I have to step away from NEOM during the day. Dont know how you guys do it. But when i am here, I get worked up about the BS that is posted here, then i get lost in all the what ifs,.. both good and bad.

The sellers dont want to sell it for less and the buyers sure dont want to pay more. One thing for sure,.. demand for shares at slightly lower prices goes up very fast.

End of the week stock price is either going to be .0225 or .035-.036? Just a guess, so long as things continue without any other significant event, positive or negative.

Relax folks, my guess is that this will fly when the transfer of shares is done. The market makers have been working their @$$s of this month. There will be a more current market valuation put on NEOM within the next couple of months. I know.. we all want it now. Just enjoy the ride.

A closer look!

There are many questions that need to be answered at this point in the game.

If you look at my past posts, you will see that I was saying that YAs role with NEOM needs to be diminished. Well, this seems to be a question right now. However, with the good Dr. on board, we have some clout as reg. share holders. However, this question of what will go on with the company s financial structure is a critical event that will solidify the Market Value of NEOM.

Privatization, very well likely, but I think NOT. I believe the Dr. has already signed a lic. deal with NEOM. He understands the value of the contract for his firm(s) and he see the potential revenue that will be generated if this solidifies as an idustry standard. Every thing that is going on is or could be planned. I think the Dr. see what the value is and is looking to expand on his total net worth by keeping this public. However if this goes private. chances are we will be paid a premium over a pre established date on a particular close. So if in three months NEOM is trading at 1.00 and a buyout goes into place 3 months one day out, those on record will be paid... the down side is, you dont get to participate in the exponential growth.... which is why we are here right?

DRSS is buying shares. YA financed NEOM for a bit longer.. that helped put a lid on the share price for the time. People buy, accumulate. the uncertainty of YA and the good Dr remains an issue and keeps the MV in check for the moment. Ya is just transferring shares to the dr. Real news pops in a week or two and this is going up. The 10Q will tell us what we already know. it is not a forward looking document in this case. Even for projections.

It does suck to see it down. However, I have an idea what I think its worth.

As for valuation, I will give you a number i expect this has a a MV but not on PPS. Exact number of outstanding,.??? who actually knows right now. But, i am willing to bet that this company is worth anywhere from 400 -900 million. Thats my guess! but I will see in august!

The float is dried up. Shares are being held. What is going on now is MM's working orders. The longer this takes to start this run the more radical the initial jump will be.

i had my money in NEOM waiting for it to go up. I was all over BAC at 5 and LEE from.75- down to 50 and back up. check out my stock picks

the 14th, 15th and 16th when DSS was buying shares, those three days combined total tranactions were 500500000 + a lil bit of shares trading. He accounted, in general, for 20 of the transactions. However, when a firm is hired to buy shares like this,.. they buy and sell back and forth to each other trying to control the price during an open market purchase. I would think that for those three days, they accounted from 50-70 of the volume during those three days. the rest are flippers and new longs.

I think the float is correct. after all this volitility, am i the only one that finds it strange that this floated side ways all day in such a tight trading gap..028-.0357? I really like looking at the five day chart right now ;)

Sell Orders at 10.00 before market opens.

I dont understand shorting. I know more often than not, i should short versus buy,.. just seems to work that way for me. However, I do know how to kill shorts. I dont have enough friends playin anymore to do this alone.

you put all shares available that you have on the open market at 10.00. those shares are now accounted for. the naked short has to buy shares to cover his position. What happens if all of us on here put our shares up for 10.00. EVERYONE would have to do this. well. I am out for the day.

every long should put their entire postion on the market for 10.00 pershare. What this does,.. well,.. if shorts are actually naked and they were on your shares now those shares are in the market...

we did this once one time with the yahoo board back in the late 90's.

I sold my truck, the one I was sleeping in, to buy this.

The day this started its run,i went to a fb page of a ski boot company and found out that i won a pair of new ski boots... :) so I am just excited as can be. I checked the stock price about an hour later.... and dang.. NEOM was on a small rip.

so I post this as a salute to some good fortune that has come my way,.. and all others making some money....

