My guess is that the audited financial statements will be out either after the market close today or on monday, at the same time a statement that they have filed with the sec to uplist
bid .0225 - ask .03. I have been in this for two years with a small position, now it looks like they are going to file and show us audited financials. I like getting in before everyone else starts noticing this again. I remember back in 2005 they had some huge payemets due from an ore contract with I think it was China. If that contract is still in place and we uplist, this thing is going the same direction as ecpn which is $1.18 per share.
I think we will have a green day.

I just noticed that ckys usually puts out a pr around 8:30 am eastern time. Come on Jim give us one this morning.
I am emailing Emaar to see if they will verify if SLJB has anything to do with them.
To: Emaar Properties
Dear Sir or Madam,
My inquiry is to find out if Emaar has engaged in any building supply contracts with Sulja Brothers Building Supply. As stated in the following press release Sulja Brothers was in negotiations with Emaar on August 2nd 2006. Can you please verify whether or not negotiations are still on going and whether or not Emaar has any current business dealings with Sulja Brothers. According to my research many investors are assuming that Sulja is doing business with Emaar. I just want to find out if this is true.
Here is the copy of the press release.
WINDSOR, ON, Aug 02, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Sulja Brothers Building Supplies, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) is meeting with Consultech Construction Management and Emaar Properties, in Germany, to finalize a major construction and supply agreement.
A Red Sea spokesperson commented: "The joint venture includes the supply of lumber and other building materials for 3 new developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Sulja Brothers is expediting supply chains to meet the immediate groundbreaking."
CEO Steve Sulja stated: "This is exactly why we expanded in the Middle East and obtained a contract with the Liberian Government for lumber. Sulja Brothers' growth rate in the Middle East is astounding. This joint venture with Emaar Properties opens up possibilities for more projects in the near future and increases our market share in the Middle East."

Hold on to your shares at .12 Braden, you might win. LOLROTFLMAO
They were only in talks with Emaar in Germany, they were only negotiating with kpmb and pwc, they were only saying in would be a slight delay on September 25th, Petar only was saying that af's would be out on monday weeks ago, another delay
WINDSOR, ON, Sep 18, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB). A new CEO statement was to be updated on www.suljabros.com this morning; unfortunately due to unforeseeable circumstances, CEO Petar Vucicevich's statement will be delayed, until later on this evening.
Another promise not kept.
"The company financial audit is nearing completion. We anticipate having the audit stamped this week. Early next week the completed audit will be available for shareholders to view at www.suljabros.com. I will also issue a new statement made available at the same website on Monday morning."
Great a new ceo
"I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Petar Vucicevich as the new CEO of Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. My decision to resign was made after long deliberations with all members of the Sulja board. I feel that Mr. Vucicevich will better serve the direction of this corporation in its international growth. His experience in dealing with companies internationally will surely benefit Sulja Bros.
OOPS he decided not to remain as ceo, what happend to Mr Conn?
Same reason Mr V decided to step down.
Read the press releases and understand that this is a company that needs a good ceo, not Steve, not Petar but someone who has experience, until then this will only be a short term play for one final pop.
Good luck

Call them and ask them if they have any business dealings with Sulja Brothers Building Supply.
Where is the proof that Emaar has anything to do with Sulja Brothers handyman service?
I'm just browsing and finding lots of articles about usb ports in car stereos. I would think that it will be come standard in many 2007 cars.
USA Today usb ports in car stereos.

