Shhhhhhhhh! Don’t say anything. This stock seems to do better when there is no news and nobody says anything about it. You mustn’t scare it.
I appreciate that they keep us informed on the equipment sales, but is $150,000 really worth the cost of a press release? Maybe it is, but according to the volume today it doesn’t mean a thing.
I agree! I’m hoping for the same outcome and feel it’s achievable.
Why are so many freaking out about the first 20 days of trading in 2018. We all know January is probably the worst month for Sales anyways and they’ve already received $400,000 in revenue. Sinking ships shouldn’t even be talked about yet. Let’s all sit tight and see what happens. So many are fickle responses. I’d be surprised if the audit is not completed by mid year and Oshkosh is still out there! I believe there are good things to come.
Thinking back to the unexplained P&D we had recently as well as the higher number of recent 1MM+ volume days we have had, is there any chance for this to be a facade for leaders of Angola or Nigeria to sneak into this stock without being noticed? Probably not, but thought it may be an interesting angle on the reason.
Interesting to note that we have had more 1,000,000+ days over the last few months then we have had over the last few years. I think more eyes are on the stock. We just need an OshKosh or some other large contract to come through.
Not applicable to AMMX so sorry, but I have to ask...Let’s say there are 1 million outstanding shares and 2 million authorized shares. If a company wants to do a 10 to 1 reverse split is this applied towards authorized shares or outstanding shares?
Q: What is the best way to put lipstick on this....
You too!
You say it’s core business, but core business can drive a stock upward....just not like a multimillion dollar deal might spike it. Revenue is revenue. To be in repeat business YOY with the government and working with a huge world military contractor is amazing news. There are many companies that would die to even report that the US government is looking at them. A lot of times this alone spikes a stock.
I? agree that more needs to be done to market this. Business wise, Lee needs to continue to do what he’s doing, but MUST get the audit done and off the pinks.
We could have all the sales in the world and I swear this thing would end up back in this range after a matter of days. The only way this thing will gradually increase and hold its value is with audited financials and a better exchange.
Lee let’s make it happen!!!
Based on Marty’s response in her email regarding Oshkosh, it appears to be alive and kicking. Maybe too early in the works, but we do know they are marketing and performing demonstrations for likely buyers in Washington DC.
How big and how soon are the great unknowns.
One big $50+ mm contract and we’ll be there! It’s gonna happen.
I can’t help but think there was a little bit more under the surface with this last P&D. I’ve never seen as many shares trade on this stock as it did a few weeks ago. I think something is brewing and many of us will be rewarded in the near future. Lee’s comment on the last conference call regarding there being more revenue potential by the end of this year than ever means to me that something is brewing. So far we have only seen core business, but nothing that would tip the scales so something is out there that has not been revealed and my hunch is it’s Oshkosh.
“That’s all I can say at this time.” Sure makes it sound like there’s more that can’t be mentioned yet. I think there is more to this statement than anything else that was stated in the reply.
Just thought I’d share...I don’t need any negative replies. Just be glad the ball is rolling.
Email:
Hi Marty,
I am sure you are limited on what can be said, but I was wondering if AMMX is still working with Oshkosh? It’s been very quiet in this regard and I believe nothing was mentioned in the last conference call regarding progress. Just curious. I appreciate anything you can provide.
Thanks!
Response:
We are working closely with Oshkosh. We have marketing materials, have made several international trips and are in the process of arranging demonstrations and meetings in CA and Wisconsin. That’s all I can say at this time.
Marty
Agreed! Let’s see some news.
Ask Marty if there are some tactical vehicle sales in the very near future. A PR detailing tactical sales will really make the stock go somewhere. Seeing the business Oshkosh does in other countries and the contract amounts I think this company has a bright future.
I was fooled on this last run and should've sold when i had the chance. Then I could have boughten back in at a lower price. I like the company, but I am in at too high of a price point to make any good money. I thought for sure this run had something to do with Oshkosh.
T
This is fantastic! I think we're really going somewhere with this one. I think it's Oshkosh and now we just need a PR.
That's some good volume!!!! Oshkosh b'gosh???
What a boring stock… It's like watching paint dry except for the fact that nothing has been painted yet.
BIG contracts…Where are you?
Oshkosh?
Africa?
"The Wall"?
Show me the ??!
You are correct… Didn't mean to use this word so loosely. AmeraMex operates in Nigeria as a "factory representative direct and any contacts that come in to the factory will be passed on to us here to handle. We are the sole representation for Oshkosh in Nigeria. "
I for one am intrigued to find out if there's any progress with Oshkosh. If a decent sized deal is going to happen, it will be because of this partnership.
A lawsuit is not going to make the company or the share price any better for us. Plus the company isn't dead in the water. This is not a non-revenue producing shell of a company promising big contracts and products and not producing. It's a company that is making money and sells legitimate equipment. Yes Lee was overly confident with the Niger deal and I have no idea why the audit cannot be completed, but I don't know if that's reason enough to push a lawsuit. ORCA, you even said that you could care less about the audit. They are obtaining legitimate sales, have government contracts and have the trust of Oshkosh in Nigeria.
We are all mad about the share price and many of us bought into this company on a undelivered promise... The Niger deal. Is there any evidence that Lee was not misled and misinformed himself?
To me it sounds like Lee likes to tell his shareholders who he's negotiating deals with and what kinds of deals maybe in the future. He is hopeful about the future of the company, but needs to bite his tongue and tighten up has loose lips until the contracts are signed. IMHO...That's all.
