I can guess....
Good bid support, no one selling, odd size fills means only one thing to me....we are about to go....and people know it.
No, sweet will be when we go just over a dime. Looking for the news that can do it for a new years present. People holding tight. Things about to start happening.....
Guilty as charged. Wanted to pick up a few cheapies here to round out the account. I was only looking for a few to fill up the life raft....70K lol. I didn't get filled either. I was highest on the bid and longest on the bid yesterday too and didn't get filled....hmmm Is someone playing games? Either way, someone feel free to feed me just a few...just 70K more cheapies tomorrow. If the price is right, I may eat alot more....LOL
I bet you win that bet....SATM/GESI's partner in this project, ON-TRACK Raiway Services, offers exhisting...on site...approximately 104 acres (zoned industrial), 1 Main Line Turnout, 3 Track Sidings, 5 Turnouts, 1 Continuous Loop Trackage, in excess of 7,000 feet of Industrial Trackage already. The pieces are fitting together one at a time....everything verifiable...everything makes sense...everything going to make us all very happy.
If you look at railroad ties, they have big metal plates and spikes and/or bolts that hold the track to the ties. One thing that I was wondering about how they hadled all of the metal involved. So with a little hunting, I found that On-Track’s Tie Grinder makes quick work of wood ties suitable for Co-Generation Biomass Burning. and with On-Track’s Tie Grinder, there’s no slowing down production to sort or remove unwanted plates, spikes or other metal. Hmmm I guess there is another sourece of revenue, scrap metal parts off the feedstock. Wonder how much they can make off the scrap metal left in 3 million ties per year alone? Things just keep looking better and better.
We already know the breakdown and processing of the rail ties is accomplished on location by GESI's partner company, On Track Railway Servicing; but has anyone noticed that On Track also does tie pick-up services also? Wonder if they are using their established partner company for that too? I would. The more I look into thing the more excited I get.
metza45, I did cut and paste it, but to be honest with you, I have been busy and forgot to send for instructions to do so. I just sent the following:
IH Admin [Dan],
I need to know how to include an original copy of an e-mail and also pictures on a board post for others to see for verification. Can you please give me step by step directions to do so.
Thank you,
DMZ
I will do it as soon as he gets back with me. Thanks for reminding me.
Welcome Scholl, I see you are new and this is you first post, so I will try to guide you. If you look to the upper part of the page and check out post #5351 that our moderator was nice enough to sticky for us. It shows that SATM/GESI has obtained financing. I and others have provided numbers and information for DD on the company that has been verified. If you look through earlier posts it will bring you up to speed quickly. I would like to help you in any way possible, and once again welcome you to the board.
In 2009 Canada's energy consumption ranked number 1 in the world per capita, with a total electricty consumption of 620 GWh/yr. I was just wondering how much impact a new 20MWh power plant could have on Canada's economy; so I did a few calculations.
620GWh/yr * 1yr/365 days = 1,698,630.136 Wh/day
or = 1.698 GWh/day
or = 1,698 MWh/day
now take a 20MWh plant * 24hrs in a day = 480MWh/day
WOW!!!!!!!!
now divide 480MWh/day generated, by the 1,698MWh/day consumed
and you get .2827 and multiply by 100
and you have 28% of all of the electricity used in Canada
again WOW!!!!!!
Are we investagating investors now or the company we are investing in? Personal attacks on investors is definately against TOS. I welcome all investors. So how about we stick to the company. I have verified Green Energy Solutions Inc has recieved money from Alberta Energy, and is elegible for more based on production. SATM/GESI is in good standing with AE, and actually spoken very highly of. They were picked over others because they had strategic alliances and agreements already in place. It is my understanding they are already stockpileing feedstock and have a site for their new Canadian offices. There is a VERY strategic reason for stockpileing and drying their ties. Anyone know why? Their partnering companies are alreay in production. The CEO is spending most of his time in Canada working on all of the details. Call Susan Carlise to verify all of this yourself. All number nubers have been openly shared on this board, and should be stickied for investors. This is all info for TODAY. So please...stick to the company SATM/GESI and add any info on today, tomorrow, next week, next month and next year. I see nothing but green in the future, and am expecting to hear big news and have been loading when I can. IMO everyone will do very nicely on this stock, possibly life changing....
Can anyone tell me how to post pictures? Like if I had ones from a suprise visit of the inside of GESI offices? Trying to download to my computer now.
