When you say you're glad to keep folks informed, what do you want those folks to do with your information? More specifically, what do you want folks with shares in NTEK to do with them? You must have some implied suggestion, but I'm a little dense, so I need you to spell it out to me. Do you think I should sell my position? I'm just asking.
Still have a soft spot for EEDG for some reason. If the curtain ever rises, I don't mind missing the the beginning of the first act. Who knows, by that time I might be able to purchase two or three times the number of shares I use to have, with the same amount of cash when I sold at .0125, and bought into this other company at .011.
Is Don still around? I really like his beagles. Or are they basset hounds? I'm a sucker for dogs.
I would only add...and a hold for at least a year, if not longer.
I'll take this sort of manipulation on a low volume day over the manipulation that drops the pps 14% on a low volume day.
noticed that also when I saw the same clip over at NTE%. Good stuff.
Well, ok. Maybe you need to walk away. But something tells me you are more of the flipper variety than the long term investor. I guess flippers do have to stayed glued to their screen.
So where's the dang news??? Btw, what news are we screaming for?
No need to walk away. Just have a mind-set to hold, and the daily fluctuations are just that, daily fluctuations.
Held Apple for five years and still sold too soon.
Hence, the pps we are seeing currently.
Actually, this is the only market where a company, with a 10-q like this would have this type of pps manipulation.
Got to love the pinks. If you can't stand the manipulation, go to the big boards, because this is all part of the game down here.
So folks are betting/ hoping that the pps falls. They are trying to make money just like the longs are. Btw, I'm a long, and look at the day trading with no concern.
Let the company or the traders win here. One would hope though that when the company keeps generating 96% quarter over quarter revenue that when this gets to a $20 million revenue quarter, that the the pps will finally break the .07 barrier for good.
Looking forward to them doing that again.
Please provide me with other companies doing the same so I can check them out. Don't bother with the $100k companies that posts $200k the next quarter. I'm looking for the $5 million companies posting $10 million in the next quarter.
Tanks, Chuck87. I like your use of the word better. It actually describes the movement of EWSI going forward better.
Tanks, again.
She's wanting to buy some .02's to cover.
Makes you wonder how many shares have actually been sold since .17 that can't really be counted for?
Anyone remember the last time this was a "no?"
Short Selling Data

Significant Failures to Deliver Yes - Reg SHO
Didn't even notice there was an attempt to bring it all the down to .12 just before the close. Maybe that was a tad too much/too low/too soon?
Relax, you can bring it down on Monday. What's the rush?
My post was why it should be down by 30%? Anything happen, company related, that would justify a 30% drop? Or quite possibly manipulated down, with the help of flipper wanting this to stay at this level? I guess that could never the reason for the drop.
Well that, and bid fishing.
"again very true, remember even the big boards are manipulated."
Big boards also have institutional support. Meaning when the pps drops 10-20%, institutional support kicks in to achieve back that 10-20%. Institutional loves 20% gain.
Down here, who kicks in when it drops 10-20%? Flippers are waiting, MMs are manipulating, and who's supports the pps of a quality company like NTEK down here without institutional support?
Anyone thinking this will get beyond flippers/MMs control will be disappointed. maybe rise to .25, but flippers and MMs will not let it rise much above that. Hell, .17 was above what they want. and we see where it is.
Flippers are just waiting. Fundamentals of a company down here means nothing. Manipulation and flippers down here mean everything. Charts mean nothing, except to show when flippers get back in.
Why not lower? Back down to .05?
I thought were pointing to .13. Now it's .09? I guess if that falls, Charts will point to .05. Got to love those charts.
The real answer is, this will fluctuate based on MM activity, not charts. Just a matter of how low they want to go. Always is.
How low do you think the MMs can take this? They realize everyone is sitting on the sideline waiting. I mean, we are only talking about traders here, not investors. NTEK could have tens of millions already in revenue and down here, you'd see the same action. Flippers waiting to get back in.
