Hat Trick Beverages Inc. (HKBV.PK) the issuer is pleased to announce that it has secured interest from a single Master Franchisee for the exclusive distribution area of Australasia. Australasia is a region of Oceania: New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and neighbouring islands in the Pacific Ocean.

The deal is currently only for the hot drink beverages division "Tango Cafe". The issuer is confident that the cold drink division may also be negotiated, and incorporated into the agreement as well, which the purchaser is seeking rights to as well. Now that the company is at the doorsteps and virtually weeks away from becoming its own bottler and a drink manufacturing facility, with its recently completed Italian manufacturing facilities infrastructure; finalizing the cold drink division as well will be the company's next logical step.

The company projects that this agreement when rolled out will produce additional revenues in the $ 3,000,000 to $5,000,000 dollar range within the next 15 to 18 months. This sum does not take into account franchise royalty earnings which could add another 7% to the gross sum.

I went over to my other beverage board this morning and urged them to come and take a look at how a board should look like.

Nope not that one, click on my name you'll see. There's just a bunch of negative crap on that board. I think I should have sold out on the last run up...

I wish there was this much excitment on the other "beverage" stocks board I own and I really wish I had the same position here. Why don't some of you come over and help a poor fella out!

This is a great board and a GREAT Stock!

Seems to be. I am long with another beverage company and I wish I had the same position with BBDA. The shareholders here really stand behind the company. It's nice to see. Got is last week and hope to get some more today.

As previously announced, these shares were allocated to acquire Palm Beach Specialty Coffee and distribution rights for Lamborghini Beverages for North America, which have now been abandoned.

In other Company news, Hat Trick has received an unsolicited offer to be acquired by a European based publicly traded Company on the Frankfurt Germany exchange. They have expressed strong interest in the Company's portfolio of in novative beverages and vending machines, as well as the recently acquired manufacturing capabilities in Italy.

The Company is currently reviewing the proposal, and will be assessing the value of the offer over the next few days, before making any recommendations as to whether to proceed with the sale of these assets, or an outright merger with the prospective buyer.
