The FORD reverse split is happening. Just got approved at the shareholders meeting-

Since the stock has traded below $1 for so long, they have to do a reverse split in order to maintain their Nasdaq listing. I agree with the plan. Not sure of the date...but guessing fairly soon.
I'm an ARC buyer in the $2.60's. Now a 7.5% dividend yield ha. Maybe it's because so many stocks have run and I can't find much to buy...but this one looks like a great risk/reward down here. Get a terrific dividend yield, and a chance the stock rebounds to $3+ in the coming weeks/months
Sold the rest of my CRWS. Wow $5.80's is a great reaction to a meh quarter. Imagine if earnings had come in at .22-.25/share! Gotta love when numbers come in quite a bit below where you're thinking...and the stock STILL gets a nice pop. Why I'm a big fan of easy comps.
Thanks for the FORD info. I'm still puzzled by the CEO's comments in December. Followed this one for many years, and I think that was the most bullish I've ever heard him. So the quarterly results yest very underwhelming.
I trimmed some shares. A little surprised by the strong bid after the bummer quarter. Only reason I'll stick around is the low float. All it seems to take lately on these random moonshots. If FORD sells off before/after the upcoming reverse split, I may even add some shares and hope for a miracle.
Anyone still have ARC? Been slipping recently and starting to look attractive again. Boring stock with flat to declining numbers lately...and probably more of the same when they report on 2/28. But they continue to generate a ton of cash and pay down debt. Probably a decent place to park a few bucks with the 7.3% dividend yield. And the stock has a good chance of bouncing back to the low-mid $3's later this year imo
Sweet call on OGN. Nice pop today!
Ha my bad on SMCI. Heck I shoulda pounded the table a few weeks ago!
Maybe you could send SIF an email with suggestions ha. Another bummer of a quarter. Sequential revenue decline & bigger net loss both disappointing. Only silver lining is the continued strong backlog. But I don't know why they don't feel a sense of urgency when it comes to improving the bottom line.
SIF one of several weak reports I saw late yest. Guess not a surprise when companies wait til the last day to report. FRD back to their hedging loss ways. And remember how the FORD CEO sounded really upbeat in their fiscal Q4 report in late December. No clue why as the Q1 numbers (Q1 ended in December) were pretty lousy. Ugh.
SMCI up another 11%, or $89, today to $880. Trading over $900 AH! Might get to $1,000 by end of the week at this rate. Perfectly normal action...
Yeah impressive market bounce today! The rebound started late yesterday. Not even the concerning inflation numbers yest AM can keep buyers away for long.
Nice pop on ESP. Opened at $24 yest after the strong earnings report. And hit a low of $24.27 this morning. Before shooting up to $27 this afternoon. Good trading opportunity. Plenty of those in this market...
IMMR anyone? Numbers last quarter weren't very good and you've got the Singer stink. But pretty exciting news this morning with META-
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/immersion-signs-license-agreement-meta-140000534.html
The legal win for IMMR was sniffed out over the weekend. Why the stock jumped on Monday to the mid $8's. But now the stock is slightly lower than it was before the Meta news?? Weird. I picked up a few shares in the $6.70's.
IMMR has a stellar balance sheet with over $5/share in cash & investments. Seems like a favorable risk/reward. And this META news has some pump potential...especially considering the monster run that stock has been on. The 8K filing somehow had more detail than the PR. Looks like IMMR gets $17.5M. And probably more down the line? Details still a bit fuzzy. At least their legal expense should go down with this resolution. From the 8K-
On February 9, 2024, Immersion entered into a Patent License and Settlement Agreement (the “License and Settlement Agreement”) with Meta, pursuant to which the parties have agreed to terms for resolving the Litigation and Meta will license, on a non-exclusive basis, Immersion’s patent portfolio for use in its products. Under the License and Settlement Agreement, in consideration for the license and releases granted therein, Immersion expects to receive approximately $17,500,000, after deducting for legal fees related to the Litigation (and other pending litigation) and other liabilities. Pursuant to the License and Settlement Agreement, Immersion and Meta have agreed to terms for dismissal by them of the outstanding Litigation and inter partes reviews of Immersion’s patents.

