Certainly was someone(s) soaking up shares here at $5. I gotta think the selling pressure is nearing an end here with the AAIC in the coming weeks and closing of ESS acquisition.
Tomorrow is the last day. Market was closed Friday 7/3.
We should have 2 more days with the D....it's only been 18 trading days thus far.
I am with you that things suck right now. However if good news doesn't accompany the uplist things won't change much. I do think the positive news will come and have a very nice impact on the PPS.
You may want to get your keyboard checked out....it looks like the caps lock got stuck for a minute.
Hindsight is always 20/20. However then selling a portion at .195 wasn't a bad trade.
I think I have the chart reading covered w/o your assistance.
From $12 post split??? Please share the chart that shows that. You do realize there is a chart on this page that shows the PPS was only $8 post split....you're only off by 50%
Still not good but kind of silly to make up such stories.
Hey JP - since the market it closed today I believe we don't hit the 30 day mark until July 22nd.
I am actually more interested in the announcement of new data at the AAIC in a couple of weeks and closing the ESS acquisition. IMO these two things will be big drivers in the PPS of the IPO onto the NASDAQ.
Interesting 3 months ahead. Hope everyone has a safe and blessed holiday weekend!
Nothing has changed since the conference call:

Good point and I believe you are correct. And yes if my memory is correct AMBS does hold the patent to MANF because it was questioned after a court ruling last year.
Agreed it does help. Allows them access to a method for administering Eltoprazine.
I do not read anything in the PR that states AMBS owes that patent.
But I could be wrong...
In general you are correct about how patents work. This patent isn't for Eltroprazine, it is for a method that will be used to administer Eltroprazine. I didn't research the names listed on the patent but maybe that is how it ties back to AMBS and Eltroprazine.
"The patent covers methods for the administration of eltoprazine, in combination with the anti-Parkinson's drug, levodopa (L-DOPA), for the treatment of Parkinson's disease."
But doesn't say issued to AMBS. The patent was filed on 2/28/2007, AMBS didn't exist back then.
After re-reading the PR from AMBS they didn't claim the patent was issued to them....
Working both sides now, number 1 on the bid and ask.
I agree with you, Gerald isn't dumb and I can't see him repeating last July.
An IPO that brings in $50 million or more plus closing the Lonza deal will do wonders for the PPS in my opinion.
I bought more shares last week and may buy more over the next week or so.
Correctly stated and well said.
ESS starting a Phase 2 trail is valued at more than the current entire AMBS market cap....there is a thought for you.
What happens to the PPS when that deal is closed next month?
Shhhh....next month starts next week. We don't have long to wait.
Did you happen to read the words "may sell" as seen in the second paragraph two separate places? Nowhere does it say will or are selling so you are merely speculating.
I may also sell my shares at any given time...why wouldn't those listed in the filing want that ability also? Especially given the upcoming milestone that are likely to move the PPS much higher! Only seems smart to have the ability to lock in some profits on the way up. Isn't that what we are are here for...to make money?
If they are selling please provide a timeline.
LOL nice post. I couldn't agree more. A few on your list are worth more than the current market cap.
Agreed and when it moves it will move quickly. It's only a matter of a few weeks now.
The market didn't seem to be concerned about this "news". Maybe because it isn't really news.....
The market talks....it's usually best to listen.
Maybe you should start reading at the top:
EXPLANATORY NOTE
On June 17, 2014, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective the registration statement on Form S-1 File No. 333-195952 (the “Registration Statement”) filed by Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company is filing this post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement for the purpose of updating its financial and other disclosures. The registrant is not seeking to register any additional shares pursuant to this Registration Statement.
Correct, the shelf reg was for $150 million. I would be disappointed with anything less than $50 million.
We should also be finding out about the LymPro NDAs around the same time.
As you said we will know in the coming weeks. Is Gerald holding the winning hand or is he bluffing? Royal flush or weak pair..... ??
So the IPO near the end of July will come just in time. Jason N is forecasting $20 million for the IPO but I wouldn't be surprised to see it higher if ESS is closed first. Which it sounds like it will from GC comments last week.
Correct the PPS must be greater than $4 as I posted the quote directly from the companies conference call transcript. I don't see that being an issue, 8 days down...22 to go.
Employ some logic here! Why would they burn up the cash on hand, that is required for uplifting, when they have $12 million equity financing that they can draw from?
Notice the big volume = equity financing. Yes it is happening in the near term but will change with the IPO's and NASDAQ listing
lol...you are one extreme to the other. Getting all emotional over a stock is not a good idea.
The company knew this would happen...They knew the PPS would drop post split which is why they split to 7.50.
I am betting we see heavy buying in the mid 4s if the PPS gets there.
Not worried.
yes 3.90 isn't far from 4....is there a point to your post?
Well roughly half of the "comfortable margin" is gone rather quickly.
Now, these are several ways to qualify for NASDAQ uplisting. And we will be able to qualify by meeting essentially two important conditions. There is actually several conditions to be met but the two that we need to meet are to trade above $4 for 30 days and that is why we announced last week that we’re doing reverse stock split. Today, our shares are trading around $0.05. When the stock split becomes effective, which should be in the next couple of days, we should see the shares trade at about $7.50, so there is really comfortable margin above the $4 price that’s required to uplist on the NASDAQ.
Ok, wasn't sure which it was. NITE seems to make plenty of shares to sell, maybe once they are done it rebounds.
They need to stay above $4 not $3.
Probably has a few connections from his previous employers.

You stated you expected it to be quiet for another 19 days, until the D drops off. I am saying I expect news to come once shares are fully distributed, possibility early/mid next week. Not saying big news just yet but I expect to hear significant developments over the next 8 weeks. This we agree on!
You think we won't hear much for 3 - 4 weeks and I think it comes in 1 - 2 weeks. Either way we are good.
What happened to the BIG sell off you were calling for? Haven't seen it the past 2 days as you stated would happen. As a matter of fact we are green post split.
Great point, if it was that simple. Since some brokerage firms don't have the new shares yet it would be a waste to PR news when its difficult(and expensive) for folks to buy.
I am sure AMBS is aware of how the process works and wouldn't issue big news before the new shares are fully distributed!
Is that what you are trying to say...
The next several weeks will reveal what the true landscape looks like. Surely no one is basing an opinion on the success of the RS on the second trading day following it. Any seasoned investor knows that when new shares are issued it takes a few days for everything to get settled.
So currently it would be unwise for the company to issue any "big' news. That will come in the weeks ahead, IMO.
