$SPX, Where is next support level?

Well this is the first time I tried that strategy :) Looks like I'm not going to get my target price of 88 for GLD. Went ahead and bought a small position today.

ROST. Last month I went to the Apple store and noticed a Ross across the street. I decided to check it out since I had heard that in this economy stores like Ross are getting really good crap. Well when I saw the lines at the check out I just didn't have the energy to shop.

I don't know. SDS just made a new hod.

It was a tough call. I decided to go with the reverse color of the first 60' bar for SDS. It was red by about 0.30.

Discount retailer Ross Stores says same-store sales up 1 pct in February, better than expected

PLEASANTON, Calif. (AP) -- Discount clothing retailer Ross Stores Inc. said Thursday its February same-store sales rose 1 percent, performing better than analysts expected.
Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters, on average, expected same-store sales to fall 2.9 percent in the quarter.

Same-store sales, or sales at stores open at least a year, are a key measure of retailer performance, because they measure growth at existing stores while excluding sales from newly opened ones.

Ross said total sales rose 7 percent to $476 million in the four-week period ending Feb. 28, up from $444 million in the same period last year.

In the same period last year, same-store sales rose 4 percent.

Chief Executive Michael Balmuth said that dresses and shoes were the best performing merchandise categories, while the Mid-Atlantic was the strongest region.