Anyone check out GENC from last week? Thought it was a great report, and GENC looks like a cheap infrastructure play. Stock was pushing $17 just a couple days ago. Now back in the $15's. I'm adding shares.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/gencor-releases-first-quarter-fiscal-210500246.html
Totally agree on CRWS. I was hoping for earnings in the low-mid .20's since they said it was the big quarter for Manhattan Toy.
Happy the stock is still up 4% today. On top of what has been a nice run from the mid $4's (since the better Q2 numbers in November). I also thought it might be down a bit today.
There wasn't much to the CC. Sounds like a tough space. I like the dividend otherwise I would sell it all. Plus the quarter reported this morning looks great (even though it really wasn't), so the stock may keep edging higher in this bubbly market.
ESOA up 18%? After a director filed to sell a chunk of shares. Um ok. Wasn't expecting to see this one back over $8 so quickly.

Nice 8% pop on OPXS today to the $6.40's. Actually there was a brief dip to the $5.50's yest. I grabbed a couple but the Russell was in meltdown mode...so I thought it was gonna get cheaper. Nope. Right back up. This one more of a trader for me, so I'm doing some trimming up here.
CSPI recovering so I guess the CC went well. Stock was down a few bucks this morning. Thought this might be worth a scalp on the short side into earnings, since it was likely to be a rough Q1 comp. Dang!
Outlook sounds very bullish. But I sure wouldn't be buying this stock near $30 considering they lost money last quarter.
Another solid quarter for CRWS. As expected, nice looking comp thanks to the Manhattan Toy acquisition. But excluding that, the results were kinda meh. Fiscal Q3 top & bottom lines were both down a bit sequentially. I was actually disappointed the numbers weren't more blockbuster. As they said the Dec quarter is the seasonally strongest for Manhattan Toy.
Luckily the stock still getting a pop to $5.50. I like the dividend yield of 5.8%. But am trimming some into the strength.

Nibbling on MITQ in the low .70's but doesn't look like any rush. Not one I want a ton of anyway. Quarter was ugly as expected. And like nelson said, the commentary sounded cautious short-term. So that's not great. BUT the stock has a low float. The right PR would launch it over $1. So I think this low floater is an ok gamble down here.
QBAK had a nice report, but it's on the pinks. If it were on Nasdaq, stock would probably be soaring 100% today. At least...
Guessing that's why it sounds like they want to get listed again. Why did they delist in the first place then? Good luck if you're playing. QBAK was a frustrating hold for me back in the day. They have some very lumpy quarters.

