A calendar year is different than a fiscal year... MJNA does not have a set time period in which they need to file.
thank you!!
Yes actually. I have to get up for work in the morning like an adult. Good night! Hope you enjoy surfing 4chan until 4 am like all the other 15 year old trolls.
Only when smoked or vaped? Not eaten in the thousands of possible edibles and tinctures available today? You are wrong. Sorry
Guessing 2-3 mg is making up your own number
Using alcohol is only one example. I'm 99% sure that you can't just use water to extract THC. You need something for it to bind to. For example you can do a home extraction with olive oil because THC binds to fat molecules.
You said yourself you don't know the extraction process CanChew uses. Did you become an expert in the last 10 minutes? Now you know the chemicals used and not used? lol give me a break.
You can't just make up your own numbers and start doing analysis lol. Especially when the company that makes it posts their own!
are you serious?
Completely false. You do not have to heat THC to produce an active compound. Have you ever heard of Green Dragon? I've been making it for years... all you do is soak pot in alcohol. bada bing bada boom, done.
You are wrong about the content of CanChew. This link took me LITERALLY less than 30 seconds to find:
http://canchewbiotech.com/18-press/2012-press-releases/46-medical-marijuana-inc-and-canchew-biotechnologies-have-officially-started-market-trial-sign-ups-for-cbd-chewing-gum
It states the gum contains 8-10 mg of CBD per piece, NOT "2-3" as you say.
Before you start bashing a product please do your DD so you don't misleading others.
So? This isn't THC, this is CBD; a completely different chemical. Anyway, it's not hard to make edibles. Any 14 year old with an oven can tell you that. What is your point?
What does it matter if it's water soluble or not? It's being absorbed through your salivary glands, isnt it?
Here in NJ I can expect to pay 350-400 / oz of good quality
Oh please- do you expect this to jump to a dollar overnight on basically no news?
based on support no... we may hit .10 briefly but I doubt it. We have been looking bullish for days now.

Today we're sitting at the top of the cloud and the conversion line has crossed over the base. I think we're in for high times ahead
They're shooting it into space to gain investor awareness
This is a question I have been going over for a few weeks now. In MJNA's last quarterly report, they stated goodwill at close to 50m. Is there any further breakdown or explanation of this number?
Agreed. I didn't really think Obama would have announced otherwise. Good news but really no surprise there.
This is a month old and not even up to date, there has been more CanChew news since then. Please stop spamming up the board.
Completely false.
My bad... bad math
Oops thanks... nevermind... forgot a couple 0's
the dayquil is taking its toll on my math today
They have the assets to do it. Currently processing the Phytosphere harvest, not to mention the credit they have from CannaBank. Keber also mentioned their products are now sold in almost 500 dispensaries in CO. You only need $2000 in revenue from each of 500 stores would hit the $1B mark... totally feasable
A snake oil salesman? Geraldo made himself look like a doofus, thats about it.
Oh please, can we get over Michael Llamas already?
Then all bets are off, really. In a way it's nice that the feds are keeping quiet because it dissuades the larger, established companies like Phillip Morris from launching their own marijuana divisions while we reap the benefits (high risk = high reward).
If the feds give this sector the green light then it opens the door for MJNA to really attract investors. However, it opens the door to a lot of competition; from not just small entrepreneurs but from multi-national corporations as well. We will be swimming with the big fish.
Not saying we won't be able to hold our own though. Look at how Microsoft expanded despite IBM's dominance. Completely possible, but it will be a whole new ballgame. It's not really possible to predict.
Awesome attitude. I have been doing the same, all of my roommates, a handful of friends, several family members and some work colleagues now own MJNA... keep spreading the word.
Exactly... they will be coming full force now.
Don't worry, I've been holding this since I dropped ERBB and switched over May. Have been accumulating ever since .055.
That $1 billion number isn't set in stone but it is completely feasible based on the numbers they've provided.

365,000,000 mg oil x $8.60 = $7,439,000,000
Also, they noted they already had a $12 million offer to distribute some oil. Not to mention the existing $7.5 million deal which is already in effect.
It's right on their website... how could you miss it? lol
Agreed. I think this is what's keeping a lot of people out of the sector.
Pretty hard to ignore:
HUDSON: The holding company structure helps you out with that. You
did $3 million in revenue in the last quarter. What does next year look like?
KEBER: I would imagine the next 12 to 14 months, the adjustable
market year, the revenues will grow to excess of a billion dollars.
Currently my company, Dixie Elixirs, distributes to just under 500 of the 523 medical marijuana centers in the state. So we have almost ubiquitous coverage. So I would say our distribution is going to position us very nicely for what the overall growth in the market is going to offer.

Very smart, Mr. Keber! Way to break down the uncertainty concerning the fed!
HUDSON: Your website states Medical Marijuana Inc., your parent
company does not grow, sell or distribute any substance that violates United States law or the controlled substance act. How do you put this two together, Colorado state law allowing for legal consumption, but Federal law not.
KEBER: It’s an interesting dynamic. Specifically, Medical Marijuana Inc., which is a publicly traded company - I’m a board member and officer of that company—actually does not actually own anything directly related to the cultivation, manufacturing or distribution of these infused products. What we own is the intellectual property, the formulation, the research and development through our portfolio of companies called Red Dice
Holdings (NYSE:DHX), of which I’m the president and CEO. So it’s a delicate balance, but we’re absolutely committed to making sure that we adhere to all state and Federal rules as it relates to the ownership of these various entities.

excellent link! thank you!
Sativex is a breath spray made by GW Pharmaceuticals (GWP), a British company
there are not 1 billion shares on the float. Also Privateer Holdings is not MJNA...
all I see on Bloomberg is stuff about Privateer Holdings... nothing MJNA related
oh yeah, where'd you find that?
time to start cranking up production
