I cant even verify that supposed web site is anything more than one guy. I have called their offices numbers and fax numbers with no message machine, no fax machine and no luck, Out of 4 numbers listed on that site by the people so adamant that this is a scam, only one of those numbers work and its some high suspect guy teliing you its a scam and to sell, even though he supposedly knows nothing about the company. If you go to the site and click on the link for officers and directors the link does not work, the only name I can find on the site is the fictious greg who the bashers would have you think is the be all end all guy to talk to about wether saei is legit or not. I believe this guy and this number is all a set up and part of the plan to try to get people to sell. Its rather easy to set up a fake cell number now days, with an off the shelf pay as you go phone. And what professional answers hundreds of calls and e-mail on the weekend from strangers he doesnt know, about dealing he supposedly has no idea what is even going on with. Just doesnt make sense, and when I suggested this to some of those pushing these issues this weekend so hard and questioned them on these things, they did nothing but avoid these issues and questions. One of the I asked for a response on 3 times in PM's and every time they dodged the questions, only responded by making fun of spelling errors I had made on my iphone while typing in messages, then quit sending me replys because I kept asking. They never once disputed any of my findings, in fact they never even said saei was a scam in the PM's they just personally attacked me. The whole thing showed me their true colors and intentions, I have no doubts now that this has just been an elaborate ploy to bring this thing down, wether it be to cover or load up, but its one of the two, they want shares simple.

I totally agree, saei is real, and we know what we hold I can stress enough that after the digging I have done this weekend I am more than ever convinced this whole weekend has been nothing more than a fraud, E-mail frauds, fraudulent phone calls, all of the disimformation by people who or short or want in cheaper is the real fraud. The bo offer is real, and I belive there will be more interest from other parties, and maybe even higher negotiations with the russian, not to mention monday we are 1 week from the CC, with more prs to come before then. hold stong

I dont believe the e-mails because there were two e-mails posted both with exact same time on them, with different titles for the guy sending them, and different company names. But the content was exactly the same in the body, and time stamp was the same, and it wasnt the indonesia time stamp. Now how did he send two e-mails at the very same time, and why the different titles and company names on the e-mail, and why were they sent from a time zone he wasnt in supposedly?

The guy you are refering to that has supposedly disowned the report is a fraud and scamer himself, I spoke to this guy and believe me he is a fraud

as anyone can set up a cell phone, and a web site with phone numbers, the web site you guys all reference only has greg parham on it, and his number, the cell phone number is the only working number on the site, rest you get nothing, also when you try to look at company officers and directors on the site you all refer to with greg parham on it the link doesnt work. I have navigated the whole site, no contact info except for him and no officers and directors list, is he a one man operation?

There are many things here that debunk all of this scam talk. One as you said it trades on air so the float is still low, Two the late 43-101 as I said earlier, no reason to put it out late if you are just making it up in the office and sticking a forged name on it you can easily have that on time or early (would look really good on you and pump the company even more)(and if your going to risk jail why not do it good), Three even with a slight name misspelling you cant use the 2nd, 5th what ever richest person in russia, 39 or 24th depending on which site you read richest person in the worlds name in a PR and it not get noticed by someone and get back to that person within hours, if not minutes (intresting to note I found him listed as the 2nd richest person in russia in 2010, but he was listed as the 5th in 2008 so its a simple mistake depends on list you look at). Also intresting to note I found an article on ruthers where his company raised 100.6m in funds today, hmm thats about exactly what they would need to buy saei for 1.75 per share. Ok 4th, the 43-101 has been out for long enough, the mining world is not a huge world, miners know what other miners are doing. A respected geoloigst from a respected company isnt going to have his name filed on a report, it be out for days with huge numbers, and he not know about it, if he didnt write it it would have gotten back to him, and the report would have been already in question. question, if the 43-101 is fake, and this is a scam, why put it out later than expected? is the whole purpose was to pump this thing wouldnt they have put it out by the 5th, or better yet friday afternoon when we were trading in the 60's last week to prob the price up for the run on the BO offer? whats happening is flippers and day traders are flipping shares back and forth, and alot of people are taking gains and running, even though we getting 1.75+ per share we gotta remember alot of people have 400%+ gains at this level so they are happy with their 1000's of dollars in profit, but not me I want my 1.75 min

I think what we are seeing over the last bit is MM's shaking out the weak so those shares can go to institutions. I think thats what happened around 4.00 and thats what happening here, institutions are gathering up as many shares as they can. Once we get HIFU approved in the us I believe this company will be valued around 500 million+ which gives us a stock price of $45.00 + I think any tender offers right now would have to be above the $20.00 mark to even be thought about. This stock is a sleeping giant waiting to happen
