And how does that answers my question? I certainly wouldn't mind 2c/share but if I can't trade the stock it doesn't matter now does it?
Can anyone actually explain that to me? How are we going to trade this if they move to FSE?
If it would be dual listed then no problem but since they are trying to prevent short selling then i presume it's not the case..
This looks like some king of energy portal the guy from my previous post signed up. Apparently he finished oceanography in 2002...
They get the downpayment from the buyer :)

Indonesia is on 28th place...
But take a trip to their offices anyway. I'm very curious. Post some photos etc...
This looks actually like Indonesian comany. PT stands for Perseroan Terbatas (Indonesian for "Private Limited"), a form of business incorporation in Indonesia
Someone also created facebook page :)

Don't you think Wednesday's news pale in comparison to that?
I thought so. No bother :]
Or 33% between PGI BGI and Structural Dynamics :)
We'll see...
What are you talking about? I said that in the context of supposed friday pps drop due to daytraders cashing in...
I don't. For me it looks like a good tactics. If the daytraders sell off on Friday this would only drove pps down. This way it might actually keep it up forcing people to hold rather than sell...
On the side not if they get 5% of the 68mln$ then that gives 3.4mln$ profit :) That's 0.0034/share :)
We'll see how it opens up today :) Should be good regardless...
I'm betting 0.003...
Wow finally some big revenues :)
If this won't kick in other jv's then I don't know what will...
Have anyone actually looked at the new link for Homecreek deal?
Looks really great :) They only need 10K barrels to break even :)

No you got it wrong. Saudi Aramco deal was posted on otcmarkets only on 22nd. On 27th they finally posted it through marketwire after that the stock went ballistic. Someone on IH even said that PGI gave heads up to us longs :)
Yes but I think this account was reported and taken over by PGI proper :)
Says off topic in my deleted posts :)
Have you noticed? This is the second time PGI announces something without proper PR. The first time was Saudi Aramco deal posted on otcmarkets only on Friday. And on Monday...
BTW why my post was deleted regarding malware? My AV caught something.
Maybe that is the reason the website takes long to load...
Also I dont get all those people screaming dividend is bad. If it halves the PPS then it does that for everyone so no one is loosing. As for the reason why they do it well Q3 will explain everything. I think that they already have some revenues they are not telling us about or tell us in indirect way (homecreek/fossin energy/pro one)...
Come on Homecreek mentioned PGI in their updated news so they obviously have money. From where your guess is as good as mine but I would bet Saudi Aramco...
Saudi aramco or similar deal is a key here because this brings quick money for big projects like Nigerian PP. Also sice that recent deal is in Kentucky then they would need big money for Somerset purchase :)
My fileserve link was... removed by PGI apparently :) (breach of copyrights) haha
anyway here's the one dcool posted:
http://www.archive.org/details/PgieShareholdersConfCall5312011
I hear you but all they have to do is take a share count before purchase and add that many shares they had to issue to close the deal and voila! There is always a way but what PGI is lacking is willingness in that aspect. Did you get any response from them regarding that?
If you would be here since February you wouldn't be making this advice...
I believe in the company but just wish they didn't make so many mistakes. If not for that we would still be over a penny... and they wouldn't have to dilute that many shares...
My point exactly!
You know why I'm pissed? Because it looks like dilution or nss and PGI keeps quiet on the whole issue!!! And I have no means of verifying it one way or another! They were already diluting when they said they didn't....
Then how do you explain 77mln shares when float is some 400mln shares? Flipping?
WTH!!! If this is not a dilution then what is it? 77mln shares between 0.0021-0.0025! PGI is dumping loads of crap on us shareholders. They will have a lot of explaining to do during CC...
My point exactly! What? Preferred stock?
AS wouldn't increase at least it didn't when they did 3 for 1 FS...
And how is that answer my question hmmm?
Can you elaborate? For me it looks like the amount of shares will double and since they have 2bln AS and almost 1bln OS then they will saturate AS fully...
Well it would be great if you could convince him to convince management to address SS issue...
Not that much. Roughly 6mln (plus 3mln yesterday) - looks like someone wanted out since yesterday...
That or posting contract signed in blood along with dna samples :)
