OUCH !!!
Are "we" in the midst of Pumpers and Bashers, perhaps ???
Not You, James. You've always been a strait shooter here, bud !!!
Go ICOA !
IMO, We all want new information, don't we? And, preferably good information, right?? But at least something, right ???
But, until we do get new info, "we" get to wait.
And, while we wait, we all get to read never ending posts about what a POS this stock is, presumably because it doesn't measure up to a previous standard, in PENNY LAND no less.
Well, I'm with you, Foxy. If "they" don't like this stock, then let them go find another board to complain all about it on. If, on the other hand, "they" actually have something CONSTRUCTIVE to offer, then let them continue on THIS board.
Now . . .
I've posted this before, but since it doesn't seem to be having any affect, I'll post it yet again:
Faith + Massive DD + A Little Luck = Possible Winner
And for the less fortunate, that funny, strange little word at the front of the formula is spelled:
F... A... I... T... H...
You Might Want To Try Looking It Up, Sometime !

I can't remember who it was that posted a statement about HAWT generators being much better that VAWT generators but I'd like to set the record strait:
It all depends on the circumstances.
Please refer to the two links below for more details . . .
1. http://www.newenergywatch.com/2006/11/vawt_versus_haw.html
In particular, look at the Comments Section:
Comments: Robert Webb
"It is not true that HAWTs are inherently more efficient than VAWTs. There are good aerodynamic studies showing the efficiency is similar in theory. The issue is simply that to date vastly more has been spent on developing HAWTs.
In fact for small scale applications near the ground, where the wind is turbulent, we predict a 20% to 40% better output for a VAWT due to responsiveness to rapidly varying wind conditions."

I admire your skepticism, StockVoyager.
Skepticism can be a great thing when dealing with sub-penny stocks. But, it can also be a great hindrance, too. Once again, IMO, buying at 0.0003 or 0.0004 requires a leap of faith along with as much DD as can be done.
I hope you have both.
Regards
Go ICOA !!!
IMO, I'm in agreement with gaonmymind regarding his/her assessment of where ICOA is TODAY. I also agree that when ICOA DOES release financials, further J/V news, etc, you will then have the "paper in hand" DD you seek. And, if you are more comfortable with "paper in hand" DD, then perhaps you should just wait it out until it finally appears. If it does not, EVER, then you will have the satisfaction of knowing you were right all along. And, if the "paper in hand" DD DOES finally appear, you will then have all you need to assess whether you should have bought in when the pps was still around 0.0003 because once the "paper in hand" DD DOES appear, the 0.0003 pps will have become a distant memory. But, even then, buying into ICOA at THAT point may STILL not be a bad idea.
It all goes to the level of risk/reward that any one investor can tolerate, which, of course, varies tremendously from one person to another.
But, expecting the kind of "paper in hand" DD that you refer to from a stock whose pps is 0.0003 is, once again, IMO, expecting too much.
All Said With All Due Respect, Given The Circumstances . . .

That's good to know, Vlad.
Thanks for that info.

