Somebody from Etrade has a 20100 share bid in @ .085. But nobody wants to sell at .085.
Will do.
As for the share structure, it is what it is.
I don't think the new CEO and Chairman are going to be selling their shares anytime soon, they don't seem like the quick buck type. I could be wrong though. They hold about 1 billion of those shares. Kinda hard to unload that many anyway in thinly traded stock.
Most of my calculations I use for figuring cash per share, book value, etc., I don't figure in their shares, I go on the original 23 million. But to humor myself I add theirs in on occassion.
Float is ok at 22 mil. I don't know if the new guys shares are restricted or not.
I'm hoping they come out with a new product or two in 2020. That will really help juice the financials and hopefully the share price as well.
I'll let you know if I hear anything back from the company regarding the questions i sent.
I have approx 50,000 of my 400,000 goal in my roth IRA. Probably a good idea to have some there.
Yeah i don't blame you for being frustrated when the company was almost on the way out the door. I was too. I was hesitant when the new guys came along, but now I am glad they did.
They certainly changed things for the better!
I have about 4,000 shares held at Computershare. I tried to get them moved to TDA account but TDA kept asking for some paperwork that I either cant find or don't have.
So, they will just sit there for a while I guess until I can figure something else out. With close to 400K at TDA, the 4k at computershare isn't really a concern.
I'll be fighting you for the .02's if it gets that low :)
I don't see it getting that low again. According to the 10-Q, they have at least 1.5 cents in cash for every share issued, so that would be a heck of a bargain at .02 per share.
Good luck!
I'm guessing thats fairly common that nobody has heard about MDWT.
Saving up some dry powder in case the price drops. Trying to get up to 400,000 shares. May just have to buy on the ask though.
Yeah, that is an issue.
THey have a facebook page, American Life & Security Corp. Unfortunately that doesn't help them spread the word about MDWT. They also don't post very often.
I will contact the company and see if they have any plans to increase awareness of the stock and/or company.
Yes sir! Poor "watch it grow" said he bought 16 mil shares today. Based on that, he's in the RED 6 hours later!!
Too funny.
PT Barnum: "There's a sucker born every minute!"
He must have been invested in Viaspace too.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of the REAL* shareholders!
*does not include Carl, Kevin, Haris, Jan Vandersande, or others associated with management or the fake company. I hope their tongues are burned with very hot gravy repeatedly.
Think that Viaspace is legit? How about some fake reviews?
Remember this guy? He was some white hippie stoner surfer when he posted his comment. Now, he's some guy from...India. Connection to a board member, perhaps? Hint: Rhymes with Baris Hasit
And look here...a family member of...Nick Stoll (the incompetent fake CFO) giving a fake review for this fake company! Pretty sad when you are recruiting family to review your scam company!
Management is LOOPY!!
They cant even get two fake 10-Q's issued!!
Could the SEC be looking into VSPC? Is that why they cant get Q's issued on time? Could be!!
Wow! Someone picked up shares on the ask @ .0999! That will pay off handsomely in a year or so! Gotta love cheap shares of a massively growing company that's flying under the radar!
Time to put the frauds Dr. Carl, Dr. Kevin, Haris, the board member and associates in jail. Just in time for the holidays! Scamming for 12 years and they pocketed $55,000,000 on the shareholder dime.
FRAUD ALERT
Viaspace is now late in filing two (2) quarterly reports.
August 15, 2019 is now 3 months+ overdue.
November filing is now late. In 2018, they filed the NT-10Q on November 14. They haven't filed anything in regards to the November 2019 10-Q as of 3:07pm central time on November 15, 2019.
Could it be Carl dumping all his free shares? I would bet on those odds!
Watch it fraud!!
You are absolutely correct saying that pink sheet stocks don't have to file quarterly/annual reports with the SEC.
If they want to stop filing with the SEC, they would have to file a form 15-12G, to de-register their common stock. They can't just stop because they feel like it.
