What news is that?
You said it as if it were a fact. Instead, it's an opinion. That's all. There's no fact in your statements until proven otherwise.
What I disagree with is Johnny's STATEMENT as a 'fact' that HTI needs to sell more shares, ie raise the AS.
Again, they don't NEED to do anything.
HLNT
To be clear, yes they have a duty to shareholders and much of that was discussed in the shareholder letter.
HLNT
Nope. Can't show that. But they don't NEED to do anything like you say they do.
Um, what about the company, aside from one supposed shareholder, has ANYTHING to do with the BVI?
The ones who have "honestly" reported what they've seen? I only know of one poster who did so - and didn't even go into the building.
Instead, he speculated why a poorly painted logo under the receptionist's desk had been painted over.
Oooooh! Scary!
HLNT
Bet it was a good reason.
Wow. $1 million investment in HTI/AHS.
Must be a reason for that.
HLNT
If you want answers, go see for yourself.
Or sell.
The credibility card was confirmed by the shareholder letter.
I suggest you read it. And read it again.
HLNT
Others who are just as far away have made the commitment to go see for themselves.
I never said I didn't think they weren't incompetent at times. I said they're honest.
And hard-working. Take it however you will.
HLNT
I've decided this company is honest. It is an opinion.
Whether others agree or not is a moot point - also in my opinion.
HLNT
Same company. Different management.
Former management was made of a bunch of crooks.
Current management is made of honest, hard-working people.
HLNT
In that case, HLNT will survive in 2013. OPINION.
HLNT will pull through...IMO.
"Sounds like" is not fact - merely conjecture. Please provide facts.
"Yep...drove by on my way to Seattle from OKC,not ONE person there working and the van was facing the same way."
No offense, Mid - but the only ones I want coming to Seattle from OKC are the Sonics returning home.
In the meantime, I'm confident in Chad and Co's eventual success. Look forward to hearing these copy-cat companies getting shut down.

NITE continuing to absorb many more than the 10K shares they show on the ASK. More games by them.
Once you get past them, ASCM does the same exact thing. Feels like they're working desperately to keep a lid on it - and have been for the last week!
Either way, MMs NITE and ASCM are using it to their advantage. Seen a ton of shares being absorbed at .064 and it's not budging. That's the type of action we've seen time and time again the last three days.
Any thoughts on the 185K block by ATDF at .065? Been there since yesterday and hasn't budged.
Fake wall or dumb investor?
First post, but been in this since the initial Xtreme Picks alert and slowly taking profits along the way. Holding a small bunch to see where this goes because of the low float and lack of dilution.
I'm not a fan of painting a close, but that was my 1K buy right before the bell to make sure we closed at .0645 rather than .06.
It's not a big difference in the grand scheme of things, but it was to me, after seeing the ridiculous manipulation by the MMs the past two days. Hiding orders, putting fake blocks up - I STILL want to know how about 100K got absorbed at .0945 yesterday w/ only 10K on the ask. That's been a pretty regular theme the past two trading days.
I've never been part of a short squeeze before, so I won't "believe" it until I experience one myself. But the trading on this one is so fishy, I'm intrigued. I want to see the shorts pay very badly. Especially after watching the manipulation of the past two days.
So there you go. Here's hoping to green days ahead. Good luck to everyone.
Hey, an oldie but a goodie! Glad you pulled that one out of the archive, haven't seen it in awhile.
HORRIFIC NEWS: HLNT Still in business!!!
Questioning every irrelevant detail of a business day: What's up with that?
After all, he responds to most shareholder questions by email. At least the ones he can answer, aka "Yes we're still in business."
That's all I need to know. But thanks.
HLNT
This is the best part of all:
"When you came up to the glass door they had the company logo inside below the receptionist window. Anyone who has been there can verify that."
Yep - I can verify that. I can also verify that when I mentioned it on my visit to Arkansas, Chad thought it looked amateurish and wanted the logo to be painted over.
So - I guess it's been taken care of. But thanks for another "scary" presumption.
HLNT
As much as some believe Chad's "stylin" should be "0086ed" from the CEO's chair - I believe he's doing just fine and should not be "banned" from his position.
HLNT
And perhaps not.
Glad you think it's wonderful. Many others will too in time.
HLNT
Wrong again. One year of testing on the Hy-Impact product, max. Stop exaggerating.
Things take time.
A number of variables that involve OTR vehicles.
That's why the company is focusing on stationary generators.
Thanks for following the conversation.
Your credibility is instantly shot: the peak of .024 was in Aug last yr. 700K PR wasn't until Jan this yr.
The "ten fleets" statement was when the company was still working with the Wildcat, not the Hy-Impact units.
Regarding the Hy-Impact units, I'd check out what Chad said on the Red Eye Radio interview in Vegas. That's kind of all we've got - but obviously the big company to which he referred in the shareholder letter yesterday was a centerpiece of their big hopes at one point in time.
HLNT
You know what also speaks loudly? Simple and transparent honesty.
That's what we got today. Honesty.
The company has ALWAYS had their shareholders best interests at heart. You cannot dispute that. And the honesty displayed today should give you more confidence than any silence or speculation anyone has invested in to this point IMO
It's a rarity in pinky land. Now that the company has explained itself further, I can sleep better at night.
Am I frustrated, hell yes. But am I glad they finally said something? Absolutely.
HLNT
It takes a certain amount of gumption and balls to deal with everything Chad has so far.
Major major props for finally releasing such a detailed statement. The loyal shareholders - not anyone else - deserved it the most.
I can only hope the company can weather the storm - the potential remains incredible.
I'm still here. Frustrated, yes - but very very happy we finally have some answers.
HLNT
So Niko, what are u doing? U said last Friday it's almost time to buy...
For a pink limited company like HLNT, first quarter disclosure isn't due until six months after March 31st.
But HLNT acts like a pink CURRENT company in this regard, and has so for two years. So they will file first quarter fins by May 15th.
Yes they do. They're on time - and since they're a pink limited company, they didn't have to be.
There's no pump, just the facts. A company that's been silent has finally spoken with this filing. Longs know what they're working toward and understood these financials wouldn't show much.
But these fins are now more than three months old. We won't know what the company is up to now, until they PR some information.
Looking forward to hearing more.
HLNT
It is YOUR OPINION that "neither company has ever been anything but a shell" - and NOT A FACT.
It is MY OPINION that neither company is a shell, and are working together to bring major contracts to pass.
It is a distortion of the truth to state an opinion as a fact.