I saw DTSS go across my CNBC ticker this morning in the $4's. And I thought that was crazy. What a bargain it was only up 200% ha
If someone could kindly let us know tomorrow's 10-bagger (no news even required!), would be much appreciated.
DTSS went over $20!! WTF! No news. Unprofitable China stock. And traders can't get enough. Buy your favorite low floaters and wait for the insanity...
Ha DTSS was up 700%?!? From the $1's to a premarket high in the $11's. All on no news?? Have people completely lost their minds?
DTSS looks like today's low float rocket. Up 370% premarket! And these earnings were out yesterday morning? Sure doesn't take much to launch one these days...
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/datasea-reports-second-quarter-fiscal-143500389.html
I think MITQ gets a low float pop over $1 later this year. But the report tomorrow is going to be a stinker. They've already told us that. Will be hurt by the Hollywood strike. Seasonally weak quarter too.
Maybe I'm way off. I'm holding some MITQ so would love to be wrong. But one thing I've learned over the years...when a company says the quarter is going to suck...you should believe them.
VIRC right back in the low $9's. Rebuying the shares I sold yesterday. Not the most encouraging action though...
Good luck on CSPI earnings tomorrow morning. Still seems like a dangerous hold over $30. Outlook will be bullish, but the stock is up nearly 50% from the lows of a week ago! I think fiscal Q1 revenues & earnings could be down vs last year, which may splash a little cold water on the recent run. I'd even be tempted to short a few shares in a normal market. But this isn't a normal market.
NTWK report caught my eye as well. I didn't quite understand all the numbers. Does this make sense?
From today's earnings PR-
"On a constant currency basis, GAAP net loss attributable to NETSOL for the second quarter of fiscal 2024 totaled $(902,000) or $(0.08) per diluted share."
Good luck to those shorting anything in this market. Look at the insanity on DBGI today. Up 300% on a nothing PR. From the $2's to the $12's. Over 35M shares traded. And it could go even higher...before the inevitable plunge back to reality.
Congrats on DBGI! Now in the $12's!?! On the same exact guidance they gave last month haha. This market has lost its mind...
ELTK down 20% on the news. Interesting that they did an offering. ELTK is posting strong profits and they've got a healthy balance sheet. Guess the stock zooming from $4 last May to over $20 was just too tempting. Might as well take advantage...
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/eltek-announces-pricing-public-offering-233700303.html
ESOA put up great revenues & earnings for their fiscal Q1, considering the seasonality. But the backlog is down some. And the stock had run up a bunch from the $3's.
Was tempted to short a few when I made this post after the report yesterday. Was trading around $7.40 AH. Dropped below $6 this morning. Dang!
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173830331
I'm guessing the stock continues to trade in a wide range. Probably some nice trading opportunities. But with the stock up so much...and current Q2 being another seasonally weak quarter...I'll likely watch from the sidelines.
Whoa DBGI soaring from the $2's to as high as $10+ premarket!?! On this fluffy PR. Hope you've got shares to unload. What a gift! Markets are ridiculously frothy...
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/dbgi-reaffirms-2024-guidance-commits-133000019.html
On ESP, I don't worry about attaching a P/E because it's so subjective. Instead you may want to factor the strong balance sheet into your valuation. ESP sitting on $7/share in cash & investments. Only negative I saw in the report- backlog was down slightly on a sequential basis, from $87.1M to $84.8M.
Stock should get a nice pop tomorrow. Not sure if I want to chase in the mid $20's. Still undervalued but it's already had a sizable run from where a lot of us liked it in the mid teens. Probably will snag a few at the open, just because everything seems to go higher & higher in this red hot market.
Yep on ESP. Sounds like the next 2 quarters for ESP will be similar revenue wise to the just reported Q2. But I guess there were a couple of higher margin shipments in Q2 that won't repeat. So earnings will drop back some. Stock still looks undervalued. What a steal this was around $15 a few months ago!
OPXS fiscal Q1 numbers come in about as expected. Great looking comp, but I don't think a .06 quarter is going to move a stock in the $5's. However the backlog is still strong, and the shipment schedule in the 10Q looks exciting. $8M in Q2, $9.6M in Q3, $9.4M in Q4! Wow we could be looking at a series of .20-.30 EPS quarters coming up. I'll gladly be adding if we see a dip.

Congrats on ESP. Stellar quarter, altho the CEO did say there were a couple of positive 1-timers that boosted revenues & earnings-
Mr. David O’Neil, President and CEO, commented,
The financial results for this quarter are exceptional. The team has done an outstanding job. In addition to an overall improvement in operational efficiency, the increase in quarterly sales was augmented with two one-time shipments that were significant contributors to the quarter’s results, boosting the bottom line above normal operating margins. The results of this quarter position us well for another solid year. We continue to believe that a portfolio balanced between new design, follow-on production orders and build to print contracts is a positive strategy for bottom-line growth in ensuing years. Our backlog remains strong as we continue to look for new opportunities to grow our business.
Looks like good timing on ESOA. Stock down a bit AH after reporting great fiscal Q1 revs/earnings considering the seasonality. But backlog down sequentially from $229.8M to $185.9M. And Q2 is another seasonally weaker quarter. I think the stock slips lower considering it was in the $3's in December.

VIRC back over $10. Great job by the board on this one Friday. Easy 10% gain. Probably keeps recovering, but I'm already trimming.
TRT now up a tidy 12% from the open. And it's not like it was a terrific quarter or anything. Just a very bubbly environment. Bring on the earnings reports!
