Why did these guys do such a huge stock split? They wanted it to trade below a dollar?
Have you guys checked out PSTO's website? PSTO.info. It is finally up and running. Very professional and full of info. It looks like they now have two companies that have been merged into the shell. One is Northern Lights Sustainability and the other is Infinity Supply.
We could be sitting on a big winner here. Hopefully, once we get some press releases and 8-k filings, things will start to heat up.
SFWJ merging with a Columbian Weed company. Interesting.
PCOGF up to .005. Would love to see this thing break .01.
Anyone following what is going on with the CryptoFoodHall? Any thoughts on the NFTs?
Thanks, Manuel. No reaction in the stock price in the US on the Namibian Press Release, but hopefully people will continue buying over time. Seems like a solid speculative play at these levels.
RSTN is dead today. Hard to believe we aren't seeing much volume after yesterday's news.
ENQUF reported very strong results today-
EnQuest Chief Executive, Amjad Bseisu, commented:
"EnQuest delivered free cash flow of around $395 million in 2021 with a realised price of c.$69/bbl, resulting in a
stronger balance sheet with net debt reduced to $1,222 million .
“High uptime at Kraken, the contribution from Golden Eagle and the accelerated recovery of wells at PM8/Seligi was
offset by underperformance at Magnus. Magnus compression and water injection plants are now online and
performing on target. Other assets, including Kraken and Golden Eagle are performing well and Malaysia is off to a
strong start with the PM8/Seligi riser replacement now in place ahead of schedule, with all wells online. With an active
programme of nine wells and seven workovers in 2022, our largest sanctioned program since 2014 and our first new
wells in over two years, I am confident we will deliver a good performance this year. Our production to the end of
January 2022 was 50,810 Boepd.
“Our decommissioning business performed better than expected, while our emissions were 45.7% below the North
Sea Transition Deal 2018 baseline, and close to the 2030 target of 50%. I am very pleased we are industry leading in
emission reductions and am excited about our new energy initiatives around Sullom Voe.
“The supportive macro environment and higher oil prices allow us to look forward to organic growth to offset natural
declines. We remain focused on continuing to reduce our net debt while selectively investing in our low-cost, quick
payback well portfolio. At the same time, we will continue to be disciplined with respect to M&A opportunities.
“EnQuest’s business is strongly positioned to play an important role in the energy transition. We will do so by
responsibly optimising production, leveraging existing infrastructure, delivering a strong decommissioning performance
and exploring new energy and further decarbonisation opportunities.”
2021 performance
? Average Group production was 44,415 Boepd
? Kraken average gross production of 31,155 Boepd (net 21,964 Boepd) was within guidance, reflecting
high FPSO uptime throughout the year
? Golden Eagle net production for the full year was 10,220 Boepd, contributing 1,701 Boepd1 net to
EnQuest post acquisition completion on 22 October 2021
? Magnus production of 11,870 Boepd reflected well integrity and topside related outages
? Net production of 5,028 Boepd at PM8/Seligi reflected optimised well delivery offsetting the impact of the
detached riser system
? Operating expenditure is expected to be approximately $325 million, slightly higher than guidance; primarily
reflecting higher emissions trading scheme costs. Unit opex is expected to be c.$21/Boe
? Cash capital and abandonment expenditures are expected to be approximately $120 million, including c.$13
million associated with the PM8/Seligi riser replacement
? Strong free cash flow generation2 of approximately $395 million
? In June, the Group entered into a new senior secured debt facility (‘RBL’) of up to $750 million, including letters of
credit of $150 million
? At 31 December 2021, cash drawings under the RBL were $415 million following the early voluntary
repayment in December 2021 of $70 million
? At 31 December 2021, net debt including PIK was $1,222 million, with cash and available facilities of $319 millio
More buying today in PCOGF. Hopefully that government press conference brings more buyers.
Thanks. Good to know.
