Agreed, it’s all starting to come together.
Hey Oakley,
Thanks for the information.
Why? Donnelly going to testify that we will have a million cura users by the 4th qtr next year? Does he even still work for the company?
Things are going so well that the lead engineer isn't needed........
We are out of the mechanical / automotive business. We don’t need automotive engineers.
Seeing as all of Torvec's original technology has failed to be monetized it doesn't surprise me.
I would love to hear from Donnelly about his “testimony”. Why was the media blitz stopped after the cheese interview? DK is no better than Jim.
Stop posting false information. Lance F Drummon is not on the board. However Lance Drummond is on the board.
Check your facts before you decide to post false information.
What happened to the guy from Freddie Mac? He’s gone?
I did post it. In its entirety.
I gave you the month. You find it. BTW it is the full post.
It's the same, still over. Still listed........lets all try and sell and see what happens to the price.
"Doctor Dino's diagnosis is that the smart money is starting to move in (48,000 shares traded) while the dumb money is just dumb for moving out.
Dino" December 2007.
Approaching the 4th qtr of 2019. What is the status of Donnelly's "testimony"? Anyone know?
"Donnelly was very comfortable
saying he expects hundreds of thousands of CURA B2B users in 2019 back in June. Guess he thinks CURA is salable." Oakie December 2018
Your post is false. You aren't my friend.
You are correct. Please substitute ~3.33 years for 5 years.
How far we have fallen. Posting about a 3 year sublease is great news.....
LMAO, $.13 is good news? That's how far we have fallen. 5 year SUB lease? You think it can be enforced in bankruptcy? Per the last 10-Q we still owe $1.4 million for inventory but we signed a 5 year sublease so things look great? Wonder how the vendor for the watch is feeling?
Talk about the eternal optimist......"breathe in, breathe out...."
Neither did JG or KG....
No shares have traded..........If someone really wanted 100,000 shares they would raise the bid. It's only PENNIES!. Apparently life is no longer good?
Is it a lease or sublease? Is it for 1 year or 5 years?
"so that no one panics"
That's funny. I think the majority are hoping for a miracle but have already written this investment off.
Can't argue with any of that. It's all about getting TG and management as much of the money they have invested or loaned in as possible. The rest of us are collateral damage IMO.
Doesn’t matter. TG owns most of the preferred. They will sell the pump. The cash will go to pay back loans and to the preferreds imo.
He’s not stupid. He knows the common stock is almost worthless. That’s why he is loaning the money.
But not confident enough to put it in common stock and stand in line with the rest of us? How about Donnelly’s testimony? More smoke being blown? What about the Miami PR blitz......
Who wouldn't know the answer?
Loan or common stock?
Rochester Business Hall of Fame member and he put all his eggs in one basket with the pump........Please, just give us the straight scoop.
It would be nice if the CEO gave us an honest assessment of the probability of the common shareholders ever getting anything. However I'm not holding my breath.
This will go down in my investment history as the worst mistake I ever made. Thankfully I wasn't as foolish and greedy as my friend. "life is good" but would have been even better without Torvec. Breathe in.......
It is a waste of time and effort to post it and to read it. It's over and everyone knows it. I just wish I was the guy who was stupid for selling at $3.
My point. They would be taking common stock instead of loans if the common was going to see $1. I think there is only one guy who doesn't believe that....or won't admit it.
Why aren't they taking back common stock?
Any cash they get for the pump will go to operating expenses, repayment of loans, and the preferred shareholders. If the powers that be really believed they would be taking common shares instead of loans. They aren't idiots. They know how to get their money out.
How many shares traded today at $.11? It’s over for the commons. It ended with the PH cluster.
No chance the common ever gets to a $1. Never going to happen.
IMO he’s doing what needs to be done to get TG as much of his money back as possible.
Key word is loan. He gets paid back when they sell the "moon landing" pump.
Can you sell today for $.11? The currrent volume at $.11 is 0.
Losing money is never fun, but I just can't help but laughing at the guy who said people for fools to sell at $3.....Yea those guys were stupid.
I love the optimism but any money raised by a sale of the pump will fund the repayment of the equity raises and the preferred shareholders as it should be. Frankly, without them we are out of business anyways. Commons will get nothing. Circle of life.
What's amazing is at anyone would make those types of statements knowing JG's legacy. At this point just go under or go private and put us out of our misery.
The smartest guy in town. It's over..............Dino LOL, Life is good!
