At 10c and 20c the market cap starts to look a bit high, but crazier things have happened on the BB! Been watching this for awhile now and the stock certainly seems to have some good support. The charts are looking beautiful for a short pop and that golden cross coming should really sweeten the deal, GLTA!

It would appear so, then again we already know some of Dicon's products are made over seas. No surprise there.
Oh yeah!!! They walled it up pretty good on the higher resistance at .94, the second the bid thinned out, it was time to flip
Congrats Traders!
.85 to .94 imo
Sry put a double of the same image, here is the receipt.

Funny thing happened today. I was walking through the mall here in downtown Indianapolis. I ran across a Bostonian shoe store and remembered reading in the Dicon acquisition PR about them supplying products to Bostonian and Puma. I stopped in the store and started looking at the shoes and lifted the insoles on all of them. The back side read, Antibacterial and Antifungal. I thought this could be the product but needed to see Dicon or spongetech somewhere. I asked the clerk if he carried separate insoles for all the shoes and he went to the back and brought me this lovely little package that said DRYZ on them. Well these were it. I know most already knew this, but it is nice to see them being distributed and for sale. I decided to buy a pair for you all to see.
I have enclosed the pictures as proof, the receipt doesn't say dries on them, however, all you have to do is enlarge the images and match the barcode to the receipt.

After looking on the back of my reciept, I saw the information
The Clarks Company, N.A. I decided to look into the company.

I recommend all to google DRYZ and Clarks, the list is endless, the insoles are sold by alot of shoe manufacturers all over the WORLD! GLTA!
I had saw 5.7 yesterday. Does this number the amount of shares collective IB users hold? If so people are still buying.

Don't know if it common for NITE to be on this list? MAybe someone can clarify?
"The public is becoming somewhat more aware of the Urban Legend of naked shorting."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naked_short_selling
In 2008, SEC chairman Christopher Cox said that the SEC "has zero tolerance for abusive naked short-selling" while implementing new regulations to prohibit the practice, culminating in the September 2008 action following the failures of Bear Sterns and Lehman Brothers amidst speculation that naked short selling had played a contributory role.[8][18] Cox said that "the rule would be designed to ensure transparency in short-selling in general, beyond the practice of naked short-selling."[8]
urban legend, right!
The SEC and FINRA can't stop a company from releasing it's financials.(or can they?) Clearly the company is not in risk of going bankrupt or going under, they have financing and income from product that is currently selling. Let's hope SPNG has good some good lawyers and some good allies holding their stock.

Exhanges, NITE and PINK
There is an artificial spread here, IMO to accumulate shares or squeeze a little more profit out of this thing.

Interesting find, can't find a current one however.
Same here TDA, I wonder what the highest someone has sold for since the range has been .04-.05?
.047 seems to be the lucky number. Has anybody sold any, if so at what price?
nice rant! lol, All i gathered from that was high risk/high reward, I have to agree.
We have all the evidence we need to support the fact that spng is still in business. Deals are being made and products are on store shelves. What would make them quit now? I also agree the lack of info and updates is, well, unfortunate. Nevertheless, the company is still visible and investing at these levels is really quite harmless. Follow the simple rules of investing, don't use money you don't have and understand the risk. All IMO of course.
I got some at .047 as well, my limit was at .049 but filled there anyway. No complaints!
"On July 9, 2009 (the “Closing Date”), we consummated the acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of Dicon Technologies, LLC (“Dicon”), pursuant to that certain Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of July 9, 2009, which we entered into with Dicon and the equity owners of Dicon as sellers (the “Dicon Equityholders”). Pursuant to the Agreement, we acquired 100% of the membership interests in Dicon, for a purchase price of $2,350,000. In addition, we paid off Dicon’s loan with Wachovia Bank, of approximately $2.2 million , and agreed to provide Dicon with (i) up to an additional $250,000 for Dicon’s purchase of manufacturing equipment for a second production line dedicated to the manufacturing of our products, as well as (ii) an inter-company credit line of $270,000 for Dicon’s general working capital needs."
Spng paid 4.5mil for company(dicon and it's debt). Dicon had a 3.5mil building and 1mil in profits each year(4.5mil). Great deal for spng and dicon! Dicon was in debt and with the economy potentially turning south, Celio sold off, and got to keep a good job and 2.3 mil! Not bad deal!
Of course you are going to ask, Where did spng get that money from, they had no cash on their books and a huge amount of a/r. The a/r on the books was for the period ending feb 28, it would be safe to say spng collected some of that money. Also remember the t.v. commercial that ran all summer? Instant cash.

