All I'm saying is that PR's and 8-K's are what's going to move this upward. How much of a scam this stock is or isn't may be debatable but it's news of almost anything that will move the price. Pink stocks are almost always used by the company to raise money and are always a short term thing for me. I'm just looking for profit from the old fashion way... buy low, sell high.

Congratulations to those who picked up some 4's this morning. I really do feel that this is going to double and triple if we get a PR or even a new 8-K, which seems to be due any day now. I'm about to get a few 5's myself, just to get this thing rolling again! No one seems to want to be first in the pool.

Someone FINALLY got a handful of 5's! Hooray!

Is anyone in contact with the company? I just checked the OTC page and it looks like NHMD has been fairly consistent with filing 8-K's about every 2 weeks. The last one was Dec 27th so maybe we'll get another one soon?

Those 4's I had for breakfast this morning sure did taste good!

100 M on the ASK. How are we going to run if there is a huge amount of shares on the ask like that? Why is there a feeling that something is going to happen today? Is there a PR or a 8-K coming and how would we know in advance if there is one coming?

I agree with you! One crumb of news and this thing can move quickly. I can remember a couple months ago watching it move up a tick every 60 seconds and people chasing it up. Can't wait to see that happen again.

Now I remember why I haven't been on hub in years. All the bickering doesn't improve anybody's profit, does it? But I still need to thank this board because from here I read about the 8-K. I ALMOST lost hope in this company but then I read the 8-K which gives me hope that Nate hasn't gone dormant and eventually a press release will raise the price.I've already scooped up a lot of 5's and may get more today.

Wow! Here we are, firmly in 8 territory! Will we see 9’s today? Or 10’s?

I just checked out the website. Is this becoming a marijuana stock? The website is about mobile grow units and how to set up your own indoor growing facility although it never mentions pot by name, it certainly can be used that way.

What the hell was that? Gotta be the most cheap ass paint job I’ve ever seen! A $1 trade to move the needle?

C’mon. You guys all know how a company gets from 0.0001 to nickels and dimes overnight. MASSIVE reverse split.

Did the R/S happen yet? I thought it was supposed to happen on February 1. Wouldn’t the price change if it did?

I just noticed the Par value thing.

Does that mean the value after the split will be only .001?? And not $5?

There’s still people willing to take the risk and buy in at .0002! That’s interesting to me.

Did I read that correctly? Is the split price .0005 - $5?? If that’s true then people buying at .0002 will make 250% after the split.

Please tell me if my understanding of this is correct.

We will have a reverse split of one share for 10,000 shares. Meaning, if you owned 1 million shares you will then I own 100 shares. The value of the shares after the split will be 10,000 times greater than they were before the split. That will mean if they use 0.0005 as a starting point then the new value would be $5 per share.

Why do companies do this? For a couple of reasons. One is so they can continue to dilute the stock and make money. Another reason is so they can up list the company on a major stock exchange which you cannot do at sub penny levels.

Of course if everybody sells and no one buys after the R/S, then we lose our ass.

I am most fell off the toilet when I was casually looking through some old stocks and found the action on this one. I couldn’t believe it. Wish I had done that a couple weeks ago when it was much higher!

I guess it will continue to slowly go down until this more news or information that leaks out about this one. That’s OK because right now I don’t have any shares. My father held some shares in this before he died. Because it was worthless, we let it sit in his account. Now we’re trying to work with E*TRADE to provide the proper documentation to transfer his shares into my account and my sisters account. That’s going to take a little while so go ahead and let it rock and roll!

Wow!! I haven’t checked on the stock in years! Boy was I surprised yesterday when I saw that this is actually worth some money now!

How confident as everybody that news is coming soon? This had a temporary bump to it back when the DTC hold was released, but this feels different.

I am also confused. The proxy, we can assume, will include a buyout price for the shares, right? Won’t that price be several times higher than our current level? It could even be above seven cents. I don’t understand, if EPGL wants a higher PPS, why don’t they just tell us now what that buyout price is? I am assuming that people would still be able to buy today and tomorrow and this week and sell at that buyout price once the proxy passes. Am I missing something here?

MH! Back in May we were over 4 cents for half the month. Now, 2.5 cents looks like a big improvement from where we are. Your investors need to know what's happening. How much money has been raised? What happened with the awareness program? Was it purposely delayed?

Viking, thanks for posting this. Made me re-read it! We've all assumed that the campaign with WWSGR was going to be a bunch of PR's and news generating more INVESTORS eyes on EPGL, but maybe what they are doing is presenting EPGL directly to additional companies? Possible?

What a shame! Somebody wasted all those shares trying to hold the price down. Didn't work!