Thanks Metza45, it will probably be early next week befor I can do so, but I will. I am out of town, and going to be busy most of the weekend on a fact finding mission and visiting family. I will have some additional information to post to clear things up early next week after my trip. I think you will like to veiw them, so watch for it ...probably by Tuesday if I can find the cable for my camera.
Metza45, Confirmation
I'm not sure how to post the email correctly with the graphic symbols and such, but if the moderators would like to tell me how, I will have the original stickied. I cut and pasted my letter and her reply. I had to re-send the message today. She called and told me they had e-mail issues and she hadn't recieved my and asked me if I could resend, or at least verify my email, so I did both. Note: I did change my name in the text to DMZ, you could probably guess why. But everything else is just cut and paste.

Ms Susan Carlisle,
Thank you for taking time to discuss your affiliation with SATM/GESI on 12/7/11. I will try to sum up what we discussed and hopefully you could confirm my statements, in order that I can share it with fellow investors.
I called Alberta Energy at (780) 427-2650 and was transferd to you by Fay Ramler.
I asked if you had any knowledge of SATM/GESI. You told me that you knew them as Green Energy Solution Industries Inc.
I then asked if they were involved in any of your grant programs. You said yes.
I asked if they have been awarded any money for this program and if so for what and how much. You told me that they have been given $177,500 for their feasibility study for one of your bio-fuel energy grants.
I then asked if it had to do with converting railroad ties to energy. To which you confirmed.
I asked if they had an exhisting location, or if they were allowed to use subcontractors for their operations. You told me the use of subcontractors was acceptable, and you could not discuss their plant location because it may not be publicly announced; but they could utilize subcontractors untill their own facility was on line.
I asked what other monies they they would be eligible to receive and apply for in the future. You told me based on which avenue they planned to go down, they could be eligible for the following:
for renewable bio-diesel $.13/ liter
for ethanol based fuel $.14/ liter
and for Electricity generation from $.017 through $.06 per KWH
I also asked if they would be eligible for any money for removing the railroad ties, which are considered a bio-hazard. To which you replied there is no program for that out of your office; but there may be a federal program that you were not aware of.
Lastly, I asked if I could confirm this information via e-mail and share it with my fellow investors. To which you agreed.
Thank you once again for your assistance in clearing up some lose ends for me.
Sincerely,
DMZ

David: As per our discussion on Dec 7, 2011, this is to confirm that our Department has been engaged with Green Energy Solutions Inc. in their pursuit of a bioenergy facility that will use old rail ties as a feedstock. They have been keeping us apprised of progress including securing of a facility location in Alberta and access to used rail ties. A Biorefining Commercialization and Market Development Agreement in the amount of $177,500 (Canadian dollars) was awarded to this company in February 2011 to support this initiative. According to our records this agreement is in good standing. Susan CarlisleDepartment of Energy

It's funny you said that muscles. I had the same idea, and even though I only called once today, I asked if there had been alot of people calling to verify information today. Violet told me there were not alot of calls verifying info; but there were a large amount of calls that were hang-ups...hmmmm
I understand, and it is quite strange why "someone" continually deletes positive DD and findings that are totally on topic, and for the benifit of we investors, and conversely allows posts that are slanderous to the company remain. This has formed some speculation by some investors, which must be verified by everyone, which takes time.
I have verified all of the recent new DD, ie. phone numbers, addresses etc... and have found them all 100% correct, yet when I go back to reply to a post; I find it deleted, especially ones from Muscleshoals??? This is very concerning to me, and believe that it should stop. All we want is a fair playing field to compare information on. I understand that some have a different motive than I; but certain statements, on the negative side, are going too far.
I called 281 493-9368 today. The phone was answered GESI, as expected. The woman answering the phone was Violet, she seemed very cheerful and tried to answer all of my questions to the best of her ability, and if she didn't know an answer, she told me she would get me an answer. She told me that I could talk to IR, and gave me contact information of Ian Reed 585 520-2102. I asked about the address that she was located, and she said 1250 Woodbranch Park Dr, number 400. I even told her I was outside the building now and asked if I came to the office I could speak to her in person. To which she replied come on up, I would much rather speak in person. I told her that I was really not outside, that I just wanted to see what she said, and that some people on ihub were saying that they were not at the address and that the company was a scam, and that I was trying to clear things up. She laughed and said that everyone was welcome to stop by and check out her christmas decorations, and that it was a 6 story office building, they can't miss it, and there are other companies in the building, but she was in number 400. I asked if I could speak to the CEO, to which she responded Mr MacCay was in a meeting planning another trip to Canada; but took a message for me, and said he was very busy; but would do his best to get back to me.