One thing to keep in mind is the person I was talking with represents a company that provides tech support for WISP, LLC and is not a WISP employee.
Very Kewl. I'd like very much to hear what he as to say.
Go ICOA !!!
My father's Construction Company Corporation was in default ALL the time because he'd habitually forget to refile and pay the fee. His company was active for over thirty years. When I was old enough, I'd do the filings myself since I had became the secretary of the corporation at that time.
This means NOTHING at this point.
However, if you see REVOKED or worse yet, PERMANENTLY REVOKED, NOW you have a legitimate problem to be concerned about.
Geezzz ...
Go ICOA !!!
I called WISP's Tech Support Phone Number today.
I was interested in finding out who WISP's clients are. The tech support representative told me that WISP has an installation at "Gateway Marina in New York" and "a number of 24 Hour Fitness Centers" but the gentleman could not be more specific. He did say, however, that his company handles tech support issues for a number of different companies, including WISP, LLC.
I will continue to look for more info.
Go ICOA !!!
Once again, IMO, I think it's possible for people to hold onto their shares as long as the members of this board do a good job of presenting the facts in the form of DD that is posted as stickies for ALL the newcomers to read.
And then, we ALL start "suggesting" that everyone READ them so that WE are ALL on the same page as to what needs to happen for the pps to increase for the long haul.
Go ICOA !!!
IMO, ICOA is an unusual stock to own right now due to the number of shares the ihub members own ... well, USED to own ... and will probably own once again. Add this to the upcoming share reduction and we, the ihub members, could once again play a key role in affecting the future pps of this stock.
If, of course, the current owners would WAKE UP to the benefit of HOLDING LONG (translation: not selling for a short term profit) so that the pps could actually rise to a truely profitable level.
But, folks just have it set in their heads that a sub-penny stock is nothing more that gambling.
Well, I don't think so, not this time, not ICOA ...
I'm holding long in the hopes that others will too.
Use your heads, folks ...
Go ICOA !!!
Nice Work, Foxy !
That's the kind of "condensation for quick consumption" I was referring to in my last post. Please keep up the good work. IMO, at some point, you will have amassed enough "quick points with links" that could easily be made into a sticky.
Please keep up the Great Work !
And, thanks once again from an appreciative fellow message board reader . . .
Well Foxy,
IMO, that's another fine taste of DD that I believe will help both new and old alike to decide for themselves whether ICOA is a REAL working company or is what DOLPHY alleged ICOA to be:
A "P. O. S."
And, once again IMO, I believe it would help if the admins on this board would collect ALL of the interesting posts that offer verifiable DD and condense them into a few stickies that become an irrefutable WALL of DD so that the next time one of these BASHERS attempts another SLAM . . .
"What, you can't even read, EITHER, bud?"
Go ICOA !!!
Right On, Big J !
If your waiting at the airport for your next flight and you have your skype enabled notebook with you, how are you gonna check in with family and friends without an internet connection? The solution is to access the FREE wireless internet connection provided by the airport itself. And who provides the airport itself with that wireless connection ... ?
Go ICOA !!!
Now this is the kind of information that caused me to reply to DOLPHY when he/she referred to ICOA stock as a POS. I readily acknowledge that a LOT of the sub-penny stocks are, indeed, P(iles)OS. But not ICOA stock. No Way!
And I take GREAT offense when someone refers to ICOA stock as just another POS. If you don't want to do your own DD then fine, just go don't do it somewhere else !
Go ICOA !
I'm with you, foxy. Great Post !!!
Go ICOA !
Good Points, There Obi !!!
That's true, DOLPHY. This stock may NEVER go up.
But, does the fact that it may NEVER go up make this stock a POS?
This company has been in business for over 20 years. This company just announced a letter of intent to absorb another company, thereby expanded ICOA's business opportunities.
My definition of a POS stock is the same definition for a POS company, as in, NON-EXISTENT, FAKE, FRAUD, etc.
ICOA's stock doesn't fit ANY of that sort of scam based business practices and dealings.
So, PLEASE stop referring to this stock as a POS, OK ???
plmcc
Thank You, James !!!
Thank you for doing that, James.
I haven't said much because I'm new to the board, but I want to say that I value all that you have done for "our" group here and I look forward to seeing your most important prediction coming true:
ICOA is a money maker, watch and see !!!
Is it typical for people to bail at the very beginning of news?
George has talked about j/v and/or merger as though he's working on two of them. Then there is the share reduction that's supposed to be coming, etc.
Why are people selling so quickly?
Hi scotyler100,
Please add to my total an additional 400,000 shares. That should bring me up to an even 10,000,000 shares. And, if I can afford it, I'll buy another 10,000,000 shares in the months ahead.
Note that I didn't say minutes or hours or even weeks ahead. No, I DID say MONTHS ahead.
I haven't said anything, until NOW, so I would, NOW, like to express my appreciation for the entertaining DREAMERS/BASHERS show that has been presented within this message board. HIGHLY entertaining (not to mention the added benefit of BOLDING practice !!!).
Go ICOA (in it's own unique time and in it's own unique way . . .)

Update to the share count:
Please add 1,600,000 to my existing 8,000,000 shares. I was trying for 2,000,000 but decided to keep the momentum going at 0.0006.
Go ICOA !!!
Hello,
I'm new to this board but have been watching ICOA for quite awhile now. And I'm REALLY liking what I'm seeing. Please add to my total shares 3,750,000 for a total of 8,000,000. I'm hoping to make that an even 10,000,000 soon.
Go ICOA !
You can add my purchase of ICOA to your list:
4,250,000