That's what I was looking for to see if they had anything in the works about usb ports in car stereos.
Volvo iPod Adapter - Volvo opens up to iPod users
• Your entire music archive in the car’s audio system
• Selection and settings controlled conveniently via the car’s audio controls
• Makes for safer use while driving
Now it will be possible for iPod users to plug their entire music archive into their Volvo’s audio system. Together with supplier PhatNoise Inc and Apple, Volvo Cars has developed an adapter kit for installation in the Volvo S80 from model year 1999 on and in the S60, V70 and XC70 from model year 2001.
iPod is the world's number one digital music player and allows muic lovers to carry their entire music collection with them on the go.
Now with the Volvo iPod Adapter, they can play their music in their Volvo.
“With the Volvo iPod Adapter it is very easy to plug in your iPod into your Volvo's audio system and to have all your music instantly available,” says Lars-Erik Roos, Managing Director, Accessory Business Unit at Volvo Cars. Once connected, it serves as a natural part of the car’s own built-in audio system.
When iPod player has been connected to the car through the new Volvo iPod adapter, the text “Volvo for life” appears in the display. Operating iPod is then carried out conveniently using the car’s own audio controls, such as volume adjustment, playlist selection, switching tracks, fast-forward and random track selection. The choices are shown in the car’s audio display (in the form of CD number and track number).
Once the car starts, iPod is powered and charged by the car battery.
“Operating your iPod from the car’s own controls is not just convenient, it is also a matter of enhanced safety,” says Lars-Erik Roos. “There is less risk that the driver will take his or her eyes off the road or the car’s instruments.”
The Volvo iPod Adapter comes with an installation kit specially designed for each specific car model. The connection cable is routed to the storage compartment in the front middle armrest, where the iPod player can be placed when it is connected. The Volvo iPod Adapter is installed simply by the nearest Volvo dealer, and it suits all iPods except the iPod Shuffle. iPod is not included in the kit.
The Volvo iPod Adapter will become available in Volvo showrooms worldwide before the end of 2005.
Well keep your fingers crossed. IMO it will happen.
I sold half of ssty, still have 2.5m shares and 153k of the restricted tpdi. It is going to take a while for that one. LOL
Thanks, I think all we need is any pr to get us above .02
They took it down to .0155 for a while, but my order did not fill, it was when they raised it to .016 that it started filling.
Just picked up 1.3m shares at .0155, take her up now!!
Wimpy alias, surviving with this alias all this time? You don't make sense. Have some more cool aid. See you at .08. Better preserve you profits if you have any.
On the verge of the af release, really, have some more cool aid.
Good luck to you joe but based on the companys track record and honesty with the shareholders, I would doubt that the af are coming out any time soon.
I am aware of that site, rc made that site and he still admits he still has not been able to absolutely connect any of these companies to sljb.
Oh well then that is proof. LOL
Where is the proof that Emaar, Wessal, Vista, Red Sea Group or for that matter kpmg have anything to do with Sulja Brothers?
What a joke what is this musical chairs. ROTFLMAO!
My point exactly, why should I beleive all that is posted here. And just because something is published in a UAE newspaper does not mean it is true, they just report the news. I'm just looking for actual evidence not stuff like whell kmpg or pwc would not be involved if it were a scam or you can't find information on these companies because it is the middle east. Thousands of Middle East compaies small and large at least have website exposure. I will continue my search until I can verify the information sljb is putting out.
I guarantee you the number will be called and it will be highly unlikely it is the same Ramada Contracting company. You guys kill me anyone who has any serious question regarding this stock you jump all over them. All I am trying to do is find verifiable facts and what everyone is posting here about the identity of Ramada is nothing but wishfill thinking because it is the only thing on the web that is available. Show me you know exactly who Wessal is and who Red Sea Group is? With all the great dd on this board there is still no proof these companies exist.
Oh that is real proof party, now I can sleep well. LOL
I'm still sitting on a few million shares of that plus the tpdi restricted dividend. It's a great product if their new ceo can make things happen, time will tell.
Ahmed Khalil Al-Muslmani, Red Sea Group, Wessal International, Ramada General Contractors, nothing can be found on any of these only on sljb press releases. Even the lumber mill deal is a mystery. The asset transfer is still a mystery. I am an investor and have almost 300k shares, I am not a basher, but I think the company needs to start providing proof that all of these people entities exist other than on the sljb press releases.
It just seems funny that a huge company like Red Sea Group would have such a cheesy website. How does it relate to Ramada General Contractors?
I've seen that website, select all and click display, it has no info on the company, not even an email address. No product information, no contact person, no projects specified. I guess you could call them and ask them if they have a contract with sljb for concrete, but they are supposed to be an electro-mechanical company, it doesn't make sense that they would be the right company.
Thanks but that Ramada General Contracting is an Electro-Mechanical Contracting company. Does not sound like the do cement.
Has anyone found Ramada General Contractors on the web? Who are they and where are they located?
October 3rd, maybe Chip listened to the shareholders and wants to wait till audited financials are out. That would mean October 1st to October 3rd financials will be done. JMHO
That is the 64 thousand dollar question. Nobody can answer it.
I can see that people will buy sljb based on the numbers in the audit, however the future revenue is based on the size and connections these entities are supposed to have, but who are they?
