Yeah, the audit, including the attempt to become a fully reporting company, might be a sparkling event.
Thank you Banksy for your definite prognosis. This will surly help the price to ove a little bit in the direction, what we all want. A definite and specific forecast is good for the business. But what happens, if the company fails to deliver good numbers in May at the Las Vegas show?
Maybe in MAy we see some more uptrend again. I'm sure that we will not stay at this level forever. Some moves will occur occasionally.
Have you aquired them after R/S or are these the remainings after the R/S?
Which price you are accumulating? At the Bid or Ask price?
We have seen price over 0.009 again. Still pps is around 0.01. It's a good sign, that no further decline occures.
Hopefully they are doing a fine job.
But not yet by SEC filings.
Probably they will be preparing a good company presentation for the Las Vegas Show.
Not the first day with with only one trade. There have been days with NO (zero) trades. Still normal for an OTC stock.
Obviously there are some buyers, because it closed in the green today. But we needs anyway.
Thank you for the update.
Hmmm, well, well. Just do not bis more than $0.006. When someone sells, you might get some additional cheap shares.
Bayport today again down, but probably we could use it as a chance to step in.
You might become a reporter of the Las Vegas show.
I can't state, if the patent was assigned to Genta by the judge. If a patent like this we are talking about, is published, here with Genta as assignee, it does reflect the status, when the process of application was started (which can go back one or two years or even longer sometimes). Fact is, that this patent, indeed an important patent, was issued to Genta. It is not stated, that it was issued to Genta by order of the judge. It also could be drawn to Genta because Genta applied for it, right from the beginning. But in summary, this patent, as all we can see, is issued to Genta, and that makes sense, and it does matter.
The thing with the rights on these patents sometimes can change rapidly. The patent itself, if published in the database of the patent office, does not state, if the right have been moved in the meantime. The rights can be easily examined by a background research about the rights (and if fees were paid), when you pay a fee to the patent office.
Lol, I don't care anymore, if they have a booth or not. Maybe they are only present on the street.
If so, this would draw a lot more attention on BAYP.
Yeah, right. One of most important steps for Bayport is, that the trader's attention will be focused on Bayport's opportunities. The road show in May might be a sparkling event.
That is very likely, that bid/ask changes with every trading day. Also, here on BAYPORT, someone, if not the stock transfer agent itself, has updated the share structure to current numbers, too. That is well done.
Pobably they count also the time, where BAYP was named under EXTO.
Time scale depends mostly on the examiner.
A key patent back in Genta's influence circle? Sounds good, the patent makes the company strong for development of Taxane compounds.
Are the names of the creditors new?
•14159 LP
•667-1 LP
•667-2 LP
•A PLUS SEOUL INC.
•ACCESS TCA, INC.
Let's assume, that the mgt. will follow your advice. I'm also looking forward, that BAYP will start over soon.
The volume will come back on news with regard to their business development and future prospect!
One important industry parameter, oil price, does show a little bit improvement in the trend formation. If the uptrend continues, this will also have a good impact on Bayport's business outlook.
We could really be hopeful for the May fairs in Las Vegas!
I also hope that they will have success.
Which industry sector they are active then?
A joint venture is not a sale of the company.
Compared to the photos at Bayport's homepage, which shows also a refinery, their crude oil need to be refined, of course. During exploration and refining, there is still the need for tank capacities.
This "road show" is a good marketing campaign for Bayport, too.
Then let's see, what happens here in future. It will also depend on some political decisions, I guess.
Yes, the Las Vegas show might probably also associated with some news updates.
Eight percent on a Nasdaq stock would be fine, too. But here we have to overcome the bid decline, so it will need much more those days with 8 %.
With their habit it seems to me that they are not in trouble. It might be, due to external reasons, that they are not able to act like a big company.
Ridiculous, they have enough shareholders, and especially the preffered shares were all submitted to trusted people.
The lobster selling business might be more profitable right from the begining than an oil- and gas exploring business. In the oil- and gas business you have to bring up a lot of money in advance before any gas or oil is flowing. And the profit is dependend also on external parameters, especially the oil price. Until the oil price does not turn around again in the normal direction, it will be hard for acouple of companies to get back in the profitable range.
