Mellowbird - And I thought you were just making a comparison of Lehman's bankruptcy to rubbernecking an accident. My apologies and thanks for your continued concern.
Mellowbird - There is a difference. A traffic accident is usually a singular "event" that one happens by and observes randomly. You usually can't or do not return to it. You are returning to this board by choice after trading in this stock. You had an investment here and apparently still have a strong connection to it. That's not rubbernecking, it's something else imo.

Thank you. Given the time already spent to get ready, one would hope that next wait could be avoided but maybe not.
RE: Good question but I will not be worried about it.
Ok so why are you not worried about it? Can you be more specific? I'm guessing others here might be worried about it.
Toogood - I understand this. Not my question.
E: Some can buy but others can only sell
—-//——//——
It maybe unfair but it is not LBHI that regulates.
LBHI went into this stage that those what they think “more knowledgeable” are allowed to buy.
This quote and response is from my previous post and not the post you are replying to. My second post was asking about timing since the CT's are listed on the expert market currently. Can they be delisted completely if nothing changes in the next few months?

JHawg - There is an ignore feature if you don't want to read a post. You are in control of what you read. I know this is an infuriating situation and you just need to find your chill zone.
JHawg -Am I'm smart enough to know how or why you would decide who is excluded from posting on public forum? Maybe but would I agree? You tell me.
JHawg - Do we want everybody there?
Does it really matter who's there? If anyone here could really change the outcome of this chapter 11, I'd be gobsmacked! What do you know. Tell me now! LMAO
Toogood - There is a context outside of the POR. Time appears to be an issue. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this matter now since its getting closer.

Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.... I love the Mona Lisa painting in the background.
John Rekenthaler from Morningstar gets props from me. Looking back, he crushed the predictions for this past year. 2023 coming up. May we all buy low and/or sell high.

Bring on the conspiracy dramas. Seriously. Buy or sell 1000's of CT's shares on the expert gray market. Can you parlay? Will you? Must you?
Board has been triggered.
Dmize - I found some cool new music thanks to your post.

Let's revisit this in year.
Wake up
Sidedraft - RE: Rex There's an irony in that name not lost on you I'm sure and I agree they are persistent.

It takes a village?
Edits to my posts tonight aren't working. Previews show the typo edits but don't post them. It's ANNOYING since I'm not perfect. So please help.
The most interesting thing is this currently.
Quotations in Expert Market securities are restricted from public viewing. Only broker-dealers and professional or sophisticated investors are permitted to view quotations in Expert Market securities
Despite the restrictions on who can view quotations, the Expert Market does not impose restrictions on who can trade securities. Rule 15c2-11 governs a broker’s ability to submit, publish or distribute quotations (i.e. bids and offers) in OTC securities. The Rule does not apply to the underlying transactions or the ability of an investor to buy or sell a security.
"Retail" can't see who wants what or how much now. Those who own large positions can trade tiny portions of their holdings as market makers.
stoxjock - Thanks for the history of WMIH common stock. The CT's are hybrid and I want to be clear that you are posting a different example here. This might be more appropriate for holders of common Lehman shares. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

IHUB had a glitch when I edited my original post. This is a test with the second.

MRobot - Yes the CT's are left with a 10B claim that has been trading continuously - with a small exception of weeks years ago - and an OBS that holds the owners of multiple preferred and common shares in place.
Keep the Faith!
Lemme try this again. Wait....
It's a conundrum still
now
Wait for it.
Anyone have a new conspiracy theory, not just the old tropes rehashed? The only thing they have going for them now is social media and its efficient simple minded algos.

Low hanging fruit?

You decide.
S404 - Really... scary? Well we all have our fears. Hope you get over that link phobia.
Lehmandoc - On the CNBC website I see LEHNQ: Over The Counter Mkt with the normally displayed information. Go figure....?
https://www.cnbc.com/quotes/LEHNQ?qsearchterm=LEHNQ
It's very annoying. Removing the post numbers makes this site MUCH less helpful. We should ask WHY they did it. My guess is get more people to pay for a subscription to use the "search this board" feature.
S404n1...What numbers for exit make you think the CT's are the exception to ownership since they are higher in priorty? Please explain.
Pagello - Thanks. Interesting reading.
Question - Have posters on Ihub ever posted, shown interest, technically analyzed or questioned this chart? I wanted the full monty view. I find it weirdly fascinating. Click on the max view.

Tweenty Six Years.
Is that 16? So just Too more years to go. Thanks!
JHawg - I agree. And it's confusing when clues seem to be everywhere you look, yet this world is always spinning things and our actual answers are subordinated to a POR that lives on...and on...and on.
Take your own advice and relax?
JHawg - It isn't easy being hybrid.