This company tends to have a more robust third and fourth quarter. The first 2/4 are usually light. The only anomaly was last year when their fourth-quarter sales trickled into the first quarter.
There is still hope in my book. I don't see any reason why this company won't receive a nice contract soon. Investors may not have a lot of confidence right now, but their customer base continues to grow with new and repeat. I know there are a lot of investors that want to see this audit done and a nice large contract come through. I hope it all happens close together and we will see a nice jump in share price.
I don't think anyone is sticking around because they think they're going to lose all their money. I think many of us are in the same boat and still believe this company has good potential. We are where we are at because this company hasn't produced enough large results to raise confidence levels. It's my feeling that we will get there soon.
Yeah, I think we'll see .5 in about a weeks time! I feel bad for all those crazies out there that don't believe in this stock. Bwaaaah...ha...h(cough), Bwaa(cough,cough)...Nevermind...I need some water.
I hope this beast runs to 2 cents shortly! All we need is a good PR from Oshkosh.
I guess the Philippines lead paid off a bit. I thought that was dead quite a while ago. Just took a little while. I hope they purchase more.
I hope the armored vehicles deals with Oshkosh start emerging. It sounded like from Marty's original comments that some deals have already happened and it's just a matter of Oshkosh giving AMMX permission to PR them?
I am of the opinion that something good could happen out of this Oshkosh deal fairly soon. I'm hoping to see a nice sale of armored vehicles soon, which I feel will show us investors that Oshkosh is serious and truly intends to use AMMX as a dealer.
Gtoken... for still being ahead in this stock, it still surprises me that you've been here as long as you have. Just wondering, what is keeping you around?
I'm not sure why they would move forward on audited financials if they felt they were running a shady business. Especially if this is their third or fourth go at this. They would know better. Doesn't make any sense. I just don't think they're ready to pull the trigger yet and are waiting for something to propel this Company to make them more financially secure before paying to maintain a certain standard that won't benefit them.
Man, you piece of....this is ridiculous.
...this Oshkosh deal could be big and every investor is really hoping to see some decent sized contracts come out of them being the sole factory dealer/broker in Nigeria. They really need to get this audit completed and just move on. It blows my mind that they can work so much on this and spend so much money so many times to put it yet again on the shelf???
I realize that audited financials may not get them some deals, but I know some foreign companies won't even look at buying equipment from a penny pink stock. If they want their company to be taken more seriously in the investment and their share price to reflect the company's true value then they need to follow through with this and GET IT DONE. This is not an IMHO, but rather reality. GO AMMX! You can do it!
I hope they can release it soon… "We at AmeraMex have been promoting the sale of Oshkosh vehicles already for several months and were waiting for the legal department at Oshkosh to approve our first news release."
Does this mean Sales or does this mean more details?
"1) What is the relationship, is it a formal partnership or is AMMX a licensed dealership for OSHKOSH?
AmeraMex International, Inc. will operate in Nigeria as a factory representative direct and any contacts that come in to the factory will be passed on to us here to handle. We are the sole representation for Oshkosh in Nigeria. "
I don't believe this is anything more than we already know, but I did inquire to Marty about a couple of items and here is the response.
Can you expound a little bit on the relationship that AmeraMex has with Oshkosh? Is there equipment already in the pipeline or are you trying to drum up business for them? What kind of business have they hired AMMX for?
1) What is the relationship, is it a formal partnership or is AMMX a licensed dealership for OSHKOSH?
AmeraMex International, Inc. will operate in Nigeria as a factory representative direct and any contacts that come in to the factory will be passed on to us here to handle. We are the sole representation for Oshkosh in Nigeria.
2) What will the ground game look like in Nigeria, i.e. will AMMX acquire and maintain a showroom or does AMMX have an existing association with a business already in Nigeria that will be utilized?
AmeraMex is established in Nigeria in both Abuja and Lagos with representation on the ground. We will not be starting out with any inventory at all due to the risks involved in sending equipment to West African region that is not sold or at least committed to.
3) Will there be an inventory of Oshkosh vehicles on display for potential customers to see and try in Nigeria?
Inventory is not really needed. The buyers in that region know very well what we have through Oskkosh available for them.
4) Were any shares of stock exchanged in the relationship with Oshkosh? NO
There were no shares of stock exchanged with Oshkosh.
5) Is there a target date for operations to commence in Nigeria, in other words when will the location in Nigeria be open for business?
We at AmeraMex have been promoting the sale of Oshkosh vehicles already for several months and were waiting for the legal department at Oshkosh to approve our first news release.
6) Will Ammx be hiring people in Nigeria to support operations there?
We already have local representation on Nigeria. Both in Abuja, and Lagos.
Also, are audited financials supposed to be out by the end of this month? Can you explain the delay in the process?
I have a call into our CFO and she has a call into the auditing firm. The delay has been the change out of auditors. The first auditing firm completed 2014, 2015 and parts of 2016. The new auditing firm has continued to have questions re some of the adjustment made to the financials and the old firm is VERY SLOW to bet back with them and our CFO has to be involved. They have not told us we would not have the 2016 audit financials but, they could be late. Legal has everything ready to go with the exception of dropping the 2016 audited financials in the documents for submission.
I do not expect to hear from Tracie until tomorrow.
Best regards,
Marty