I'm sure they have a game plan to enrich themselves while leaving everyone else with an empty bag. Can't quite figure Schewe out yet.
This quarters fake 10-Q is due this week. Of course last quarters 10-Q is almost 3 months late! It's not surprising, the fake CFO Nick Stoll is an incompetent buffoon! He never gets 10-Q's done on time!
In my opinion, if they delay this quarters 10-Q, it's the slamming of the jail cell doors and nail in the coffin.
Management has failed as managers, as humans, as everything! What a bunch of frauds!
Get Carl out of Nicaragua (tough if not impossible), and jail them all! Sell all of their personal assets and give the REAL shareholders their money back!
10-Q is out! Great report!!!
Investments, available for sale, at fair value:
June 2019: $40,753,983
Sept 2019: $67,264,433 (+60%)
Cash and cash equivalents:
June 2019: $10,274,224
Sept 2019: $24,369,609 (+142%)
Total Assets:
June 2019: $94,206,195
Sept 2019: $142,526,651 (+66%)
.002 loss per share for the quarter.
This was a great quarter, despite the very small loss. Investments, Cash and Assets growing like crazy!!
One quote from the current 10-Q:
"We expect that the fourth quarter annuity premium could increase substantially."

Financing DOES NOT need the air permit first. Answered by Mark.
LOAN GUARANTEE.
NOT AN ACTUAL LOAN.
That was the very first fraud committed by the fraud, Carl.
So many different fake news products and plans since then.
So sad that so many sheeple got fleeced by this group of frauds (me included!)
Picked up those 3,000 shares today. Don't get left out!
Quarterly financial report should be out this week!
Very exciting times of big growth for Midwest Holding & American Life!
Chart experts should have seen the resistance level, imo.
Our resident chart expert should have known that price was a resistance level, shouldn't he have?
Another old maxim says: "past performance does not guarantee future results."
Well, "watch it grow" had a conniption! Wowza!
Yeah, the ice company CFO flunky is just that...a flunky. Like the rest of the flunky criminal management.
They are in way over the heads and trying to cover something up...only thing is...they can't cover it up! Pretty sure Schewe's magic HAND CREAM company isn't doing much of anything...hence why they don't want to reveal the financials!
Its a loan guarantee/backing. Not an actual loan.

Probably should sticky this post.
Thanks for your concern. I'll sleep better tonight knowing you have my best interests at heart.
Just stating the facts.
And, as for the $200,000,000 tax credit, that's only *if* they secure financing.
Not nervous, not in misery, not writing an obituary.
Just stating facts and how things will play out *if* no financing is obtained.
All of Mark's money he loaned the company is secured debt.
Secured debt is debt backed or secured by collateral to reduce the risk associated with lending, such as a mortgage. If the borrower defaults on repayment, the bank seizes the house, sells it and uses the proceeds to pay back the debt.
All of the assets of the company will be sold and that money given to Mark.
He is risking nothing by loaning the company money. Based on the salary, bonuses, etc., he's earned close to $2 million dollars just at NioCorp. That isn't including his salary/bonuses at Largo or IBC. He's made out just fine.
If he can't secure financing, the company goes bankrupt, assets sold, and his money repaid to him first.
The shareholders are left holding the empty bag.
Who?
Don't know what Clean Teq is. Not interested either.
Great post!
Midwest Holding 10-Q due in a couple of weeks! Based on last quarters report, I am expecting big numbers!
The next quarterly report after that will have numbers from the second new product as well.
I'm buying!
They probably can't/won't pay the ice company CFO flunky to do the report. Maybe he quit when he couldn't cook the books enough to cover up Elite's lack of business.
Schewe is probably trying to write another fiction novel and turn it into a 10-Q report.
New novel name: Bad Lies Strike!
You're seeing it. Every day.
No financing. No news.
Makes it tough to near impossible.