Consider the nearly 2.5 million dicon had in debt, spongetech paid that off for them.
SpongeTech COO Steven Moskowitz commented, "We had such a great response from the AAPEX show last year, which resulted in orders from retailers around the globe, that it was imperative for us to participate again this year."
Still lying with the SEC watching and supposedly the DOJ, hmmm don't think so! Swing and a miss, better luck with your next "scam" ;)

Spongetech has solved this problem. Everyone should take a minute to look how this foam is created.
Hydrophilic Foam.
" The polyurethane prepolymer is foamed in the presence of an aqueous component, preferably water, in the conventional manner known in the art. The aqueous component may also be a water slurry or suspension, a water emulsion, or a water solution having water soluble materials disposed therein. The reaction mixture which contains at least the polyurethane prepolymer, and a quaternary ammonium compound having germicidal properties. The reaction mixture typically contains further constituents which take part in reaction whereby the polyurethane foams which exhibit an antimicrobial benefit are formed. During the reaction wherein the polyurethane foam is formed, the amount of water present in the reaction mixture reacts with the free isocyanate groups to release carbon dioxide, which blows the polyurethane prepolymer into a cross-linked, open-celled foam which is rendered hydrophilic by the integral entrapment of excess water in the cell walls of the foam matrix. When the reaction mixture is allowed to set in molds, a flexible, resilient foam body of the desired shape is formed. Alternately the reaction mixture may be applied to a substrate such as sheet, plate, film but especially a silicone coated release sheet and allowed to set, which may provide a flexible resilient foam body in a generally planar or sheet form. "
The beauty to Spongetech's product is simple. The sponge is made with two parts, polyurethane prepolymer and water.(or anything waterbased)When the water interacts with the prepolymer, CO2 gas is released as a bi product of the reaction. That CO2 released is what gives the sponge the volume as it expands the mixture. After the reaction is complete, all water is turned into CO2 and all that is left is polyurethane and the water soluble ingredients. Only the water reacts and all other water based chemicals are left behind, and remain in the foam, they market this as the "soap infusion process". The sponge literally is soap! That is why it is the smarter sponge, and given enough time and marketing this product will replace every single cleaning sponge in homes all over the world.
I can't find it, been looking for a sec(lol) now!
Thanley you from Indy? Were did you get those pics from?
703,990,000(ish) shares traded!
32,000,000(ish) dollars traded!

Thought the stock was dead?
do some digging, i'll give you the first one, paulson!
"In the financial world, the "best and brightest" do not go for government jobs making 40k a year."
LOL sure they do, after they "retire" from their wall street jobs first!
Expectations kill! remember to be realistic!
Drakeford loses their license( due to PPDA), reg - sho, huge volume and $$$ on OTCBB, letters from "concerned investors" to sec. Alot of flags, people are suprised they are being investigated. Doubt it is because of fraud, just alot for the SEC not to ignore.
I'm with you! The sooner the better. Trying to bring a company down like spng, by calling the retailers and people they advertise with IMO is next to impossible. SPNG is deep rooted and has multiple distributors, advertising venues, and markets. This may work for a company that has a handful of these, not spng. IMO the biggest success the company has had, is the launch of the tv commercial. Direct sales and high margins. Hard to call every person in america and ask them not to buy a spongebob sponge or car wash kit.
The 10k will come when it does. Typically companies have 90 days to perform the audit. Consider the fact that they also need to re do past years, that may extend it a bit. My expectations are mid - late december(IMO). Followed by a q1 2010 10q, and mid Jan a q2 2010 10q.
I doubt those companies would entertain harassment. All they see is, spng shipping us product, product sells, we profit. Doubt they care about the politics behind the stock. Spng is advertising ALOT, companies want products that are well advertised! The 400k a day spng spends on advertising isn't for fun, that is what it takes to get involved with these retailers.
I wouldn't entertain the thought. Been alot of rumors on the board.
wow, they got alot of experience onboard
No I didn't know that, lol.
Traders really hard at work on spng, lol no bid/ask, low volume, grey market, seems like a great stock to trade!
