Dear Readers,
I came across two very nice public companies which are both in the very same business of Radiation Therapy Services Centers. The only thing different is that one company is a giant in this field and the other is a start up. The amazing thing about these two companies is that they are the only public companies in this sector. Radiation Therapy Services (NASDAQ:RTSX) currently trading at $27.32 had been a monopoly the only public company in the industry. RTSX did $100million in revenue for their 2nd QT earning a net income of $10Million. Now get a load of this, on Oct 19, 2007 Vestor Capital Partners agreed to acquire RTSX for a whopping $32.50 a share a deal worth $1.1 Billion dollars.
Now comes along our little unknown gem in the exact same medical field doing the exact same thing as RTSX. Oncology Med, Inc (PINKSHEETS: ONCO) This beauty of a Company has already secured two million dollars in Contracts and is aggressively expanding their Radiation Therapy Services Centers in PA and OH. Could this little baby become the very next RTSX? Well that’s why EDS profiles, follows and brings you these unique Companies which in fact can become the next Wall Street darlings. When you read this Company Profile, I am sure that you will see what we’ve discovered for you in an undervalued situation.
Oncology Med, Inc. is a public company engaged in the fulfillment of a variety of services related to the treatment of various cancers. Today our clients range from world class cancer treatment centers to local and regional cancer treatment centers. We have continued to grow in the scope of our services offered and in the geographical areas served, supporting over 25 radiation oncology centers from Florida to New England. Expansion opportunities exist both domestically and internationally.

There are about 5 - 7 of us Longs, aside from Doc, who hold the majority of shares. I, as well as some other Longs, will not sell any shares until we see double digit PPS. I personally won't sell one share until I see this stock hit .50.....and that is realistic potential considering the business ONCO is in.
If you go into Hot Stock Market.com and type in ONCO, you will see some of the history behind this stock, when it was launched and how it flourished at one time.
All we need is a National or Global rollout of the ONCO approach to Cancer Planned Treatments, Portable to Hospital and/or Treatment Centers, and we will be flying high. I believe at a minimum this stock can hit .50 or higher if the concept is invested in, marketed and launched Nationally in the U.S. alone. No one else is doing this in the marketplace. This is not one of those Penny stocks that are Paper Companies only. This company is real and the application is real. I first invested in ONCO when I saw Dr. Walker on Forbes. We will hit one day, just have to be patient. I was encouraged by what I heard recently about the filing by a new potential investor or owner, Amy Lowden. Not at all familiar with that name, and that is good....!!
Been waiting for more years than I care to remember.....!!
Penny.....very interesting as that is a new name. Your right this could be beginning of acquisition or merger or Investment Bank takeover. Fingers crossed. Again keep in mind when Doc was speaking to me years ago he indicated I should recover 75% of my original investment in the original company. That recovery % would equate to .75 - .85 PPS. I lost 375k in the original company which Doc stepped in and took over many years ago.
There ought to be a law that prohibits munchkin trading.
You have a lot of yellow brick roadies who give this stock away so they can make $50 as their big trading day. This stock hit .02 back in May 2010. Financials consistently run in the black. Munchkins kill the run up always. Doc"s concept of Portable Cancer Treatment Planning with no capital outlay by the hospitals has always been solid......but never got or pursued the funds, private, venture or institutional to take ONCO national or global. If this happens one day we will see close to $1.......unfortunately the good doctor needs to go as he is not an aggressive CEO.
Very unlikely Art. The Doc has proven to me that all his prior promises and commitments did not hold water. Only private interested investor or investment bank would have to show independent unsolicited interest for us to see a turnaround. Our only other shot is Obamacare where solutions will have to be cheaper and demand for our company and the need for seeding could increase...,fingers crossed.
Notice how all the cheerleaders have suddenly and magically disappeared.....
Yes.....like acquisition or new CEO or Merger or Private Equity Takeover....!!
Anytime you see a number of strange new names show up on a board all chattering away to each other about significant volume and pushing PPS upward among the group......just a group of Daytraders doing a pump to hopefully suck newbies in to make a buy they might not normally make and that is what we just experienced......unfortunately. One guy takes the lead and starts the accelerated Buy.....then the chatter chase kicks in and the innocent take the plunge. The Day Boys then sell off what they can from prior Buys at lower PPS....pool tactics at a Day Trader company mandates minimum daily gains......whatever it takes.
Doc used to post here. Interest and/or health dropped off and havent seen his pawprint for years. We had more hope back then.
Valuation should probably be more like .04 right now. Onco operates in the black consistently. If a private equity group takes it over one day my dream of .50-.75 may come true .
After the May 2010 Press Release came out stock jumped to .02 and intermittently higher.....we thought we were on our way and then a slow decline due to lack of continued press. And here we are today. Hope it holds at .0039 but you have $10 trades being made by munchkins which erodes PPS.
Thx Jerseydrew......believe me I hope we all hit it high someday soon. We Senior longs have been waiting for Light Years.....!! Lets all win together,,,,,good luck. The sad story is as you indicate....because of lack of Press and Financials the stock flounders. Doc told me that one day we should see .75 pps.....hoping that arrives. Stock selling for free now so load up. I am sitting and holding.
You obviously arrived here yesterday. First read my post. I said "a majority shareholder"....not thee majority shareholder. 2nd you know nothing about Dr. Walker or the key stakeholders efforts to light a fire under his seat to get this company moving. So suggest you go back to May 2010 and follow company from then until now. Might educate yourself before inserting foot in mouth.
