I thought CFP was off the table for 1st Qtr. 2013.?
He reiterated cash flow positive in the 1st quarter of 2013
Makes one wonder if the phone call ever happened or ..
Thanks for posting this!
CFP = Cardboard Fools Patsies
Sounds kinda like "filling tankers as we speak" .
Check the 8:00am news.. the other shoe just dropped.. Lots of shares sold on that promise. imo.
So now CFP has been delayed.. Shocker.!
A five year officer ban on the founder of the company and a $150k fine is "almost apologetic"?
Wow, just wow!
Is there a scam argument? [ Don't recall me ever posting such a thing] I think the SEC case speaks volumes. Do you think there will be other lawsuits from present/former shareholders and associates against JBII and the former CEO because of this ruling? Thanks for your thoughts!
5 year officer ban on the company's founder seems like the SEC got exactly what it wanted. I figured "Honest John" would never step down from his own company. Guess even "Honest John" knew when he was beat.
I'm still trying to figure out how Michael Dell got a Five year officer ban and yet he continues to run the company he founded.
Opinions and sources are two different things..
Do you think bankruptcy is still coming to JBII?
Is that why the "Whales" got liquidation rights on their new shares?
Thanks for your thoughts!
I'm not sure I agree with your "hidden" designation on a trade " a sell" that was clearly visable to anyone watching the screen. Does hidden mean something diferent in this case?
I'm not sure the point here.. Why wasn't JBII's vial of crude oil used for these news/promo videos? I mean why show Agilyx's crude oil as a sample? Seems strange. JBII apparently gets only the scraps while Agilxy gets the quality material to process. Thanks for your thoughts!
Did you see the vial of crude oil provided by Agilyx in the news/promo videos?
Don't know about that.. In the videos the vial of Agilyl crude oil looks suspiciously like crude oil. Wonder why JBII didn't/couldn't/ wouldn't/wasn't asked to provide a sample for the announcement? Guess we'll all find out soon enough.
Where in the video was "near" crude oil shown /mentioned? Thanks for your thoughts!
This story sounds so familiar....... And they're in Ohio.. Wow,! and they convert tires too?! Small world. Nice find!
I Could care less about Agilyx . Point being it was Agilyx's crude oil shown on all the videos .
Sure.. JBII loves moldy plastic right? Check what Ontario says about companies and mold.
ABC farms and the owner was a nice promo.. [ notice same farmer on all feeds with his nice almost virgin plastic bundle] apparently Agilyx gets the good easy plastic.. JBII gets the scraps.
Remember "types of plastic " actually matters.
Seems like no matter how hard JBII tries.. it can't escape Agilyx's shadow.
Some of these local news outlets should have checked with their legal department before airing these promos.. err news stories. Thanks for the clips!
There will be plenty of volume on the way down.
Buyout "Rumors" generally are the endgame for OTC companies who are running out sucke... err investors to sell their stock to. We'll see. Amazing that the stock is trending down again with no apparent catalyst to prop it up. Hope JBII isn't counting on a buyout rumor to keep the carrot dangling.
Seems like any money from an oil company would be welcome.
Why allow all these local "Hooterville" eyewitnesses to the process. I mean somehow JC/Highschoolers are blogging about their visit to the facility. Why not show someone who can fast track the process with cash and other resources? I mean I bet someone from Conoco/Phillips could easily ascertain if the process works and then figure out how to fast track it. They could even hire "Honest John" as chief tinkerer as part of the deal. Unless the process doesn't quite work as claimed?
So why not sell them 49%? Why sell discounted shares when you have such earth shaking technology.? Simple answer.
"typical pinksheet scam" all the way through buyout. If the same happens to JBII it will just be another."
Talk of a "Buyout" seems laughable to me. Why not just sell 1% to Conoco Phillips and never have to worry about financing again. I mean does anyone really think that if this process was so amazing JBII would have to go the pipe route every 3-6 months? Before "Honest John" claimed he didn't want big oil involved because he wanted to maintain control of the company . What's the excuse now? Selling shares at a steep discount instead of selling a small % of the company to Big Oil. Hmmmm what's the holdup. Could it be that P2O doesn't work as claimed?
Good luck!
Chances of any company/person/etc buying out JBII=0%
Chances of someone starting a rumor of a buyout to pump the share price = 100%
Do you still claim that JBII can accept moldy Agricultural film or any other product that contains mold?
and yes jbi can accept mold on plastic. good grief lmao
I wasn't refering to what JBII can/will accept. I was refering to what the tranfer station will accept. I hope JBII isn't counting on this small amount of plastic fulfilling their needs for "full production"
Someone posted that the agreement was already signed... wonder if we'll get an 8-k for it?
Like I said, small amount of plastic . Apparently clean as to not have moldy plastic laying around waiting to have enough quantity to make a bale. This looks like another file cabinet worthy agreement. When/if it is ever implemented and signed maybe the 8-k will clarify . Call yourself if you have doubts about the quantity of plastic that is expected. Last post for limit. Thanks again for the clarification!
At the transfer station they are apparently only going to accept clean film. Free of Dirt/rocks/manure etc. They won't accept anything else because of dust settling on the film and mold growing on it to boot. They will keep it there there until enough accumulates to make a bale. This is for farmers who want to recycle the film. This is not mandatory for the farmers in any way. Most farmers even if there was a way to recycle the film just throw it away because it is easier and doesn't incur the extra cost and time of cleaning it and hauling it to a transfer station. This appears to be a very small amount of plastic that will be picked up by JBII . Thanks for the clarification.
Like I said. I've seen Agricultural waste plastic first hand. If your relying on residential regulations applying to JBII's procurment then you too may be in for a suprise. I predict this free waste pick-up by JBII will last about as long as they need to fill the pipe offering and then mysteriously disapear from conversation like so many of JBII's boondoggles.
I've seen first hand what agricultural "plastic" waste looks like. These farmers are I'm sure delighted that JBII wants to be their coporate goat and haul all this trash away for free. If you think the farmers will be diligent in what they put in these plastic piles then you may be in for a suprise.
Exactly! Let's get the boots on the ground to post those pics ASAP! Make sure they get good close ups of all the farm filth that's sure to mixed in! Gonna have to clean-up/off and then sort it. Any animal or vegetable waste or remnants can always be composted and sold to the locals. This revenue could be logged as "other" on the books .
So, the Rock-Tenn deal is dead, isn't it?
This^
I could care less about "Honest John's" paid promo..
Shareholders may be better served calling IR and inquiring about the company's financial situation.
The info is out there.. it's just not free.
It's out there....
You get what you pay for in the information business.
It would be nice to get a SEC settlement sooner rather than later.
careful what you wish for...
Or they could be giving away more "free" tankers of fuel for "testing"?
Wow... Just ...Wow!
Rauber could be sabotaging the company so RockTenn can buy it on the cheap........just a thought..........z
That is a strong, strong statement! Wonder what Mr. Rauber thinks of it?
Everyone reading the board for any length of time knows that there are already "Run" tickets produced. But, unfortunately as with the failure of JBI to break out fuel from cardboard sales, the run tickets will be lacking similiar details. Pipe offering anyone?
Last gasp here will be company buyout rumor from unnamed company.
Pathetic.
Feigned indignation? "Honest John" promised run tickets by URS years ago.
Gone to the well one too many times?
