Gump...I have said it before and will say it again. In these changing times with precious metals markets very fluid but trending upward it may be better to hold off mining for a while. In the ground is just about as good as in the bank. No need to rush don't want to step over a dime to pick up a nickel as they say.
I think most can tell the difference between a hard rock core and a placer deposit. It would also be kind of tough to find a placer deposit at depth below hard rock.
The problem is rampant and until they start enforcing the rules it will get worse. The sec needs to start taking more of these people and make examples out of them. That might deter things some. They have about killed this Kat but as we know the Kat has nine lives and things will start improving shortly IMO.
Alan....even with the evidence you keep providing some continue to deny the problem. Thanks for the links. Hopefully the guilty are punished.
wrong. mappo is right, as are others about this problem and if I was one of the guilty parties I would be getting a little nervous. No need to defend such actions.
Gump....in situation's like this where office's close, everything halts in place. Nothing moves forward or backward. When business resumes, it picks up where it halted , albeit somewhat slower because of missing staffers and damaged infrastructure, but nonetheless no rearranging of priorities. All this is nearly irrelevant when faced with the losses people are confronted with as a result of this calamity. Mother nature has a way of putting things back into prospective.
That is not relevant here. S-1 approval is immanent.
Reading the rest of the report might prove beneficial.. I like what I see.
Gump.... Your quote these guys are so sloppy
Sorry Gump but these statements are daily being proven wrong. Things are proceeding nicely and pieces are falling into place. Approval of S-1 will happen any day now. Negative arguing points are constantly being eliminated.
How much are the salaries you reference
B402.....Approval by end of the month.. "DATS my opinion" After that its up up and away.
Usafa......I agree with you. I feel they just dotted the last I and crossed the last T. Approval is eminent.
Gump..... Your quote:
THIS IS THE LAW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gump.......I have it marked along with a lot of others that will be proven wrong
It is coming all right. To deny MM involvement here is akin to saying the world is flat. Katx may be a small co but for some reason it garners an inordinate amount of attention.
Gump....In the ground is almost as good as in the bank. With the anticipated price surge expected in the precious metals market many are waiting before spending resources to take it out of the ground. Nothing wrong with getting set up and things in place before mining in an anticipated surge. Ken is making the right moves.
Alan.....after what they did to katx i hope they get burned bad. Sounds like they are. Hate to be in their shoes
Louie.......have you gotten a response yet. Please post it so we can all take a look.
Leon......You never do enough DD but also remember you can't believe everything you hear and read on a public forum. We each have to make our own decisions. I am in and optimistic about the future of the Kat companies but I am not going to tell you to do the same. Good luck.
Spud...you are right on one point. The game is over........for those who tried to short katx and are now in serious trouble. Upward movement should continue next week and beyond.
Loui....that email doesn't prove anything if it was in fact sent. I want to see the response. That should be easy enough.
I assume you contacted both and please post their reply. I am very interested.
What makes you think they are not. If you are referring to some small changes in the s-1's then that is of no real consequence. All is well. Final approval should come shortly.
Tink....interesting read as is this one. Will help Katx/Bvig in the long run.
Wrong. As long as katx owns a % of bvig it is on topic here.
Gump.......not really. Everything will fall into place in due time. They are not operating on your time schedule. Imo
Splash...thanks for posting the news. Progress is taking place. Great.
Gump....maybe it is time for all to accept the fact that they are paying the employees as well as operating expenses by sale of the gold being recovered. Far from being a clown show in my opinion.
Bear...Whether a person is fulfilling that obligation or not is a perceived notion only. Opinions vary on the present situation.
Bear....We'll let the $30,000,000 slide but I understand that you think $30,000 is a lot for a truck. Actually that is quite reasonable in my opinion.
Unless you have access to his tax records you or anyone else knows where his income is generated. All else is guesswork and of no merit.
Will do and thanks.
Absolutely correct mappo. It would not surprise me if Ken doesn't have a whole laundry list of law suits to file. This is really going to get interesting before the dust settles. Should be quite a show. Glad I will be a spectator and not one of the participants.
Kadin... I am fully aware of the filings and etc. Changes ,revisions ,adjustments and etc are minor and to be expected. Copy and pasting of rules and regs and presented as though Kat mgt is guilty of their intent is rather misleading. I am sure the SEC is fully aware of their own guidelines and until it is determined by them that violations have occurred then all is ok. Personally I defer to the SEC and until they say otherwise I am a firm believer in the future of Kat. If you feel that the SEC is missing the ball then I would advise all to get in touch with them and voice their concerns. I myself have concerns of a different nature and contacts are and will be made concerning them.
I agree. Mappo would be a good candidate for moderator.
Kadin......Interesting read but apparently the SEC does not feel that any of this applies to Katx because the S-1, with some minor tweaking is progressing nicely through channels. i would think that if any of the violations and etc that you continue to accuse the company of were applicable the Sec would have pulled the plug. The continued nonsense about the sec building a case against katx does not have much merit at this point in time . Continued accusations do not change the fact that no wrong doing is or has taken place.
Shorton.......excellent DD. Thanks
Knights Software Error??? Not many believe that excuse especially the SEC.
I may have missed it but i dont remember seeing see another revised s-1 with a revised date. So looks like it's moving forward as last submitted. The sec would not play with it this long if it had major problems as claimed by some.