Hope u guys are right.....I am a majority stockholder.....but just seeing a spike in two day volume unsubstantiated does not hold water. It has happened before. I cant find any facts, press or anything to substantiate the spike. Give me a press release or anything in print. I want Onco to win more than both of you guys.
Take note Grant......no one has come forward with any factual news. This is one of those Day Trader barnstorms. Big flurry of trading to take pps up and then sleep city USA.
Day Trader Hype.
Cant find Jack s in terms of news. Must be a bunch of Day Boys hyping in concert with a brokerage snd a quik puff of volume. Can somebody pls tell me I am wrong....!! I for one want this to be real.
Anybody hear anything solid here...? If not we have a bunch of Day Boys pumpin an artificial hype. Any real news anywhere...?
Bader do you still hear about ONCO in the Boston Healthcare arena or has their prior presence fallen off in recent years? There was a time 3 years ago when you mentioned they were fairly visible and well-known in healthcare circles.
Nabbs......I enjoy your spirit and positive outlook and for sure Bader and I hope you are correct in your speculation. About 5 years ago the Doc gave me the impression that the stock could pps at .75 after all his market expansion plans were complete. That was not his quote...more so the % of my deathly loss from the prior company that he could see as a recovery value. Well right now .075 would be a gift....!!
So keep up that positive outlook......same place I was after the May 2010 Press Release......and since that time......POOF....??!!$$&
Now waiting for the train with Bader and the other extended longs......zzzzzzzzz......wake me up when it reaches the Station.
When I see a one day jump I believe one of us longs buys a few shares to psychologically convince ourselves that there could be life. Or someone at the company reads these posts and buys a few shares at accelerated price. .25 would be a gift from the heavens but you never know if a smart investor came in and expanded the business.
Grant.....Bader just confirmed his health but the best thing that could happen to us would be the Doc retiring or stepping aside and some more aggressive owner or equity firm taking over and building some new momentum. As long as Doc sits in the lead seat we are all cooked. Light a candle at the local chuch for Doc to be bought out or a aggressive takeover or merger. That is our only hope.
Called Doc yesterday, 3/20, got a generic voicemail and left him a message on a line
he always answers himself. Not a peep from him. Waiting for return call and will
call again if no call back. Something weird is going on with him as he always answered that line "live" for years.
Hey Nabbss.....old old hat info. Your putting me to sleep. Every long term investor is well aware of yesterday's news. Our only hope is that Doc walks away and some aggressive investor with a satchel of cash and smart PR head takes over. Doc will be 80 yrs old in 5 yrs.....cant believe he wants or can hold on much longer to his Exec seat.
Nabbss.......there was a time when we all believed ONCO was turning the corner.
That time was May 2010. There was a time when Dr Walker would post a message here or answer an email. Now he has completely vanished.... so unless you have some very specific insight we have all walked away from speculation due to Dr Walker's silence.
What the heck is driving our PPS up with recent buys....your not talking about a lot of money with 100,000 shares at .0039....but I find it odd that we are seeing these transactions daily now.
Same to you Baderman.....we have been here for many many many years....let's hope the old cliche' holds steady.....good things come to those who are willing to wait....!!
Well....here we go. We went from a .0035 trade to a .0012 trade for a handful of shares and watched our portfolios diminish by 65%....!! And just when we were getting charged up....some knucklehead dumps 123,000 shares for .0012 for $147.60....maybe they made $20 bucks profit and our PPS takes a huge dive. Doctor Walker....where are you...!!
Doc will be 85 yrs old in ten years. Let's hope for something shorter term or a new Doc...!!
If the 152,000 shares were one trade.....$516. I find it unusual that our stock is seeing so much action after so many months of hibernation. Must be an early Spring...!!
About two days ago I sent another email to the good Doctor. I simply asked him how he was doing and if he was still around......no reply. I do wonder if he is not well.
Bader......when you see 100's of 1000's of shares being bought at our substandard pps.....you will know something is cooking.
Not a word of reply from the Doc. And I sent him email at both addresses.....and only asked him how he was doing...and encouraged him to make a Posting to IHUB to let us all know how the company is doing. Radio Silence...not a word back after 5 days of waiting.
Bader my good old friend.......you said it straight. .50 is a pipedream, maybe we will have to settle for .25.....LOL...!!
The Doc once told me "live".....he has invested a tremendous amount of his life in this company and he would never have made the investment if he didn't feel it had a great chance of success.
Well....let's hope his perpetual silence is not a sign of departure. I have sent him personal email and no reply. I actually sent it to both ONCO email addresses. Nada in return.
Grant....I am with you. Now 62 years old and the Doc is 75 or 76......I have sent him friendly email, no reply of late. Not sure if he is still around or not. Maybe we will all get lucky and they will sell the company for .50 a share.....!! I will retire at age 68....6 more years of Corporate imprisonment....but I will maximize Soc Security Benefits for my wife and myself. Meanwhile, hoping for the ONCO Train....like everyone.
Nabbss.....I sure hope you know something that I don't....because I have been waiting at the Train Station for 4-5 years now.....so I agree with Bader.....let's hope the Good Doctor catches the next Outbound Train, and the sooner the better.
Bader......sent you an email, no reply. Check your Junk/Spam mail.....