So one more piece confirmed.
And yes, I know why the pps has not rocketed yet. I reccommend that people posting outright incorrect information which may be considered liable or slander, watch what you say. Facts are fine; but defromation may just get you in a little legal trouble....just saying...
Talked to Ms Susan Carlisle today. Just as you said, I called Alberta Energy at (780) 427-2650 and was transferd by Fay Ramler to Susan Carlisle.

I also asked if they would be eligible for any money for removing the railroad ties, which are considered a bio-hazard. To which she replied there is no program for that out of their office; but there may be a federal program that she was not aware of. I think we need to research this one, because I think I read somewhere there is a grant for this also.
Lastly, I asked if I could confirm this information via e-mail and share it with my fellow investors. To which she agreed. I will post the confirmation when it arrives.
Muscle, Haven't heard from you in a while, nice to see you are still with us. I agree with you. This company has so much going for it, and it is coming fast and furious best I can tell. They have been letting us know the progression of events as they come, and all of them seem to be methodical in their execution. The big picture is coming together quickly. In my opinion they will tie up alot of the loose ends this month. I wolud expect to see a name/cusip change soon also to clear up all of the bashers arguements too. I am sure getting 100% financing has taken a load off their minds, and give them a chance to breathe, before the next big step. I think 2012 will be the big boom also, and when it goes, you very well be correct about being a 10 bagger. I think longs here will be quite happy next quarter....just in time for the weather in the Carribean to be ready for my summer vacation....ALL SUMMER
WOW..in most pumps or promos people actually do some DD. I'll save you a post FLAFLYER.
Great posting promo. But guys, quit posting VERY old news and things that we have cleared up months ago. At least post correct info.
And yes SATM/GESI is a great company with tons of potential, but they are a company now that re-uses old railroad ties and processes them into bio-fuel/ pellet fuel. They have announced that they have government grants, contracts, and free raw materials for 3 yrs.
So if you are going to do a pumping promo, PLEASE, do at least a little DD and make current posts instead of just confusing new shareholders. Better yet, if you think it is a good company, I challenge you all to buy some. Volume brings results, not pumping incorrect info.
I hate to sound negative, but really....
Maybe people don't understand how big this is...
IJJP was operating under Rule 504 od Regulation D. This provides an exemption from the registration requirements of the federal securities laws for some companies when they offer and sell up to $1,000,000 of their securities in any 12-month period, and they were registered for $1M. Rule 504 does allow companies to sell securities that are "not restricted" in certain circumstances, in which case the purchaser needs only to register the shares, then sell.
Now they will be operating under Rule 506 exemption which allows a company to raise an unlimited amount of money; however, all purchasers receive "restricted" securities, meaning that the securities cannot be sold for at least a year without registering them.
Under both exemptions, the company does not have to register their securities and usually do not have to file reports with the SEC, they must file what is known as the "Form D".
The way I understand the difference is:
Under rule 504 there are cases where the company can (and I am not saying will) sell unrestricted shares, that could very quickly be dumped on the market. This is deffinately not in the companies best intrest, in that it could colapse the price of a stock.
Under rule 506, even though it allows for unlimited amount of money to be raised, all shares sold are restricted, and can only be sold 1 year after the purchaser registeres the shares, meaning that we are safe from any such dumping on the market for a minimum of one year.
or to make it simpler imo rule 504=bad, rule 506=good, for at least 1 year. So changing from 504 to 506 is huge.
Slow day, great news and no real buying? We should have churned through the 20s by now. I'm thinking we hear more on this soon, and when all the peices are evident to all the nay sayers, I think there is the possiblity of seeing a dime short term. Long term....a quarter or more.
Obviously trying to hold her back...and why would someone do that?
Flippers got flipped out and trying to drive down the price to get more tickets for the ride?
Or more likely there are shorters that are trying to cover before the next huge move.
Let's burn them!!!
We can churn through this and close at 25 0r 26 today.,,,and if we do 30+ break tomorrow. And then??? Pennies?
Great news; but people need to read it and understand it. Fist of all there seems to be a few new people on the board. Welcome. I would reccommend checking your DD though. There is a great team at SATM; but they have a new CEO, Mr Gordon MacKay. and if we just look at the PR we see:
SATM is in "negotiations with a proven provider for creation of energy from waste rail ties in order to target the full revenue of $15,000,000 annually" That means they have picked someone and why them?
