Hey Dan: I am sincerly saddened by some peoples reaction to your supposed good fortune. I feel I may be partly responsible due to my wild *ss quess. I will tell you publicly that it was not my intent to harm or discredit you in anyway nor to bring this kind of grief to you. I am also an optimist so I quess I thought everyone thinks like I do and would understand what a good thing it would be to have a conduit to the management. I never thought people would be so demanding and threatening of the info you may pocess. I too understand that no one owes anyone anything here in spite of what some would expect us to believe. You just keep on gathering that info, share what you CHOOSE,and keep smiling. To some of you crybabies, go find your own info like many of us here have and when you do come here and present what you choose and all of us longs will demand links, confirmation and sworn affidavits, and when you don't agree to our demands then we will threaten you with lawsuits and santions and if that doesn't work we will in harmony call you a liar,pumper etc. Yes we will work ourselves into a frenzy and have us a feed at your expense. Wacko: In spite of my disagreeing with firebirds antics he has not caused any problems here, as a matter of fact he has been very supportive thus far.That being said I am not going to say who can come or go it is not my place.As you know by now I am not afraid to engage anybody who wants to post falsehoods or misrepresentations. However the person who I know as firebird has not done anything of the sort. Think about it a minute if you were firebird and saw something you finally liked about this stock and wanted to participate,what would you have to do. Again A2Gems: Lets talk about the cores.Did Shadera call Walter a liar? No. She asked if any one knew where the last set of cores are? Did she say the PR lied? No. The PR said the cores have been sent to the labs. Does that automatically mean they all have arrived yet? No. Do you think these cores are dumped in a mailbox for guarenteed next day/week delivery? I am quessing all the cores were not sent at once. So isn't it possible the last or for that matter any one set may not have arrived yet. I ask you did you make that call you mentioned to the lab,you did not say that you did. However I ask again who has clouded the issue here? A2Gems in my opinion you have continuously clouded these issues with your accusations to serve your contention that only you are right. It is also my opinion that you have a lot of difficulty understanding that you are not the only or final source of information to this board. I personally would find you alot easier to take if you would slow down on the accusations and start to understand that confirmation and updates are not always just your mouse click away.BTW saying something over and over will not automatically make it so. A2Gems why are you so intent on discrediting Shadera? You claim she said he was not at the drilling. She did not say that, she said he was there one time and the drill was not turning at that time. Does that mean she lied? No.
Because the PR stated that Walter was on site during the drilling of the cores does that mean that Walter lied? No.
I can appear on an oil rig have my picture snapped,satisfy my concerns that the proper proceedures and progress are being followed and achieved,leave the site satisfied I am getting my monies worth.All the while the rig never rotated. The rig stopped when I got there out of courtesy so I could talk to the driller and make my inspection then the rig starts again when I leave. Now I ask you was I there during the drilling? the answer is yes. The drilling encompasses the whole process from the set-up to the tear-down of the rig. Now I ask you did the PR state that he was overseeing the drilling as you aluded to? No. So who is clouding the issue here?

Dan: Please e-mail Walter and Judy to verify that I did talk to them and then reconfirm the info I posted. Hi Devon: Just wanted to let you know I just got off the phone with Walter and Judy. This board has gotten very ugly of late an as someone else said strange. So I am going to reserve the name calling and accusations to others who are too quick to throw them around. It's not my nature anyway. However what is my nature is to find truth. So here are some truths. Walter has not sold 1 share of stock. Judy was not involved in any selling of shares for the purchase of PR's. Judy has not sold any shares of stock for anything. Judy was not responsible for the CRG PR's. No one connected with or in association directly with NSDM has sold any sharesa. The selling of shares that took place were shareholders of unrestricted stock of the former shell corp. Omnicron. NSDM did not benefit from the sale of those shares. NSDM did not receive any proceeds from that selling,thus did not finance the drilling with those sales. Now you can call ME anything you like just remember I am paraphrasing Walter and Judy. Both Walter and Judy were on the phone with me for this conversation. Now I might have been a little rough with the shut your yap comment this morning so please allow me to rephrase that comment SHUT YOU PIE HOLE and stop bashing.

Okay Devon: I have no problem with your challenge. However to show you I have done my work already on this issue do me the courtesy of reviewing posts 9240 thru 9283 on NSDM's rb site. Before you do thoughj I am going to explain what you may have heard from Walter. I stated that the expenses were covered by private placements. Why couldn't that private placement been secured by restricted shares of stock? In other words I am going to stand by my statement that no dilution (selling) of NSDM shares has taken place since the start of NSDM per Walter.
If Walter tells me differently I will be the first to let you know. Now a challenge to you ,if what I have outlined here is the case will you not only make a public appology here as well as a personel apology to Judy? I have found that some people are very quick to label someone a liar then when the truth surfaces or the misunderstanding is sorted out the person doing the name calling never seems to be around. I await your response to my challenge.

Canada: I am going to make a wild *ss prediction about Dan Shadera alluded to Dan and Walter staking more claims and since I do enjoy her maybes I predict that the reason for Dan's sabatical from his board participation is he may have hooked up with Walter and is helping out. Hey devon I think you are flat wrong about the company selling shares. Show me the info that says the corp. has sold 1 share for expenses. I was told there has not been any shares sold by Walter or any direct associates of NSDM. Furthermore the current drilling programs are being financed by private placements with others asking to help and being turned away. So what info did I miss that changed all of this? If you can't then shut your yap,or at least qualify your posts as your own opinions!