Thoughts for the day:

1. Yellow Jacket is right about the potential for taking this private. In fact, when i was reading his post,. awhile back not this last one about the potential for this to happen, sent shivers up and down my spin.
Back in the late 90's early 2000's there was a company called winter sports incorporated. 30 million in debt or so. ski properties all over the us. MV was about 30million. operations was leveraged to bad. New ceo came in. started buying shares on the open market. accumulated enough, did a reverse split consolidated ownership and left all those who couldnt make a full share.. paid in cash and left out.

Over all, He paid right around 35 million to buy a ski resort in Whitefish Montana called whitefish mountain.. use to be the big mountain. very crafty... I was trying to get a couple of friends in cali to do this deal but i couldnt convince them. anyways.. can be .. I would be real nervous if I saw anouther sec form for Patrick soon shiong.
If he is trying to take NEOM over, there is a poison pill i believe. Also, this could be a surprise to everyone at the company including YA. Maybe they are giving some fat to YA? There are more shares than the 400 million.
We really need to consider this thing going private in a real way

The big counter, LM has been spinning this..... the law firm has been lic. this. customers have been using this,.. bidding war if there is a take over potential.?

I am not sure whats going on. There is no doubt in my mind that your hypothesis is quite plausible. However, if you still have a few shares in your situation, you will be paid well to! I think there is going to be a bidding war if his intentions are to take it private.

The Greatest show on Turf!

How I got here, I found NEOM back in 2003, have watched it since. picking time to buy, picking times to sell. Never actually doing it. I picked right, often. lost on a few guesses. So in the last couple of years I went through some rough spots, foreclosure, BK, divorce, eviction after some assholes stole my equipment from my fly-fishing guide business. Lived in my truck for a bit. Had an old etrade account with a couple hundred bucks in it. Made my first purchase of neom at .035 back in august or September. Moved in the basement at my exs, sold my truck, and start buying shares in NEOM with all the proceeds from that truck sale. because I have learned to buy low. Well, I am averaged in at .0113 on a few shares. A few hundered thousand shares.

When i watched NEOM start to drop, i decided it was time to buy. How did I decide to do that.

READ the white papers on NEOM.COM website. How many of you noticed at the first of the year, MCDS was running adds in the paper with coupons and a QR code associated with it? they were everywhere. That is NEOMs involvement with MCDS in Europe, couponing.

redlaser is ebay, ebay signed a deal with us.

Peter Matenneia (SP) deep ties to the cell phone industry appointed to the BOD.

LM on tour promoting NEOM, but for what.

Global IP for handling the lic. of the tech. in NEOM IP portfolio.

QR codes are everywhere, smart phones are growing exponentially increasing users available to the QR codes.

In the white papers for Papa Johns, using these QR codes in promotions increased sales by over 1 million dollars in six month period. Thats one company increasing rev. by 2 million a year.

But QR codes are so much more than adding sales through the couponing. It increases the marginal utility of a firms marketing dollar. Linking the Firm directly to the one person who might be interested in their product... to the cell phone. HUGE!!!

Number one problem for NEOM, YA.

Last CC, mentioned that YA may not continue to finance NEOM.

So what we have right now is YA leaving with what they get. There probably is a new "partner" already in the works. I have seen the sec grant waivers for accumulating shares because the investment would not happen otherwise. .... Not Worth It!

I think some thing is in the works. I think things will be looking up soon.

I like to play this stock. But it is one that could actually explode. especially if YA is out of the way. For sure, this financing is not in the best interest of the share holders.

we see dif. on the law firm and what they are doing for neom. I also think they are buying shares. also, The firm is handling the lic. of the ip of neom because the have clout, merit and can hold value in negotiations. Laura can not extract the real value of the patents. Either way though, we are here to make money.

I think in the next 6 months we will see a handful of lic. deals for the ip portfolio. These patents are worth far more than any one can project here.

According to the CC, YA might not continue to finance NEOM.

1 NEOM can not continue as an entity, hence the law firm.

2 YA is out, and someone with better terms comes forth

3 YA is out, the shares were forced to be sold to new "partners" on the open market to gain an equitable position into NEOM. Lawfirm and NEOM start releasing news of LIC agreements with major companies for solid revenues, hence what I think the law firm is there to do...

4 everything is speculation with this stock. I think poitive changes have been made... I think more are to come.
