at that point would be roughly 14.5 million shares. With a new OS at 75 million shares that number is reduced to roughly 20% held by Insiders and VC's.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Insiders haven't sold a single share (and would have had prior knowledge of the recent dilution) which means they likely know something we don't.
Insiders are holding shares and options at an average issuance price well above $1.00. Why would they hold tight when they knew the PPS would be crushed by the necessary round of dilutive financing??
We're about to find out
DRIO
EDIT- For disclosure's sake I bought more .099's Thursday but sold all Friday in the .121 range.
Not sure if technicals even come into play with this ETF but the last gap is now filled and RUSS is sitting close to it's 52 week low.
Several gaps to the upside, hope this is bottom.
I surrender. Expecting to get stopped out for a loss by EOD.
Apparently invading other countries and resulting sanctions are good for Russia.
Next round of sanctions against Russia implemented as early as Friday(tomorrow). Why is RUSS not gapping up daily?? Anyone?

I misunderstood your post icetrader, I re-read it and you were saying DRIO is NOT a scam.
My appologies
I think you blood glucose levels are dangerously low my friend because you're making no sense.
In what way is a company with 24 employees, patented technology, inventory and an aggressive global marketing/distribution strategy scam?
You're playing catch up obviously
Sumo
Dario video attached
There are HUGE implications for this technology patent, more than most people realize. DRIO could generate substantial revenues from licensing alone.
DRIO's only smart phone competitor, the IbgStar plugs into the bottom charging port of a smart device which creates two large problems:
1. You can't charge your device while the IbgStar is plugged in and being used and 2. the bigger issue is compatibility. Every time Apple, Samsung or whoever comes out with a new device (the iPhone 6 for example) and the charging port changes, the testing device becomes obsolete without a complete re-design. If you want the latest greatest phone, too bad because your IbgStar won't be compatible!
The Dario unit plugs into, draws power from and even charges through the speaker jack WHICH NEVER CHANGES!
Getting the big picture here folks?

New crippling sanctions coming against Russia
http://news.nationalpost.com/2014/08/30/eu-to-slap-new-sanctions-on-russia-as-ukraines-president-calls-conflict-threat-to-europe/
Today's drop in RUSS was a huge over-reaction to "ceasefire" talks, looking for a reversal and gap up by open tomorrow. The Russian economy is teetering on the brink of recession IMO. Putin will remain defiant and trigger another round of sanctions next week.
http://www.theguardian.com/business/2014/aug/31/russia-economic-warfare-rip-free-market-new-world-order
Historically movements greater than 15% up or down for RUSS are very rare and always seem to be followed up with a reversal in the opposite direction of 8-12% the following day.
Added 800 more at 11.08, let's see if history continues to repeat itself.
RUSS
Roughly 3 million residents in Canada with diabetes, a conservative estimate of 60% of those people in urban centers would own a Dario compatible smart phone or device.
If DRIO was able to confirm even $1 million in sales for the next 10Q then it wouldn't be hard to project sales in the U.S (with 10X the population).
No one knows where the PPS will be when the traders have cut and run but I do think this is a solid company with HUGE revenue potential 3-12 months out. This could be a growth and value play for the patient investor IMO.
Good luck Jb
Could have locked in 45% gain but got greedy or lazy, not sure which. Looks like I'll just be getting out even tomorrow.
RUSS
Not that I can find yet, I'll keep an eye on their website and update the board when the Dario system is listed for sale.
Sumo
I probably will Klinsmann but my account is $13.5K greener, pocket change for some but 20% of my annual salary.
I'll re-enter at some point and will continue to provide DD as I find it.
Sumo
I'm out for now guys, congrats to all the big winners here!

No, but you do need FDA approval for direct sales in California and the Eastern seaboard which the company anticipates for 2014.
More interesting is the next phase of the hard launch in 2015 which includes Russia, China, Brazil and Mexico. None of which require FDA approval either.
DRIO
Considering Dario is now available for purchase online through it's UK distributor I'd say your .20 estimate is very low. I'm finding news left, right and centre that the company has not PR'd yet!

INTERESTING development.
Las Vegas, NV – 30 August, 2014– (TechSonian) –LabStyle Innovations Corp(OTCMKTS:DRIO) developer of the Dario™ Diabetes Management Solution, reported that it has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with AutoControl Medical Inc that grants ACM the exclusive right to distribute the Dario™ Smart Meter, test strips and lancets in Canada.
DRIO is clearly expecting FDA approval sooner than later
Market cap is actually $9.5 million as at today's close.

I'm betting we touch .16 with a near HOD finish again tomorrow.
This could run for another week easy!
Comprehensive Dario investor presentation including distributors and Countries next in the cue. Very informative for those considering investing in this undervalued gem.
