Great post Garyst! Any thoughts on when we could hear of financials from the contracts?
Agree.
10-Q pretty decent! We will keep moving forward. I'm happy with my investment here. Will continue to be patient.
Hey mo. I'm curious about what info you are referring to. Do you mind sharing? Have a good one buddy!
Good sign of things to come???
That's cool. That's probably where Warren got his discipline of value stocks with strong fundamentals, right?
Thanks. I use his formula but I haven't read his books yet. I've heard they are AWESOME.
Oh ... And i ignore 90% of iHubbers. Most have a agenda to rob you blind and then add IMO at the end of their statements to help them sleep at night:) With that, there are some really good iHubbers too that are honest and willing to help you. Learn and then trust your own judgments.
PATIENCE!!! Hardest thing to learn but one of the major keys to successful investing. I'm still learning that myself. Fundamentals of a company (ie financials) and charts are equally important. Read anything on or by Warren Buffet. He's a genius! His practices have really helped me to start digging out of a hole I dug:) Happy investing my friend!
Yep. Hit my stop ... the jerkwads!:D
GEN looking great today!
Here's a good little spotlight paragraph from Morningstar about GEN. I'm excited about the future of our investment here.

Haha! Goodnight to you too DHOLE!
Did they do a 1/2 reverse split of their employees? And was due to employee dilution? :)
It's funny how he is irresponsibly telling others to be responsible:)
Making money my friend. I'm up pretty big. Revenues are ramping up. Paying debt off. What's the problem? Another perspective ... They've made over $5MM net profit while paying off quite a bit of debt the past 6 months. I never said it wasn't a risk. I respect your point of view but there are other perspectives that are just as valid. Happy investing!
Sure thing handle1! Here's the link ...

They were struggling for a few years. Had over $300MM in debt. Went bankrupt. Has fought back. Paid back most (if not all?) their debt. Increasing revenues. Bottom line increasing.
That's why I bought. I am more and more becoming a value/fundamental Buffett-style investor. PEIX is still a high risk in my book. But, a risk that could have a very high reward. So, yeah, I do think they are turning it around. Unfortunately, some of the "pinky" promoters saw the potential in this too. If things continue to ramp up, though, we'll be out of "pinkyland" and back onto the main stage so we can make that nice, slow rise to a nice payday. Happy investing my friend!
Net Income
Q1 2011 - $18,000
Q2 2011 - $750,000
Q3 2011 - $4,352,000
Yep. Looks like they are going down hill fast! (dang computer doesn't pick up my sarcasm:D)
100% agree!
What the heck?!?!?!?! Same with my Etrade!
:D Like!
10Q going to be late ... http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=8245684
yep. me too. but, nothing's changed in my account. How about you Skribe?
I'm in the same boat PoemStone. Starter position. I bought when I heard about Sunoco, but then sat back to see how everything was going to play out with share structure, patent infringements, and then when I heard about R/S. Though high risk, I'm still very excited about the potential of GERS. They have a great technology, in a great sector (proven by one of my other stocks PEIX). If funds are available for me, I will probably take a chance and start buying more even at these levels. If the PPS does drop, I will continue to add. The potential reward is too great to not take a chance.
Is that EPS correct? If so, this is gonna get CRAZY FUN!!! "Eye" am getting excited:D Btw, glad you are healing fast from your surgery.
Still here ... not much to talk about, though.
Some people would have thought I was crazy, but selling my GE shares to buy PEIX was (is) a great decision! I'm up 140%, pulled my initial investment out, and I am riding free shares all the way. I have no intention on selling, unless the health of the company's financial future starts to diminish. But, it looks like it's getting stronger. Happy investing to all!
And there's the GERSD here on iHub.
Hey rama1! Yeah, the more I get into stocks the more I get into Buffet style investing. I really like studying fundamentals and basing my buy decisions accordingly. Now, AFPW doesn't have much to show with financials, but I put this one in my upper high risk category and is worth investing because of the potential. Happy investing!
Yeah, there's a real possibility that this runs to .01. I've seen stocks with 10-20x the share outstanding run even higher than that. Could be fun!
Hey stockwatcher24. I'm excited to see that there now is at least a possibility of some real movement for ADHC. I've been disappointed and bored with this stock for some time now.
I'm hoping for a run to around .004 so I can sell 1/2 my shares and let the free ones ride! Time will tell
Well, I finally see that "(null)" next to GERS on my ETrade iPad app. I know that an R/S is not ideal, but I'm glad to get something going.
And it sounds great. It's all about marketing:)
On my iPad it's at the bottom of the screen. On website it's at top under the link "boards"
Sounds good to me. I plan on holding. Patience is the key to making money for me. I'm becoming more of an investor and less of a trader.
Hey guys! Our revenues are starting to look like they did back in '08 ... When it was $60/share. Obviously, there are differences with PEIX in '11 compared to '08. Regardless, it's going to look pretty good in the next few years. Have a great weekend!
Thanks exisnet! Sounds great. I will most likely be buying on Monday. Have a great weekend my friend!
Wow!!! I took a quick look at financial statements and see potential. I'm looking for value stocks that I can buy at a premium and hold for years. My investment strategy is more and more becoming like Buffets.
