People that are talking about dilution on INCC have no idea, how real dilution looks like! It is just ridiculous to talk about dilution when a PS has a voliume of 670.000 traded shares.

Nobody dilutes a stock when it has such a low volume!

A 100-150 million share day with lots of dumps...then you can talk about dilution!
