Oh really??! How do you think you're getting your shares, by osmosis?!
The bid/ask today is about 50 to 1. The 0.0002's don't look far away and the BIG buyers @ 0.0003 just don't seem to want to spend the big bucks LOL. I wonder how doghouse sales are going?
Critical faulty data dissemination may have occurred when ResellerMike shared a hard copied list of EXPO EXPOSED economy pet dot com. Ohhhhhh?! Did anyone call any of those dealers to see if they REALLY had a relationship with EXPO?! I think those that did and already know would just say: Everyone should do their own DD . The fools will always trip over themselves. Summertime and the living is easy <<< great song! EXPH share sales to increase??? Oh WOWZA, would I ever guess this?! JMO, I did months ago ... coming soon TBD
EXPO was EXPOSED when they failed to perform. They have diluted ANOTHER 230 MILLION shares, took in renters of their business space AND sold tools/equipment on Ebay so far in 2011. They have reported less FULL and PART-TIME employees from May to June. Yep, it sure looks like a long hot summer for EXPO. To be continued ...
You forgot to say EXPO has diluted shareholder's EXPH another 230 million shares so far in 2011, sold part of their equipment on Ebay AND taking in renters of their business space to be open in 2011 at all?!!! PREDICTABLE?! Ohhhhhhhh?!
Underdog, that's the reason you will never see the float. Seems to have gone the way of EXPO financials and Form 3's. PREDICTABLE?! Why has EXPO become so secretive?! Woof, woof?!
Sorry, the lack of ANY significant business to anyone you mentioned is the reason EXPH still trades in the low $0.000's. The shareholders know it! The market knows it! The funders know it and you will know it too when EXPO again reneges on dilution of EXPH. No matter what EXPO says, they are too predictable and I've got them pegged! More than JMHO.
Agree. The silly thing is why even bring it up if they make themselves look like fools. The mindset of these wizards never cease to amaze me. I wonder if EXPO will ever release what income they had in 2010?! Maybe they will release an APPROXIMATE amount minus mention of anything important??
Did anyone see the two trades that went off when the bid was 0.0002 and ask was 0.0004? It happened at 9:36:03 for 1,225,220 and 9:52:56 for 743,113. It's not that the end #'s were 220 and 113 or that the price was not the *bid* or the *ask* BUT smack in the middle @ 0.0003, it was I saw these same #'s implanted in volume on certain days in March. The fact that some here don't notice these things does not change the fact that I noticed AND am publically pointing this out. It happened and some here know why. Glad I could be of help. Go EXPO!
By the way, can anyone explain how a publically traded company would sell tools through a personally held Ebay account? EXPO has their own Federal Tax ID # and I wonder how the sales and exchange was recorded. Didn't we also see a private business using EXPO's fax line?? I just don't get it, but, then, I am not an attorney or accountant. Just seems off to me?? Oh well, the summer is going to be a sizzler. Let's see if my EXPO predictions hold up?
Bentos, the reason EXPO is having a great month so far may have to do with laying off employees [ APPROXIMATELY 37 full time and 11 part time in May and APPROXIMATELY 31 full time and 5 part time in June]. Add to that recent tool sales on Ebay and taking in renters and they are just swell. Oh, they also have a new dot com economy pet site where they had listed even mulch and pawn stores before taking down the lists [look up some of ResellerMikes posts this month for more details]. Yep, this puppy has em howling!
So today I'm reading, that besides diluting shareholders and misleading them through their communications, EXPO takes discontent shareholder's information and slams them over the Internet?!?! These people, if true, are beyond bad news bears!
ResellerMike, your EXPOSING EXPO's dot com spam [with now removed list] was one thing. Now you show the *97* shares short to dispel short conspiracy interest?! Next you'll show up with local testimonies, pictures of certs, missing blurred photo copies of past due financials and Form 3's. You are on a roll ... keep up the good work. OUCH!
There is a reason EXPH has never traded above the low $0.000's in ALL of 2011. AND just think, we just started summer . Ohhhhhh?!
SBB, I don't understand when a company says something and doesn't comply it is praised. The decency of some here to show compassion to people who may be searching message boards should be commended. Anyone lead to do their own research will see the many inconsistencies and failings and come to their own conclusion.
A Saint
I think SBB's comments about EXPO has to be adjusted for taking in renters and selling their tools on Ebay. If the additional money EXPO received shifts his position slightly, what difference does it make?! EXPO is PREDICTABLE! The summer is here and EXPH shares will be diluted again. The company has just become too obvious. Thank goodness the doghouse dot com spam was exposed [although a mulch landscape surrounding a doghouse might increase mulch sales]. The pawn shop lost me [unless they threw in a necklace for Fido]. WOOF
AND to make it worse, I understand most of Jonesville are cat lovers. Don't take my word for it, do your own DD. Go EXPO
Well stated Underdog. EXPO is transparent. No filings or Form 3's needed. Trust, dedication and happiness in low $0.000's awaiting a R/S, or, going private, all that's needed here.
OMG!!! What in the world can the EXPO purists say about this?! CERTAINLY not the router ate the doghouses and distribution was dissolved?!?!
The distributors that were left were in Munchcanville?! Ohhhhh?!