"The targeted technology has been proven at over 100 commercial sites worldwide." and "The targeted technology has also been consistently proven adept for use with waste rail ties" and why is that important?
Because SATM has secured a....FREE...source of railroad ties for the next 3 years. And what do they plan to do with these ties? "use the small chips of creosote soaked rail ties for energy creation makes for a predictable energy output for the chosen technology.
But how will they be broken down? "The breakdown of the rail ties is already accomplished on site from the normal processing at the location by GESI's partner company, On Track Railway Servicing." so then what? These peices are turned into biofuel which I believe is some sort of liquid and solid or pelletized fuel. But what are they going to do with that? "GESI is also targeting a 20 megawatt size electrical production plant" Thats 20 Million Watts....hmmm how much could this all be worth "up to $15M Annual Revenue"
So the bottom line once again...government grant...free raw materials...proven technology... This all adds up to one heck of a profitable company.
This is ground floor fellas. Meet you at the top.
Lunch time...grabbing a steak, and then for desert...we eat 22s, 23s, 24s, and if all goes well we close above 25s
maybe more....
Problem is we fell pretty far with the whole TA thing and got alot of quick flippers in. Now with that resolved, we need to buy up their shares while they take their profits....and flip them out; otherwise this will channel. Let them rebuy at 25....if they are lucky....
Back on track now after resolving the TA issues. At the rate we were moving before the issues, we should see mid to high 20s this week, next week at the latest. And then on to the next leg up on our way to ?????.
Looking great...constant steady growth, most buys on the ask, with good bid support. At this rate we may close in the 20s tomorrow. We should be about due for some good news, and with the right news we should see new highs.
Now that's what I like to hear Ice....positive comments....I agree that pinkyland is full of scams; but I really believe that SATM is the real deal. I try not to be negative, because it only benifits the shorters, of which there are many here. Let's just be positive and watch everything unfold. Based on history, DD, rumors and my crystal balls....I think we are waiting on some big news, that should spike her up close to a dime, granted it will ptobably fall back some, like to 5 or 6 cents from profit takers; but isn't that a much better level for the next leg up, than where we were yesterday?
Why would someone clog the ask on a good run? Learn how to play people. Let her run! Now we have to build bid support again and blow by them all...
It would if someone would quit holding it back....
I agree...they are doing there best to hold her down; but it's looking like she's ready for the next leg up....
This baby going copper...
As a follow up....Aren't attacks on investors (or groups) against the rules? I guess pumping investors would also fall into that catagory also. I think all that should all be removed, and we concentrate on SATM and their future. Let's take our board back.
Flaflyer, I don't know the physical address at the momemnt. How about we work together on this board to find out things like that, instead of turning the board into a BGS board, when we should be concentrating on the company and it's future potential instead. Seems the logical place to start looking for answers to those type of questions, would be to call the company, or the IR. Have you or any of your assistants contacted them yet?
I'm thinking we see some news this week or next with some numbers. That's all this needs to come alive. I'm sure there are many programs and revenues that we don't even know about yet. They get the ties for free, and may even get a credit for hauling off a toxic waste. I assume they extract biofuel simalar to diesel or gas, and then make some sort of fuel from the remaining wood, guessing it will be pelletized for use in residential or commercial burners. They just need to put some numbers out. The upside is huge.
Ice...not selling a stock is a form of support. I plan on buying more too. See I belive in supporting a stock I believe in. If and when any groups decide to buy in, they need to be thanked for their support, not publicly dogged, like I am seeing happen here. Let me start...I would like to thank each and everyone of you who own SATM and are supporting it, as for you who do not own, I would reccommend that you come over to our side of the fence, and reap the rewards with us...I think we will be hearing some big news by week end or the beginning of next......
LOL..futile attempt to hold it down...they been trying; but she is going to go....and go big....
Just need a few closes in high 3's low 4's....and some big volume......and she will break, and break big imo. The way they have been keeping us posted with news; I am expecting them to release the news to fuel that break either late this week, or the beginning of next. Hold tight, you'll be rewarded for your patience.......
I've been high on the bid, and longest on the bid, several times today; and yet, someone else gets filled before me...hmmmm Maybe, just maybe, someone shorting is trying to drive it down...The writing is on the wall and they are getting scared. The next news we get lites the fuse.....
