Sorry we were having technical difficulties. Should be fixed now.
I just reported this issue to the feeds team to take a look at it.
I'm showing that it's fine.
Perfect! Getting this fixed now!

That would be the next logical thing to do since we're not planning on being a broker. We'll see...we do have a lot of cool things in the pipe that will be coming out shortly though.

Hi PlanTrader,
That would be awesome to do. This is something that I really want on the site and hopefully we'll have soon. As of now, no.

Hi trade15,
Unfortunately, the monitor puts the stocks in alphabetical order. We're working on the monitor now and making it more user friendly. You'll be able to set it up that way once we're done with the monitor modifications. I don't have an e.t.a. on this. As for the Microscope feature, unfortunately you can only view one chart at a time unless you open up new tabs or windows with those other charts.

Try refreshing your Level 2.
Looks fine to me.
It sounds to me as if it is a cookie problem, but it should be easy to solve.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options.
Click the Delete or Delete Cookies button to delete your Cookies and also your Temporary Internet Files.
Go to the Security tab. Ensure the slider is set to Medium (not Medium-High or Custom).
Go to the Privacy tab. Ensure the slider is also set to Medium (not Medium-High or Custom).
Under the slider in Privacy is a button marked "Sites". Click on this and add www.advfn.com to the allowed list.
Click OK and OK and close ALL of the internet browsers you have open.
In Firefox select the Privacy tab and hit Clear Now (cache, cookies, and history).
Close and re-open your internet browser and then try logging on iHub again. If you still have problems please let me know.
Thanks,
Erwin

Please uninstall and reinstall Java. Go to java.com and click on the blue button there to download and install the latest version. Once it is installed restart your computer.
If you are still having problems after this please make sure your Java plug-ins are activated by going to Tools in Internet Explorer then down to Manage Add-Ons (if there is a sub-menu here please click on Enable or Disable Add-Ons).
Make sure everything published by Sun Microsystems Inc (in the second column) is enabled. There should be 3 or 4 seperate items in the list for this.
Once they are enabled you should have no more problems with the site.
For Firefox, go to Tools and then Add-Ons. Now go to Plugins, and make sure everything that says Java on it, is enabled.
If the Add-Ons are already enabled and you are still having problems, please let me know.
Regards,
Erwin

This should solve the problem that MAC users sometimes get if they have clicked 'deny access' for the ADVFN certificate. If they have done that, it will stop streaming from working. The fix works with MAC OS 10.4 or later:
#Step 1
Log on to your computer with an administrative account.
#Step 2
Navigate to the "Utilities" folder in the "Applications" section of the Mac hard drive.
#Step 3
Double-click on the "Keychain Access" icon to open the certificate application.
#Step 4
Select "Certificates" from the list of categories in the lower left corner of the window.
#Step 5
Click on the 'ADVFN' certificate
#Step 6
Go to "Edit" in the top menu bar and select "Delete." Click "Delete" to confirm the decision.
Unfortunately, we're having technical difficulties with our "Trades" feature. This should be fixed shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It actually shows the last 100 trades.
It sounds like you have corrupted data stored on your computer and you need to delete your ADVFN java cache folder. This is quite easy, please follow these instructions:
Close all of your open Internet browsers, even ones not displaying advfn.com
Go to My Computer > C Drive > Documents and Settings (or "Users" in Vista) > [Folder with your name on it] and delete the folder marked ADVFN.
You should now be able to log in and view the Level 2 page normally.