ResellerMike, thank you for all your reports and hard copy of dealer outlets EXPO said were handling their doghouse products. Problem [as you point out] some listed aren't in business and NONE are any longer listed PERIOD! So if you followed EXPO's website news there are no dealers to reach since the lists have been removed. So with that said how do you sell anything following EXPO's instruction below??
SERIOUSLY! Are you saying EXPO has listed one or more defunct businesses?! That is BEYOND anything they have pulled in the past. Are you kidding us OR did they actually list this business as part of their list of dealers [they later took down off their pet site]. OMG!!! There really needs to be an investigation into these relationships if what you reported is true?! This could land them in jail. Anyone else know about these created relationships?!?! I'M TRULY SHOCKED!!
Ohhhhhh?! EXPO knows how to pick likely doghouse candidates. I notice all the others seem high volume too. Woof.
Are promised EXPO financials and Form 3's coming soon?!?! Ohhhhhhh?!
Excuse me is that a special storm that removed a letter?? OMG, a circumstantial HADWARE STORE?!?!
Looks like a high traffic destination to me?! EXPO is delivering on their dot.com dealer alliances, no?? Did I see a cat on that hot tin roof?! Good DD and thanks for sharing!
I think EXPO should get together with their partner / dealers and cross brand, mulch, groceries, doghouses, car ports, fencing and tool sales throughout the foothills of North Carolina. NEXT, the world!! This is HUGE! To daaa mooooon! Weeeeeeee!
EXPO said they averaged over $47k per month for the 1st 5 months of 2010. No expected router breakdowns this YTD. Things looking hot and crispy for EXPH summer sales?! To be continued ...
SBB, sometimes you are just to compelling. EXPO's big announcement today about getting mulch and pawn shop dealers to be amongst potential dealers of their doghouses is [in dogspeak] where you need to be careful. If you approach the believers like a pit bull, or, doberman, they whelp. Think in terms of diplomacy: a border collie personality is needed. The believers are simply golden retrievers that think anything EXPO puts out is good. A good border collie can round them up and put them in a pen. The goldens never figure that out until later. They will just sit there with the *WTF* tilt in their head until the next news.
Go EXPO! Woof, woof!
Good one Reseller Mike. Frank's Tools could be not only help with doghouses but maybe some tool consignments. It's good to see they have some diverse locals to work with. EXPH sales should sizzle this summer. Psssssstttttttt!
EarnestDD, EXPO had lowered projected revenue to $9-11 million for 2010, down from $17 million. Gee, the numbers for 5 months of 2011 would be less [on average] than 1 month in 2010. That is if they were close in 2010. 2009 EXPO only missed revenue by close to 75%. Financial wizards they're not but maybe doghouse sales to pawn shops and mulch stores is their NEW niche. Anyone see a hundred million in sales for Bowser?! Woof?!
I believe a natural fit for EXPO's D&D Display's Economy Pet doghouses would be dog name tags and mailboxes. The sales are just going to blow your socks off!! Dealers names have been taken down so you will just have to find them through D&D Display. What a full circle of silliness. It's like a dog going around in circles chasing its' tail.
Today is the first day of summer and it feels toasty already.
Anyone call any of the dealers listed with the new pet products?! After all, EXPO listed them as contact points to buy these great manufactured products. My questions are what any reasonable purchaser would want to know!? Ohhhhhhhhh?! We'll see what is what is reported and verified by interested parties. Ohhhhh?!
SUGGESTION!! Anyone interested in finding out about these doghouses or retail interest, CALL!! EXPO put these dealers out there! Find how much they carry in stock? Find out feedback? How long does it take to fulfill an order?? What are the warranty issues [we know EXPO would have problem in crediting, replacements, or, cash returns]. This will become Sooooo obvious so FAST!! BUT THAT IS JUST MY OPINION. We'll see how close I guessed?! No sale?!?!
From EXPO's update today:
OMG, now D&D Displays has small hardware stores on a D&D Display new website for pets?! The Yadkinville Hardware store dealer sounds familiar?? I'm sure this will be a big business driver of sales for both D&D and the hardware store dealers, WOOF, WOOF! EXPO EXPOSED! This summer is going to be a hoot LOL!
Earlier by possible EXPO merger vs. A/S, R/S possibilities I raised a local named "Brushy Mountain Smokehouse and Creamery". Nobody BUT nobody picked up on one item. Please NOTE in the first paragraph of "Brushy Mountain Smokehouse and Creamery" that there are up to 1500 customers. Please note EXPO said they used orders for 1500+/- retail stores. Ohhhhh?! The code may be broken?! Think about it ... not in terms of peg-hooks, just shorts and local supporters. Code Zebra! Southern Candle, eat your heart out, a match that works! EXPO may no longer be selling tools on Ebay. Go EXPO! [EXPH sales this summer still anticipated] Ohhhhhh?!
http://www.brushymtnsmokehouse.com/
Hmmmm, I'm surprised there is no Friday break out with all the merger ideas being flaunted about. I guess it's going to be a long hot summer. The BBQ and ice cream / EXPO fit shouldn't be discounted. EXPO needs a company with some meat on it to sell their EXPH shares. Oh well, JMO, have a great weekend.