Thanks. Not sure why my site didn't post the news release. Any comment on the press release? How significant is it?
RSTN hit $1.10. Pulled back a bit, but still up 40% on merger news.
BCUFF up big today. Anyone know why?
We have seen several large block trades in MDMP today. I have seen a 576,000 share trade, a 400K share trade a 360K share trade and plenty of 50K -200K share trades. Someone is loading up.
MDMP is up to .07. Someone seems to think the results will be positive.
FIFG hit .90 on massive volume one day a few months back, would love to see that happen again.
CGX has been a monster the last few days. Hopefully PCOGF will have its day soon. Did the Namibian Government hold their press conference yet, concerning the Shell news?
I think the celebs are waiting for the launch. I would imagine they don't want to put their names behind anything until it is real. Hopefully they will jump on board soon. They are contractually obligated to post to social media and support the brands in other ways.
It is sad that the stock is so dead.
Had management not gone quiet for 6 months, running off all their shareholders, CORG would be over $1 right now.
Remember the days when the CEO would Tweet and a couple hundred thousand shares of buying would come in and the stock would rise 20%?
Now they announce exciting news daily and we don't even see 100 shares of trading in the stock.
I am surprised that no one is stepping in and buying at these levels. If they launch, and the celebs start promoting the company, the stock at least has the potential to make a big move higher. I guess everyone is taking a wait and see approach.
Thanks for posting the news. The FIFG has seen some rare buying for the last few days. Hopefully that will continue and we can move higher.
Good to see a resumption of buying and a move higher into the close.
RECAF is seeing strong buying today. Don't they have leases nearby?
Huge spread has killed the stock action.
Interesting play here. Been holding for a while. Share structure is rough, but if some excitement is generated about the region, this thing might make a huge run. It went up to .02 last April. If that happens again, it will be a nearly 10X from here. I like that upside.
Namibian Gov will be making an announcement next week about the Shell discovery. Hopefully that will the spark we need.
BUX
It is bizarre that they keep holding these calls without publicizing them. What is the point of holding a call if no one is listening?
I wonder if they are intended for their restaurant partners rather than shareholders.
Anyway, it is encouraging that they have become so active on Twitter in the last week or so. It appears they are moving closer to finally becoming an operating company.
They seem to be focused on the NFT and Metaverse angle. If they can gain some traction, it should draw investors to the stock.
BUX
Why do they have these calls and not tell anyone about them? What is the point?
VMHG at .049 today. Not bad. Would love to see it break .05 today.
Did anyone read the magazine article? They indicated the NFT's would launch in February, with the food launch to follow.
For the first time in a long time we are actually hearing that the launch is still planned and a time frame as to when it will happen. I guess that is good news.
Nice move today in VMHG. Decent volume also.
Buying has been coming in to ENQUF over the last few days. Hopefully we will revisit that large volume spike to $1 we saw in late November.
Oil prices are rising and energy stocks may be a good place to hide in this market.
VELXF is getting some decent volume in the .50's. If the seller using OTCX will get out of the way, we could see a big move higher. Oil seems like a good place to be in this crappy market.
BUX
Great news out from VELXF. Stock is starting to make a big move.
I see that you have to elect whether to accept the tender by Feb 7, but I don’t see a cutoff date for when newly purchased shares will no longer be eligible to participate. Can we simply buy until Feb and then tender at a premium?
Lots of afternoon buying, bodes well for next week.
ZZLL hitting .45 today on some decent volume.
We got an update. Pretty meager, with no details, but at least they told us there is an "exciting year ahead".
Sold off and now accelerating higher.
It would be nice if these guys would put out a press release on the merger. Not sure why they haven't done so. It would certainly help the stock.
Seeing a fair amount of buying in PERL over the last several days.
Pitiful. They don’t even post those silly NFT pictures anymore. I wonder what they do all day.
Starting to see a little buying in PCOGF lately. Would be nice to see another quick run above .02 like we saw over the summer.
