I'll just say this and remain civil. My impressions from the meeting was positive overall. But as for the timeframe for the type of news he's alluding to. My understanding and take away from the meeting was there was nothing in the near future. Especially over the holidays. So take that as you will.
I'm at a loss Mike. If the news was really leaked I figure the PR would be put out by now.
Then he should've just added at these low prices and waited for news. Would've been more smart
Same to you and your family friend. Here's to a prosperous 2018.
Second everything you said. I'm banking on some news re podras sooner than later but we will see I guess.
probably realize news is due for new year and don't want to get caught. Hopefully its big enough to break their backs
nevermind...
Is it me or did all trading stop?
Pretty much imo. I think most of us investors are so far in the red we held. The traders do what traders do.
The guy is definitely proud of what he's accomplished. He seemed fairly open and like I said was pleasent. Now granted I could be wrong on how he is at work with his employees but no one was walking past him like a beaten dog lol
I agree on the why people who are close wouldn't go. When people allege to have all sorts of cash tied up in this you take this opportunity imo.
But on asking him about stepping aside. My personal opinion on it is it would serve no purpose at the time and likely would only make him defensive. No matter how you put it to him. When he came in he was very cordial, open, and personable. My purpose while there was to get as much info as I could to reaffirm my belief to stick this patch out. In my experience, you get more info from people being pleasent. We got most of our questions addressed (I forgot to bring up regabatin) and got the tour of the facility which imo ( I have nothing to compare it to keep in mind) looks promising. If we broached that topic then he might not have offered the tour. Who knows.
I think most have made it clear they're not thrilled with his performance via contacting BOD and what not by now. But at least he also provided explanations for some of our concerns like weak Seroquel sales and others.
Is he the rock star ceo we would like? Likely not. But I can see he's not just sitting on his hands twiddling his thumbs as it was being framed here for a bit. And at the very least, he's got a lot tied up in this company. So his interests are aligned with ours. A new CEO may not be.
No no one asked him to step aside during the meeting.
It's going to be nice with these conference calls in the near future. It's going to answer a lot of these questions and remove many of the uncertainties surrounding this stock imo.
Hey guys nothing horrible to report. No I didn't sell my shares and run off. I'm on nights, had overtime and woke up early for this. Running on 2 hrs after being up all night.
Going to grab a some sleep. I'm sure impact will fill you in shortly. But I didn't leave with a doom and gloom feeling if that's what you're thinking.
Things are progressing, facility is nice, and they're planning on doing conference calls. I'll leave it at that for now.
Well up to you... Can't see why someone who has been holding as long as you been and as red as you probably are would not go. Best of luck.
SO FWIW Armistice Capital is the 2nd largest holder, and first foundation has increased its position again from the summer.
Yeah I agree but this was something that had to be done also. It was so dated it didn't give a good impression. Hopefully there's more than window dressing going on behind the scenes.
Well the new website is better than a kick in a teeth.
Would provide some nice support though in near term.
Currious if Boyd is buying more. When will institutional ownership be updated?
In 10 years focilian is the least of our worries. Focilian by then shouldn't even matter.
“The Par launch of the 5 and 40 mg strengths now provides us with the full line of generic Focalin XR® strengths available in the U.S. market,” said Dr. Isa Odidi, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Intellipharmaceutics. “ We expect that making available the full complement of generic Focalin XR® strengths will be seen as a benefit by wholesale purchasers of our product.”
Wonder how much of an affect this will have? Will this possibly boost the rest in of the doses sales? Time will tell I guess.
I'll be there. Email incoming.
They've answered my email questions. Who have you emailed?
Do we know how long typical supplier contracts are? 6 mos? 1 year?
They were late to the party. Contracts are locked up already. When those contracts are up I expect the numbers will jump significantly. Can't do much till the contract s expire
would explain why the revenue split % seems so low though.
Here we go again. Vague inuendos and insinuations again...
You honestly think little IPCI will have the ability to undercut one of the handful or so manufactures of Glucophage in India? That's my point. There is no way they will be able to and make a profit worth while doing it. The initial start up in materials alone would make it not worth while likely.
depends on how big and fast you want to penetrate the market, areas you're targeting and the quality of the sales people. I guess you can hire a bunch of high school kids like energy companies do and pay them minimum wage. Probably won't be that effective though.
I think the bigger cost would be hiring the sales force and the associated cost with that.
I'm pretty sure if you buy the division you have to honor the contracts. You can't just say oh well ho hum.
Well I guess he's got skin in the game now somewhat. Would be nice to see someone buy out of pocket
Just trying to bring some perspective here. We've all been pretty negative lately and the share price action hasn't helped one bit. Believe me I'm pissed to. My focused has shifted from jumpstarting my portfolio to hopefully breaking even at this point.
But since the new CFO has come a few months ago we have had that survey come out which many of you expressed your discontent with what's going on. We've also had an offering, which yes SUCKS. But given the nature of this one vs prior ones it appears much less toxic.
One of our chief complainants is the lack of intuitional ownership. If you look at the old info on Nasdaq it was about 3.4%. We should be upwards or close to 8% now if you look at the info on fintel.
We've seen some of the bigger holders reduce their position lately like BMO, but it seems to be hopefully trending in the right direction.
We SHOULD soon get one more ANDA approval. Which will for sure greatly improve revenue. Both of those other two products in the MNK deal are safe till end of 2018.
We're still waiting for some more regular updates from the company. But IMO things were so screwed up before (hindsight is 20/20) that its going to take a bit of time for the new CFO to get that ball rolling.
Things suck right now. But a few things have improved since the CFO took over.
I feel we need to keep expressing our discontent to the board of directors and keep in contact with the CFO for information for now. I feel these actions will be what forces change at the company.
FWIW I don't feel its a coincidence that Boyd took a ownership stake in this company being on the board for Cerecor. This is purely speculation on my behalf. But I'm starting to wondering if maybe IPCI will finally license out it delivery tech to one of Cerecor's products in development.
Either way, I just want to express that even though us long time holders are all pissed, there has been SOME changes we seem to keep forgetting about. Whether its a enough is another question to be had.
What day are you going impact?

This seems a bit more clear.. 180 days.

Approval guidance from health Canada. If someone can decipher the abbreviations maybe we can estimate when the Canadian Seroquel approval may be due.
lol why just one?
