at least we now know there really is someone out there intent on sabotaging this company.
i'm afraid it's going to be like that until there's some news.
what's interesting to me about this site is this passage at the top of the home page: "If anyone has tips on what these people are doing to advance their stock scam, or information about them, please go to the contact us page and let me know."
i've looked around and there's no way to contact the person responsible for this site anywhere that i can find. also, when i went to look up the whois info on this site there's no name to be found. it would appear that whoever is responsible for this little website doesn't want their name attached to it. i'll let everyone else draw their own conclusions based on this information.
my thoughts exactly
i wish they were willing to buy for a little more
does anyone have L2? i'm curious what the bid/ask looks like.
best post of the day! i couldn't have said it better myself.
AFPW is a gamble. but, especially at these prices, if someone is willing to sit tight, they're almost assured some profit. my opinion is that the AF is going to buy more PBIS 2000s as well as PBIS 200s. all you have to do is read the news. whether or not they cut a trillion from the defense budget or a few hundred billion, the pentagon is looking for ways to save money. they're not going to stop using weather balloons. in my opinion, there's a good chance that this stock could be in multiple pennies in the near future.
absolutely! 359 million shares is about what i would have expected with the first sign in a while that this IS for real and not far from a significant milestone. yes, there's been dilution, but it's a relative thing. realists understand AFPW has to finance their work. i really believe we're about a month away from a major move north. at these prices it's a no brainer.
my guess is, they're putting all of their ducks in a row before they PR anything. why PR a $13000 contract for alterations, when,in a couple of weeks they can PR an order for 20 or 30 or ??? my advice to fence straddlers is it might be time to get on board. AFPW
that's what i'm thinking. this is a piece of equipment, the likes of which, has never existed before. the AF field tested it, came up with a few seemingly minor alterations, had to publicly advertise for the fixes, and is now paying the only company they could, in fairness, to basically build them their final product. after all the dust settles this and the AF is satisfied, this thing is going to take off.
this is exactly what i'm thinking.
you have to be careful with that. sentiment seems to be shifting here. i could be wrong, but with accumulation the way it is, this thing could be getting ready to pop. good luck with your plan.
Muga, that's huge!!! everyone invested in AFPW needs to read this blog article. Alumifuel is getting out there all over the place!!!

and they only offer a 7 day window for response? i'm not claiming to know what's going on, just saying this sounds like a technicality or hoop they're required to go through in this process.
that's my point. i was answering someone else's post.
this is, of course, another possibility, but i have to believe the "PBIS 2000" which they do refer to in the document, is proprietary. in other words "here, we're going to take your invention, that you spent years developing, and find someone else to fine tune it into exactly what we want, and then go with them. thanks for your help guys.". that just doesn't sound likely to me either. most of these modifications sound like issues that engineers came up with as a result of rigorous field testing. some sound pretty simple(10 foot hose). also, if they were dumped, wouldn't that be something they'd have to pr to investors as well? AFPWs silence on this matter could be interpreted as required part of a process they're in presently with the AF.
it's possible too that the AF being a government agency has to put this up for open bid. i know that the state of CA is required to do this sort of thing when it comes to spending public money. in this scenario, AFPW is still awarded the contract to make the modifications...anyway, just another guess.
wouldn't this notice indicate that the Air Force is intent on pursuing and continuing with the PBIS 2000? to me that sounds like they're planning on buying more, once some "additions/modifications" are made to it. i know we're in limbo right now, and it looks like the market isn't sure what to do with this info, but barring outright rejection(which this isn't), it sounds like the Air Force is planning to buy more.
best post of the day...thanks
my feeling is that this will eventually run again. how much? who knows. there will be news and this will see some action again. taking advantage of the prices where they are right now to average down is probably the best thing anyone can do. GLTA
somebody's buying today.
until we get some news(hopefully, positive) this is going to be stuck in the .0001-.0002 channel.
it's interesting. i don't have L2, but if what you say is true(and i have no reason to doubt it). some market maker just chose to sell a little over a million shares for half the price they could get. sounds a little manipulative.
yes, but we need to see some buys at .0003. what we really need is news.
what does the L2 look like?
lets hope so. i think this thing could run with a little good news.
thank you for your substantial research and truth. two things lacking among some of the posters here today. Scottrade is showing 2730000 traded today. i don't know if this is accurate, but that's what i'm seeing.
looks like it's going back up
i just hope we get some positive news soon.
i think this is very well stated. the trading today looked a bit suspicious to me. who is selling 100000 shares at .0001? i mean, that's $10, let alone 5000 shares at the same price. right now, things seem pretty shakey, but we're still one pr away from being on much more solid footing.
what did he say?
has anyone been able to buy .0001s?
i realize i probably mispoke. it's good to know at least there's some out there that still think this company's got potential.
isn't the fda's decision due in a year or so? it could be, that investor's interested in going long to achieve the capitol gains tax rate are buying up the shares in anticipation of fda approval. if this is true, there's likely to be fewer shares available for trading in the coming year. maybe a higher pps...just a theory:u)
looks like a fair amount of buying going on today.
i get the feeling several of the moderators are no longer with us.
lets hope there's news soon.
i've been thinking a lot about this situation a lot. first, even if this stock eventually goes to no bid, that doesn't necessarily mean BK. it just means nobody's willing to pay .0001 at the moment. i know of other sub-penny stocks that have sat dormant at no bid for long periods of time that, once something material happens, they take off big time. second, we knew this dilution was coming. third, unless they were outrightly lying in the PRs that they released(something they could get thrown in jail for doing), we know there's big news pending. i'm not in as bad of a position as i know some here are, but i do believe this thing will see movement north again. i know it's tough, but now might be a great time to be buying. of course, i could be wrong too, but i'm still looking at the people on this board bashing this stock and most are pretty much, shall we say, regulars at it. GLTA
that's absolutely not true. i can think of a half dozen different key announcements that would send this northward. go AFPW!!!