How low can the manipulation go?
The internal struggle why 99.9% of pinks never make it off the pinks. Too many satisfied folks at this or even lower levels.
To even just get back to .17 will cause another sell off. It is what it is down here.
Fortunately, you won't have to see the 3Q 10Q for another few weeks.
Thanks for the clarification for the upteenth time. So what's this Foley business all about actually, really?
I know. There are just so many avenues to take. Bad company, bad CEO, bad share structure, ect. It seems that the consensus has settled on bad CEO. When that is proven wrong, what's left for them here?
So the longs are focusing on what the company is doing and the shorts are focusing on what the CEO did. Am I missing anything?
Yep, another day of basically hanging in there on the pps. Out if the three, which would you consider that today was the most boring...flippers, shorters or longs?
There's one nice bid at .136.
I'd like to take a look at that 10 ten scam list, and who put it out/made it up. Got any link?
Just observing how these guys operate, I'm thinking that 60% increase in quarter over quarter revenue was on the conservative side. Don't get me wrong, I know they think what they released was great, and it was, but I'm thinking the real figures will be even greater, again just based on how management likes to be on the conservative side of things when given out any kind of forward guidance.
With the preliminary figures for 3Q given out, it is safe to assume that 3Q will be on time, meaning by this Friday or sooner.
Does anyone know of a report out on EWSI that might helped get more eyes here and get us back to that .10 range? I've been looking.
E-WASTE SYSTEMS, INC. (OTC: EWSI) MICRO CAP ON FIRE!
EWSI is a story of Massive Growth!
E-Waste Systems, Inc. (OTC: EWSI) has made a highly explosive move up in recent months from a start point of well under a penny with lows of $0.0026 the stock has seen recent highs of $0.10.
The spectacular rise in the price of the stock is being fueled by the rapid expansion and exploding revenues being reported by EWSI; on November 5 the Company reported Record Breaking Revenues Expected to Increase 60% Over Second Quarter to Over $4.5 Million.
Revenues on this level put EWSI on the top tier level of the OTCBB that one Company out a thousand is lucky to ever achieve.
E-Waste Systems, Inc. is the first pure play public company in the emerging waste electrical and electronics equipment (WEEE) industry. EWSI targets companies facing regulatory or other mandates for handling e-waste. EWSI operates and assists its large geographical network of affiliates, applying best practices in professional management, offering state-of-the-art engineering, providing a true global e-waste solution.
The odds of it going back down are much less than the odds of EWSI getting back to, and beyond 10 cents. Not with this type of accelerated quarter over quarter growth.
Or listen to anyone posting here. Everyone knows we all got everyone's else back here.
Why? Everyone wants cheap shares and will just sit on the bid, and it will go down some more.
Many traders probably think it is too high even at .055.
Here's the latest figures from their website:
This information is updated weekly on Wednesday, based on close of the previous day.
As of Tuesday, November 5, 2013:
Issued and Outstanding Shares 242,282,179
Public Float 144,385,474
Wonder where EWSI, got the funds to pay off Asher? Or more importantly, how did they get the funds? From actual contracts and revenue? I thought they weren't suppose to have any of those? At least some folks told us so.
I am also. I'm not comfortable to be a long, then sell and switch to being either a short or talking-it-down so I can once again be a long and extoll its virtues.
I understand folks do that to try and continue to make money going up and down, it just makes what they say about the company dependent upon which side they are trying to make money on it from.
I realize stocks like this go up,and folks make money, and then stocks like this go down, and folks make money shorting or flipping. At least that is their plan and hope.
Others just buy and hold in stocks like this that have potential, and add to their stash when dips like this occur.
I guess my question here is there any long that has sold and now talking this down to reload? That would be the trader that rides it up, and talks it up, and then sells and rides it down and talks it down.
The only question for a long that doesn't want to play that game, do you fall for their talking it down game?
