It's not fact. Although you provide many valid points in your argument, there are many holders that have enough shares to do this, especially if efforts were combined. It does not need to be from compensated shares.

It WAS NOT "promised" this week. Investors need to get that through their heads. Veve said he would push to get details this week. He did not, however, say news would be coming this week.

I agree with some here that this can be dumping of converted notes. 1.3 billion is a lot for the market to take on in a months time. It's important to note that just because a note holder converts, thus raising the O/S, does NOT necessarily mean that those shares have hit the market yet. They can convert, but those shares may trickle in over a period of time IMO

That never made sense to me... Why not just load up early, or pay a little more and support a run and allow the run to happen. If a run happens, they make money. They don't make as much money flipping or holding it back as it harms the stock. I was always skeptical of these "games" because to me it makes no sense

Understandable BOS. I am not a typical ihubber though that I do DD, read filings, ect. Not just listen to boards. And I had emailed him early in the AM before any of this even began, and no response. It's the guys job

False it would be updated to the day when it increases. It is updated when a notice comes in for conversion, ect. Not every two weeks or in a certain time period lmao

I don't know how some such as yourself are receiving the share structure update. I have emailed Matt at the TA twice today with not a peep. Using the email provided on OTC markets.

AON orders do not show up on the ask. Those may be getting filled

No looked to me like there was a ton of pumping, there was probably AON orders at 6 which weren't showing on L2. They probably got tired and said screw it, took off AON and just dumped it at 5.

Trying to get an updated share structure but I try not to believe anyone on this board, and I don't believe anyone can assure me of anything

I was reading some posts about MMJ and the business and sector as a whole. The SEC really has shunned this and cracked down on many as companies used this to scam shareholders. However, VMGI is doing something smart IMO. They are capitalizing off MMJ but not in a direct way. They are creating a television series, not getting involved in the business of growing, selling, hemp, ect. That's a plus for us IMO, and throw beauty ject in as well.

I sure hope so momo. Have to work past those 6s first
